This paper is an exploratory study to investigate the influence of characteristics of local government web-sites on user satisfaction and trust. The objective of this research is to identify the characteristics of local government web-sites influencing on user satisfaction and trust, and determine how they affect user satisfaction and trust. From the literature review, we identify four characteristics which are expected to influence on user satisfaction: technical, information, customer-oriented, and work-performing characteristics. In addition, we develop research model that the four characteristics are expected to affect user satisfaction and trust via users' perceived values. The results of the research are as follows. The technical, customer-oriented, and work-performing characteristics significantly affects perceived values, which significantly affected user satisfaction and trust. Perceived value is partially mediated by user satisfaction in affecting user trust. The characteristics of local government web-sites affecting perceived values differed partially by the purpose of visitor. As for the personal goal, the technical, customer-oriented, and work-performing characteristics significantly affect perceived values, with the technical and customer-oriented characteristics having more significant effects. As for the business goal, the technical, information, work-performing characteristics significantly affected perceived values, with information characteristics having more significant effects.
This study analyzed the impact of sense of self-efficacy on job satisfaction and organizational commitment among technical designers in order to acquire information needed for human resources management in the field of technical design. The study was implemented through a normative-descriptive survey method using a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 217 technical designers working at vendors and agents located in Seoul. The results revealed that there were significant differences in the sense of self-efficacy levels among technical designers according to age and work experience. Personal self-efficacy had a positive influence on both intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction, but also on affective, continuance, and normative organizational commitment. In addition, personal self-efficacy had a greater influence on extrinsic job satisfaction than social self-efficacy. Both personal and social self-efficacy influenced continuance commitment while there was no relationship between social self-efficacy and affective organizational commitment. However, a clear relationship was found between both social and personal self-efficacy and normative organizational commitment. Nevertheless, social self-efficacy had a greater influence on normative organizational commitment than personal self-efficacy. This fact demonstrates the need to exert more effort to promote the sense of personal self-efficacy of technical designers. These results could be used to provide appropriate proposals for human resources management in the field of technical design.
The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of servicescape on perceived service quality, service satisfaction and to verify causal relationships between servicescape, technical service quality, functional service quality, service satisfaction, and service loyalty in coffee shop franchises. An online survey was conducted to collect the data from the actual service customers of coffee shop franchises. An analysis of structural equation modeling was performed using AMOS 24.0 and SPSS 24.0 to test the research hypotheses. The results of the study are as follows: first, servicescape has positive influence on technical service quality and functional service quality except for service satisfaction. Second, both technical service quality and functional service quality have positive influence on service satisfaction. Finally, service satisfaction has a strong effect on service loyalty. This paper finds that it is more appropriate to model the servicescape as a separate construct which precedes both functional service quality and technical service quality. Servicescape in the coffee shop service has the influence on shaping service quality perceptions and their subsequent impact on service satisfaction and service loyalty.
The purposes of this study were to measure resilience, major satisfaction and employment preparation of technical high school students, and to analyze the structural relationship among resilience, major satisfaction and employment preparation of them. The population was technical high school students. The study was carried out through questionnaire survey method. The survey questionnaire was sent by mail. A survey questionnaire consists of 38 items. 391 questionnaires were used for analysis. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were employed for data analysis. And the data was analyzed by using structural equation modeling to examine structural relationship. The results of this study were as follows: First, resilience of technical high school students was high. In the domain of resilience, 'diversity of interest' was the highest, and 'emotional management' was the lowest. And resilience of meister high school students was higher than that of specialized high school students. Resilience of male students was higher than that of female students. Second, major satisfaction of them was moderate. In the domain of major satisfaction, 'major prospect' was the highest, and 'satisfaction of societal dimensions' was the lowest. And major satisfaction of meister high school students was higher than that of specialized high school students. Major satisfaction of male students was higher than that of female students. Third, employment preparation of technical high school students was moderate. In the domain of employment preparation, 'employment attitude' was the highest, and 'job performance competency' and 'employment information' were moderate. And employment preparation of meister high school students was higher than that of specialized high school students. Employment preparation of male students was higher than that of female students. Forth, resilience of technical high school students had a positive effect on employment preparation. Also major satisfaction of them had a positive direct effect on employment preparation. And the mediating effect of major satisfaction was significant in pathway from resilience to employment preparation. Lastly, a multi-group analysis by school type revealed that the mediation effect of major satisfaction did not differ by school type.

At the center of the repeating evolution of IT industry, there is mobile computing in the ubiquitous environment, and the increasing usage of smart phones contribute more to its growth. P corporation co-developed with Google and implemented smart work system called SWP for the purpose of 'communication and collaboration with co-workers' beyond the general goal of increasing productivity and comfort of employees. The primary objective of this study is to objectively analyze the influence of the effect factor from end user's perspective and user satisfaction on SWP usage, intention for continuous usage and individual performance. To accomplish this research purpose, this study established research models and hypothesis by collective review about information system success models, and tested the research hypotheses using the structural equation modeling technique by data collected from 320 SWP system users of P corporation. Variations for system satisfaction evaluation standard are 1)SW system usage 2) intention for continuous usage 3) individual performance, effect variations are 1) social factors 2) technical factors 3) combination of social and technical factors. Therefore, this study is about influence factors on success of SWP system and how the factors impact the outcome. The test results of this research model is summarized as follows. Firstly, system user's satisfaction had positive impact on all three; SWP system usage, intention for continuous usage and individual performance. Secondly, social factor 'SWP control system' and technical factor 'information quality' and 'system quality' had positive impact on SWP system user satisfaction, while social factor 'shared value' and technical factor 'service quality' did not have significant effect on user satisfaction. Shared value however, had interactive effect with 'information quality' and 'service quality'. This study is expected to contribute to spread of academic research on smart work system by suggesting a model that can show important factors for corporation while explaining the successful implementation of SWP and its continuous usage.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference and influence of educational institutions and majors on education service quality, learning satisfaction, and educational institution loyalty, and to provide information on an Academic Credit Bank System appropriate for the two types of education institutions and learners. Looking at the difference in education service quality, learning satisfaction and educational institution loyalty, Lifelong Education Organizations of Universities showed positive awareness compared to Job Technical colleges. Especially, differences in awareness regarding quality of education facilities were largest, followed by educational institution loyalty and learning satisfaction. Looking at the difference in awareness according to educational institution and majors, learners at Lifelong Education Organizations of Universities had positive awareness compared to Job Technical colleges in terms of quality of facilities, learning satisfaction and educational institution loyalty. No difference was found according to major. Looking at the effect of awareness of education service quality on learning satisfaction and educational institution loyalty, factors of education service quality affected learning satisfaction in the order of education>administration>facilities for Lifelong Education Organizations of Universities, and the effect on educational institution loyalty was found in the order of administration> education with no effect shown by facilities. For learners at Job Technical colleges, factors of education service quality affected learning satisfaction in the order of administration>education>facilities. Influence on loyalty to educational institution was found in the order of administration>facilities>education.
The lifestyle of customers visiting nail shops is categorized into four such as the types of 'pursuit of fashion', 'pursuit of brand', 'conservative frugality', 'premeditated pursuit'. Subjects are divided into 3 groups such as a 'pragmatist group', an 'achievement-oriented group' and a 'brand-oriented group'. Customers satisfaction level was measured in the subcategories of a 'personal service', a 'technical service', a 'facility service' and an 'after-sales service'. Their satisfaction levels depending on the types of customers' lifestyle have meaningful differences in a 'technical' and an 'after-sales' service. The 'pragmatist group' shows the highest mark in a 'personal service' and an 'achievement-oriented', it prefers the 'personal' and 'facility service' evenly. The 'brand-oriented' group shows high concern in the 'technical service'. Concludingly, the types of customers' lifestyle which influence their revisiting of the nail shop have deep relation to customers' satisfaction level in the 'personal', 'technical', 'facility', and 'after-sales service' of nail shops. Especially the 'facility service' is highly influential in customer's revisiting.
This study examines the structural relationships between service quality, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions in responsible tourism. In particular, the study focuses on moderating effects of age. Data were collected from 471 tourists from seven responsible tourism agencies. SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for frequency, reliability, exploratory factor, confirmatory factor, and path analyses. The results of a exploratory factor analysis yield two dimensions of service quality (functional quality and technical quality). The results of structural equation modeling indicate that functional quality and technical quality had positive effects on satisfaction, which in turn had a positive effect on behavioral intentions. In addition, age moderated the relationships between service quality, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions such that functional quality had a positive effect on satisfaction in the group of tourists in their twenties and thirties and that functional quality and technical quality were important factors for tourists in their forties. The results are expected to help responsible tourism communities better manage service quality to increase tourist satisfaction.

This study conducted a survey of 118 men and women who obtained hair national technical certificate from June 28 to July 11, 2021, focusing on SPSS.The WIN 22.0 program was used. We would like to examine the effect of recognition of hair national technical certificates on job utilization and satisfaction with certificate acquisition, and the effect of job utilization on satisfaction with certificate acquisition at the hair salon site. First, the necessity and utility of recognition of hair national technical qualifications have been shown to affect job utilization. Second, it was found that the necessity and utility of recognition of hair national technical certificates affect the satisfaction of obtaining certificates. Third, it was found that the job utilization of the national technical certificate of hair affects the satisfaction of obtaining a certificate. As a result of the study it meets the requirements that can be put into the field, and it can be seen that usability in the hair salon site is important as an effect on the satisfaction of obtaining a certificate. Based on these conclusions, the following suggestions are made for subsequent studies, taking into account the limitations of the study. The point is that hairdressers who obtained national technical certificates participated in this study were limited to S regions. In the future, it is necessary to expand the size and region of the sample group in various ways and reflect a wide range of research overall.
This study is an empirical study approach to investigating impact of 3D stereoscopic film's customer satisfaction. Using conventional methods, there were identified 3D stereo films's factors that character, story, dialogue, music, and 3D technical factors. And There were trying to analyze the impactive gaps of 3D stereoscopic film's customer satisfaction between high participation and low participation of customers about 3D film's. The results of this study can be summarized broadly as follows. First, the story and 3D technical factors was high-impact of customer's satisfaction at watching the 3D films. Second, 3D technical factors were highly correlated with customer satisfaction at the low participation group. And 3D technical factors and story were highly correlated with customer satisfaction at the high participation group. The conclusion is expected to provide useful suggestions about the selection of variables at the future 3D film study.
