Statement of problem: In spite of the progress in techniques and materials in complete denture prosthodontics, patients still complain of discomfort after the insertion of complete dentures. For the last several decades many prosthodontists tried to find factors influencing patient complete denture satisfaction, however the reported results became a controversy. Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to verify the factors influencing patient satisfaction with complete dentures using multiple regression analysis. Materials and methods: 33 patients who visited the department of prosthodontics, dental hospital of Yonsei University, 4 to 6 weeks after the complete denture delivery, were asked to complete the questionnaires on complete denture satisfaction, social variables and psychological variables. The Prosthodontists who treated the patients with complete dentures were also asked to complete the questionnaires on evaluation of patients' oral condition and technical quality of dentures. The factors influencing patients' satisfaction with their complete dentures were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Results: Among the patients' sociodemographic variables. the variables of relationship with children, economic status, housing condition, other people's opinions of dentures and gender were the influential factors on patients' satisfaction with complete dentures. Patients showing the symptoms of depression, one of the psychological variables, were dissatisfied with their complete dentures. In spite of the good oral condition, patients were dissatisfied with complete dentures, where-as the technical quality of dentures did not influence patients' complete denture satisfaction. Conclusion : According to the results above, patients' sociodemographic and psychological variables rather than clinical variables including oral condition and technical quality of dentures were the influential factors on complete denture satisfaction. The results of this study may not only enable prosthodontists to predict the success and failure of complete denture treatment, but also help both prosthodontists and patients be informed of the essentials of increasing satisfaction with complete dentures.

This study was conducted to collect basic data for establishing a revitalization plan for agricultural machinery departments in technical high schools. A status survey on satisfaction and career plan of students majoring in agricultural machinery in technical highschool was measured. The survey results showed that the selection motivation for technical high school was mainly due to the academic score obtained during middle school, and an academic major for agricultural machinery was mainly based on personal interest and aptitude. About 90% of the students answered as "normal" or "satisfied" to the questions asking satisfaction level for agricultural machinery major and education. For career plan, 68.5% of the students answered as "entrance into academic schools for higher level education" and 31.5% answered as "employment". Most preferred higher level education area was "engineering" (30.8%) and "agricultural machinery" was only 12.6%. Expecting employment area was also automobile or other industrial machinery rather than agricultural machinery.

많은 대학에서 해외 유학생을 유치하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 우리나라의 외국 유학 중에는 지리적으로 가까운 중국학생이 가장 많은 상황이며, 향후에도 지속적으로 증가할 가능성이 있기 때문에 이를 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 다양한 서비스 제공이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 대학 기숙사를 대상으로 하여, 소음요인, 음식요인 및 시설요인이 유학생들의 기숙사 생활만족도에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 알아보기 위하여, G대학교 중국유학생을 대상으로 실증 연구를 수행하였다. 분석 결과 음식요인과 시설요인은 기숙사 생활 만족도에 유의한(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 소음요인은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 외국 유학생을 유치하는 대학에서는, 기숙사에 대한 차별화 전략을 사용할 경우 시설 및 음식 요인에 초점을 맞추는 것이 좀 더 효과적이라고 판단된다.

이 연구의 목적은 서울시교육청 지원형 공업계 특성화 고등학교의 만족도를 구명하는데 있었다. 이 연구의 모집단은 서울시교육청 지원형 공업계 특성화 고교에 재학하고 있는 학생과 학부모이다. 13개 서울시교육청 지원형 공업계 특성화 고교 가운데 임의로 10개의 학교를 선정하였으며, 재학생 750명, 학부모 300명을 조사 대상으로 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 2011년 12월 1일부터 9일까지 이루어졌으며, 최종분석에는 회수된 자료 중 불성실 응답을 제외하고 학생용 642부, 학부모용 252부가 활용되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 서울시교육청 지원형 공업계 고교 학생의 학교에 대한 만족은 높았으며, 하위 영역별로는 '학교시설'에 대한 만족이 가장 높았으며, '교과지도', '진로 지도 및 상담', '교사와의 관계' 순으로 높았다. 둘째, 서울시교육청 지원형 공업계 고교 학생의 학교에 대한 만족은 학생의 특성 중 학년, 성적, 학교 설립 유형에 따라 차이가 있었다. 성별에 따라서도 전체 학교만족에는 차이가 없었으나 하위 영역에서는 여학생보다 남학생이 학교의 '진로 지도 및 상담'에 대한 만족도가 높았으며, 남학생보다 여학생이 '학교시설'에 대한 만족도가 높았다. 셋째, 서울시교육청 지원형 공업계 고교 학부모들은 자녀들이 다니는 학교에 대해 만족하고 있었다. 하위 영역별로는 학교의 '교과지도'에 대한 만족이 가장 높았으며, '학교시설', '학교와의 관계', '진로 지도 및 상담' 순으로 높았다. 넷째, 서울시교육청 지원형 공업계 고교 학부모들의 자녀들이 다니는 학교에 대한 만족은 학교 설립 유형이나 학부모의 성별에 따라 차이가 없었다.

This paper reviewed the relationship between innovation(organization innovation, personnel innovation, product innovation, process innovation) and firm performance in small business. Based on the responses from 218 firms, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that personnel innovation, product innovation, and process innovation effect positively on all firm performance(sales, profit, market share, customer satisfaction), and organization innovation effects positively only on market share and customer satisfaction. The results of hierarchical regression analysis showed that technical innovation(product innovation, process innovation) effects more positively on sales, profit and customer satisfaction than administrative innovation(organization innovation, personnel innovation).

Despite the growing interest in technostress phenomenon of employees in organizations, few guidelines exist about how mangers can effectively control their technostress. Accordingly, scholars should pay greater attention to how firms can successfully manage employees' technostress. This study conceptually developed and tested a research model for understanding the influence of technostress on psychological and behavioral strains. In addition, we tested technical support provision as a moderator. We obtained 107 samples through a survey questionnaire, and data were analyzed based on structural equation modeling (SEM). As a result, it was empirically demonstrated technostress decreases job satisfaction and individual productivity. We also found that technical support provision have moderating effects on the relationship of technostress and job satisfaction/individual productivity.

MSNG은 모바일 커뮤니케이션을 통해 게임공간이 사회적 공간으로 확장될 수 있다는 가능성을 보여주며, 이용자간 네트워크를 더욱 돈독하게 함으로써 SNS의 장점과 게임의 재미가 한층 더 강화되는 경향을 나타내 주고 있다. 본 연구는 MSNG 측면에서의 주요 특성을 그래픽, 도전감, 보상으로 구분하고, 모바일 소셜 네트워크 서비스 측면에서의 주요 특성을 사회적 상호작용과 기술적 상호작용으로 구분한 후, MSNG의 특성이 상호작용과 사용자 만족에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 실증적으로 검정하였다. 연구 결과 MSNG의 주요 특성인 그래픽과 도전감, 보상은 사회적 상호작용과 기술적 상호작용에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, MSNG의 사회적 상호작용과 기술적 상호작용 역시 사용자 만족에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 본 연구의 가설은 모두 채택되었다. MSNG의 특성이 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 것은 MSNG의 실행과정에서 그래픽과 게임의 실행 과제, 그에 따른 보상 등을 통해서 피드백을 주고받기 때문인 것으로 판단되며, 이러한 상호작용은 다양한 사람들의 수평적이거나 순환적인 소통이 가능하게 함으로써 사용자의 만족은 증대되는 것이다.

Personal broadcasting utilizing Vtuber, a virtual creator made of 2D or 3D avatars, has recently appeared and is growing in popularity. Vtuber is a virtual person who broadcasts on the Internet using 2D or 3D avatars with real-time motion capture and computer graphics technologies. While the personal broadcasting industry utilizing Vtuber is proliferating, related studies have mainly concentrated on technical issues. Therefore, in this study, the antecedent factors that form the technical characteristics and virtual creator characteristics of Vtuber personal broadcasting are derived using the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model. Then the effect of these factors on viewer pleasure and satisfaction, which lead to increased paid sponsorship is to be examined. Furthermore, we investigate how this influencing mechanism fluctuates based on the avatar type (2D vs. 3D). This study contributes to empirical examinations of viewers' paid sponsorship intention in Vtuber personal broadcasting through the S-O-R model. It also offers insights that technological or virtual creator characteristics could improve viewers' pleasure, satisfaction, and even paid sponsorship.

This study empirically analyzes how the career orientation factors of startup entrepreneurs affect entrepreneurial satisfaction as well as business sustainability. We propose directions for startup sustainability and development. Based on previous research, we defined the career orientation of entrepreneurs through the five orientation factors of security, autonomy, technical competence, managerial competence, and entrepreneurial creativity. We constructed a research model to determine whether these factors have a causal relationship with entrepreneurial satisfaction or business sustainability through the medium of organizational entrepreneurship. We surveyed startups in Korea using a questionnaire and collected and analyzed a total of 282 points of survey data. The analysis results demonstrated that the entrepreneurial creativity and managerial competence of the members of a startup can play an important role within entrepreneurial satisfaction and business sustainability. Both autonomy and technical competence exhibited no effect on entrepreneurial satisfaction and business sustainability through the medium of entrepreneurship, while security showed a negative effect. In order to improve entrepreneurial satisfaction and achieve business sustainability, we confirmed that it was more important for startups to consider the creativity and business management competences of entrepreneurs rather than pursue business security or have a technology-oriented attitude.

This study was to find out users' satisfaction on the dormitory of high school in Jeonju City and to propose it's physical environmental improvement directions. This was performed by a questionnaire survey method, and the questionnaire was designed by researchers considering relative literatures. Data were collected from 200 students, who had been dwelling 4 high school dormitories in Jeonju City. By analyzing those data, findings were as follows: 1) Users of students were satisfied the whole of their dormitory; facilities, spaces, and living. 2) They were highly concerned about a library and a personal unit space in their dormitory. 3) They needed their personal unit space to be designed bedroom+bathroom type with 2 persons' sharing and be equipped one story bed and desk furniture. Also, they needed improvement on heating & cooling, small space and indoor air quality of unit space. 4) The users' satisfaction on unit space were 2.88, and their satisfaction of the technical factor was 2.71 that was the lowest score in them. And The functional factor was highly effected their satisfaction. 5) The space utility and the space size of functional factor, the soundproof, the heating/ventilation and the indoor quality of technical factor, and the privacy of behavior factor were highly correlative to their satisfaction of unit space.
