The objective of this study is to estimate the occurrence probabilities of severe accident phenomena based on a fuzzy elicitation technique. Normally, it is difficult to determine these probabilities due to the lack of information on severe accident progression and the highly uncertain values currently in use. In this case, fuzzy set theory (FST) can be best exploited. First, questions were devised for expert elicitation on technical issues of severe accident phenomena. To deal with ambiguities and the imprecision of previously developed (reference) probabilities, fuzzy aggregation methods based on FST were employed to derive the occurrence probabilities of severe accidents via four phases: 1) choosing experts, 2) quantifying weighting factors for the experts, 3) aggregating the experts' opinions, and 4) defuzzifying the fuzzy numbers. In this way, this study obtained expert elicitation results in the form of updated occurrence probabilities of severe accident phenomena in the OPR-1000 plant, after which the differences between the reference probabilities and the newly acquired probabilities using fuzzy aggregation were compared, with the advantages of the fuzzy technique over other approaches explained. Lastly, the impact of applying the updated severe accident probabilities on containment integrity was quantitatively investigated in a Level 2 PSA model.

The results of this study, suggest public communication to promote the use of radiation as follows: first, suitable information for the recipient's perception patterns should be provided, as there is a difference in risk perception and acceptance between the experts and the public. Thus, information on the necessity of nuclear power should be provided to the public, while information based on technical risks is provided by the experts. Second, since the levels of perception, knowledge, and attitudes increased highly for sectors which use radiation after the class, classes should be provided continuously to increase students' perception, knowledge, and attitude, which are all preemptive variables which induce positive behavioral changes. Third, since the seven sectors which use radiation are highly correlated, arguments for the necessity of other sectors should be based on the necessity of the medical sector.

The system engineering should be actively applied to successfully develop a complex and advanced weapon system, because the system engineering uses a multidisciplinary approach. Therefore, this study proposed a system engineering process for a successful weapon system development. According to the national standard policy, an IPT aspect system engineering standard must adapt the ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288. It also asks for tailoring with considering the IPT characteristics as a weapon system acquisition institution. The IPT aspect system engineering process to acquire a weapon system can be expressed with 3 process groups (Agreement, Technical Management, Technical) and 20 processes. There was a need for an institutional framework to hire retired experts from related organizations as consultants to apply the low-cost and high efficiency system engineering in the weapon system acquisition field.

A grounding scheme is one of important parts in protection for safety of electrical installations. Terminologies are successively creating and gradually increasing due to diversity and external environments. The declaration and definition of terminologies concerning grounding are in disorder in several KS standards, electrotechnical provisions for electrical installations and electrotechnical guides related to electrical installations. There seem to be serious confusions in use among technicians and experts. In this paper, we proposed a new scheme and system to consistently use the technical terms concerning grounding described in KS standards and technical provisions. Different use examples and the present state of terminologies on grounding described in Korean documents such as KS IEC standards, technical provisions for electrical installations, consumer's electrical installation guide, and etc are investigated. Although the scope of this work is limited to examine the terminologies on grounding, it is expected that the proposed method could be contributed to the consistent use of terminologies in all areas in KS C IEC standards and technical provisions for electrical installations.

최근 건설 프로젝트는 대형화${\cdot}$복잡화${\cdot}$고도화 되어 가고 있다. 이에 따라 비용${\cdot}$기능${\cdot}$품질을 최적화하기 위한 VE의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 하지만 VE는 건설 분야에서 적용과정이나 방법상의 어려움으로 활성화 되지 못하고 있다. 건설 분야에서 VE를 활성화하기 위한 대안 중 하나는 인센티브제도를 도입하는 것이다. 인센티브 제도를 통해 발주자는 해당 프로젝트의 원가절감을 할 수 있고 시공자는 이윤 창출을 극대화 할 수 있을 것이다. 국내의 경우 지난 1992년 미국의 시공 VE 인센티브 제도와 유사한 '기술개발보상제도'를 마련하여 시공자의 기술개발노력에 대한 제도적 지원책을 제시하였으나 그 실적은 매우 저조하였다. 본 연구는 국내${\cdot}$외 건설VE 인센티브 제도를 고찰하고 건설VE 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 국내 건설VE 인센티브 유사제도의 문제점인 '건설VE 인센티브 조항 및 기준의 미흡', '건설VE 평가자 및 전담부서 미흡' 등을 도출하였다. 도출된 문제점을 바탕으로 건설VE 전문가와 면담을 실시하여 건설 산업에 건설VE 인센티브제도를 도입하기 위한 방안으로 '건설VE 인센티브제도에 관련 법 및 제도의 개선', '건설VE 전문가 및 조직구축' 등을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 바리스타 교육에 대한 국내의 바리스타 전문가의 의견을 수렴하고 바리스타 교육기관에서 이루어지고 있는 교육프로그램과 비교분석함으로써 현 바리스타 교과과정의 문제점 및 개선방향을 모색하였다. 교과과정의 문제점과 개선점을 파악하기 위해서 현재 바리스타 교육을 하고 있는 15명의 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 기법을 이용하여 이들의 의견을 도출하였다. 전문가의견을 종합하면 바리스타의 교육기관의 교과과목을 구성하는데 있어 실무 중심의 커피교육이 중점적으로 이루어져야 하며, 실질적으로 취업에 필요한 카페운영기법 및 마케팅 등의 교육을 필요로 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전문가들은 고객과의 접점에서 근무를 하는 특성상 서비스 과목을 강화하고, 매출의 많은 비중을 차지하는 제과제빵에 대한 교육도 필요한 것으로 제안하였다. 그러나 현재의 바리스타를 교육하고 있는 교육기관의 교과목을 살펴보면 이러한 교육은 매우 취약한 것으로 나타나 전문가들이 제안한 교과목들에 대한 보완이 필요한 것으로 보인다.

This study discusses the present logistics standardization of both firms in manufacturing, resale and. wholesale, and distributing industries and logistics experts on each logistics stage: packaging, transport, storaging, freight handling machinery, and information technology. We Find out that packaging and transport are most important factors for the improvement of unit load system in Korea. Next, information technology, storage, and then freight handling machinery are ranked to establish an efficient technical system of logistics standardization

Researches and developments of tidal energy converters are close to commercialization stage. But, commercialization of tidal energy converters is not ready in korea. In Europe, many experts of company, laboratory and public institution involved in marine energy are active for commercialization of marine energy converters in European Marine Energy Centre. Furthermore, in IEC/TC114, standardization of technical standards for assessment and certification of tidal energy converters of each country is under discussion. Therefore, We have to prepare for commercialization, standardization and entry into the overseas market. In this study, trends of commercialization and standardization of international markets of marine energy converters are investigated and certification schemes of overseas are analyzed. We expect that this study will make contribution to establish the foundation of commercialization of tidal energy converters.

Although the theory of Sasang Consititution is widely used in oriental clinic, there is only conceptual definition about the constitution not technical definition which is consented by every experts. In the present, the effect and different responses of constitutional medicines is the most widely accepted criteria among technical definitions. However, these medicines consist of several herbs which are included specific constitution. So, it is hard to define the characters about the Sasang Constitution through analysis of the medicines. In this paper, we collected the various information about the constitutional herbs, and constructed database and web application for accessing this information. It is useful and can be basis for finding the characteristics of constitutional medicines.
