현재 산업체에서 그 수요가 늘어나고 있는 3차원 제품 모델과 관련하여 군에서의 3차원 모델 활성화 방안을 연구하였다. 우리 군은 전통적으로 기계분야 중심의 제조업이 활성화되어 있어 기본적으로 2차원 도면을 기반으로 한 제품 설계가 주를 이루고 있으며, 이에 관련 지침 또한 2차원 도면 형태의 자료에 대해서만 규정하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 '국방규격 서식 및 작성에 관한 지침'으로 대표되는 현재 우리 군에서의 기술자료 관리 지침을 분석하고, 제품의 수명주기관리(Product Lifecycle Management) 관점에서 우리 군에서의 3D 제품모델 활성화를 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하였다.

Zero energy building was attended for energy consumption minimization by the energy saving technology about building heating and cooling energy consumption and the renewable energy production facility. So the government has supported the zero energy building supply for decreasing green gas emissions. The study about inventory of zero energy building has many proceeding. That inventory need the information of material and equipment. So information of material and equipment about zero energy building must be included for the zero energy building realization. Actually the database of zero energy building inventory construction through the inventory established studies has difficult because the database need many information. In this study, author proposed the test methods and performance reference for upload at inventory. It was constructed to material - module - package. Also the author analyzed the construction of the technical package for zero energy building. The author separated performance category to the energy performance for energy analysis and other performance for confirmed the durability, stability and etc. This performance category proposed the table. The test methods of material and equipment in the passive package and active package proposed to the international standard and korea standard basically korea standard. Also the performance reference was proposed to korea legal standard and various standard by this study results. And the authors proposed the table of performance value, test methods, performance reference. By result of this study, the test methods and performance reference will be used the basic data for inventory of zero energy building.

Purpose: In this study, we propose the ESS process model which, in order to improve reliability of electronic equipment, can be referenced in both development and production phases. Methods: ESS guidelines such as MIL handbooks or private sector ESS guidelines are used for devising the proposed ESS model. Especially, proposed model is customized by using those references in order to be optimized in the domestic development and production phases. Results: ESS-related-requirements which is specified in the Technical Data Package(TDP) for the area of guided missile systems are analyzed. Current status of the requirement and screening strength are analyzed for those systems to show what kind of weak points should be improved. Conclusion: A ESS guideline which is applicable to the domestic weapon acquisition environment is proposed. As such, the necessity and detail guidelines of the proposed model are explained.

유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 정보화 사회에서는 공간정보에 대한 실제적인 모습과 정확한 위치정보가 요구되고 있다. 공간정보의 대국민 서비스가 이뤄지기 위해서는 공간정보의 표준화가 필요하다. 국제표준(International Standard)은 세계 각국에서의 각종 규격 기술 용어 등의 호환성을 확보하고 상호교역을 촉진시키기 위해 일정한 기준과 표준 형태를 국제 간 합의를 통해 규정해 놓은 것을 말한다. 국제표준안은 국제표준화기구(ISO : International Organization for Standardization)에서 제정하고, 지리정보분야의 국제 표준안은 ISO TC(Technical Committee) 211 에서 담당한다. ISO TC 211에서 추진 중인 토지행정도메인 모델(LADM : Land Administration Domain Model)은 토지와 관련된 행정 법, 공간 측량 등의 국제표준화를 제정하여 각 국가의 토지 관련 시스템과 데이터를 효율적으로 관리하고자한다. 본 논문에서는 토지행정도메인 모델 부분 중에서 측량과 관련된 표준화 진행 상황과 내용을 소개하고 국내지적정보모델을 비교 연구하였다.

이 연구는 대한민국의 전자기록 장기보존정책의 현황을 분석하고 향후과제를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 현재 전자기록 장기보존정책은 명확하게 성문화되어 있지는 않지만, 전자서명, 해시, 보존포맷과 장기보존패키지라는 기술요소로 구성된다고 할 수 있다. 각 기술요소를 순서대로 고찰해보고, 변화하는 디지털환경에서 현 정책과 기술의 한계를 분석하고 대안을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 칼라 CCD 센서를 제어하여, shading과 .gamma. correction 된 데이터를 읽어 들여, 이를 이진레벨 데이터로 바꾼후, 원래의 다치레벨 또는 이진레벨 데이터를 SCSI나 DMA I/F를 통해 전달하는 ASIC을 설계하였다. 본 ASIC에서는 이진화를 위하여 문자 모드에서는 simple threshold와 LAT(local adaptive threshold) 알고리즘을, 그림모드에서는 stucki error diffusion 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 그리고, 구성은 CCD센서 제어블락, 스텝 모타 제어제어블락, 이미지 축소블락, 데이터 이진화 블락, 그리고 DATA I/F 블락 등으로 이루어져 있다. 또한 사용된 technology는 삼성 0.5um CMOS standard cell이며, 크기는 45K gates(내부 메모리 제외)이고, 160QFP package로 구현되었다. ㅎㅁㅅㄷㄴ (soqn apa

The use of hexagonal ceramic inserts for copper extrusion dies offers significant technical and economic advantages over other forms of manufacture. In this paper the data on the loading of the tools is determined from a commercial FEM package as the contact stress distribution on the die-workpiece interface and as temperature distributions in the die. This data can be processed as load input data for a finite element die-stress analysis. Process simulation and stress analysis are thus combined during the design and a data exchange program has been developed that enables optimal design of the dies taking into account the elastic deflections generated in shrink fitting the die inserts and that caused by the stresses generated in the process. The stress analysis of the dies is used to determine the stress conditions on the ceramic insert by considering contact and interference effects under both mechanical and thermal loads.

Purpose - The paper aims at testing the moderating effect of individualism dimension of culture on consumer behavioural intention about bank services in Nigeria. Research design, data, and methodology - A survey was conducted with a sample of five hundred and fifty five bank customers drawn from various retails banks. Using Statistical Package for Social Sciences and Analysis of Moment Structure, combinations of descriptive and inferential statistics were performed. Invariance test and multiple-group analysis were conducted in order to assess the moderating effect. The invariance test was necessary to confirm the equivalence of constructs so that any difference detected thereafter could be related to moderating effect. Results - The results show that individualism has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between technical quality, perceived value and corporate image on the one hand, and behavioural intention on the other. However, individualism does not moderate the association between functional quality and behavioral intention. Conclusions - It is recommended that the bank policy makers should take necessary step to enhance the customer perception of technical quality, perceived value and corporate image with respect the retail bank services.
