  • A condition access system (CAS) refers to a hardware-based system that allows only authenticated users to have access to contents. The CAS has many disadvantages found in that in the replacement of multiple service operator (MSO) a set-top box should be also changed and the smart-card often causes malfunction. To deal with the problems, exchangeable CAS (XCAS) was developed in 2009. However, in the XCAS, no method to authenticate a proper set-top box has been put forward. In this paper, we propose a novel program for set-top authentication in the XCAS. Additionally, we offer a format of certificate of authentication, and procedures of issuing the certificate for broadcasting services suitable for the XCAS. The technical method of authentication a set-top box that will be discussed is of high efficiency since in the MSO it requires only two subjects to communicate during the authentication in the MSO.

우리나라 보건의료 정보체계와 정보화사업의 현황 및 문제

  • 국가 보건의료체계(health care system)가 올바르게 기능하기 위해서는 의료체계를 구성하는 각 요소들간의 유기적인 상호 작용이 대단히 중요하다. 정보체계는 이러한 유기적인 상호 작용을 위해 보건의료체계의 각 영역에서 꼭 필요한 시스템이다. 보건의료 서비스를 효율적으로 생산하기 위해서 투입하는 자원의 개발과 배치 체계는 물론 생산된 보건의료 서비스를 소비자가 효과적으로 이용할 수 있도록 하는 서비스 전달체계(delivery system)의 전과정에서 보건의료정보체계는 중요한 인프라가 되고 있다. 정보체계는 궁극적으로 보건의료체계가 지향하는 목적을 달성할 수 있도록 짜여져야 한다. 다시 말해, 의료체계의 각 하부영역에서 의료이용의 접근성(accessibility), 형평성(equity), 서비스의 의과학적 질(scientific technical quality), 포괄성(comprehensiveness) 등 보건의료체계가 추구하는 가치를 정보체계에서도 그대로 담아 낼 수 있어야 한다. 또한 정보체계를 구축하기 위한 요건으로 각 사업 영역별 표준화, 사업 영역간의 상호관계, 공공과 민간의 역할 분담, 정보 관련 시선과 인력, 정보기술 등의 인프라, 각 사업 영역별 정보화에서 담아야 할 정보 내용(contents, DB) 등에 대한 사전 기획이 수립되어야 한다. 그 동안 보건의료분야의 정보화사업은 1996년부터 보건소기관의 행정, 진료, 보건 업무지원을 위한 보건소정보화사업과, 1995년부터 초고속공공응용서비스 사업의 일환으로 추진해 온 전염병, 혈액유통, 장기이식, 외래진료예약, 원격진료, 응급의료, 원격치매진료 시스템 구축사업 등이 있으며, 응급의료, 혈액관리, 장기이식, 전염병정보, 외래진료예약시스템을 통합한 보건의료정보통합서비스시스템(1998년) 구축사업 등이 있었다. 이러한 사업들에 대해 현재 평가되고 있는 문제점들로는 정보화 사업에 대한 전략과 비젼이 부재한 상태에서 지나치게 정보기술 중심으로 추진되다 보니 보건의료 정보의 공유나 활용이 전혀 이루어지지 않거나 매우 제한적이었고, 시범사업의 경우는 초기 사업을 추진하기 위한 주체가 명확하지 않았고, 관련 인력의 훈련과 양성이 안 되었으며, 사업 확대를 위한 법적 기반의 취약, 정보화 사업이 부실한 데 대한 평가 기준과 대안 제시 등이 매우 취약한 것이 문제점으로 나타났다. 특히, 정보 내용과 DB 구축을 위한 표준화 등에 대한 사전 설계 부재는 개발된 정보시스템의 운영을 결정적으로 어렵게 만든 요인이 되고 있다. 전반적으로 기존의 정보화사업은 사업 추진을 위해서 꼭 필요한 비젼 수립, 비젼에 따른 목표 설정, 전략 개발, 관리체계 구축, 운영방안 수립 등 단계적인 정보화 계획이 부재한 것으로 평가되고 있어 보건의료정보체계 구축을 위한 종합 비젼 기획(ISP)이 시급한 실정이다.

  • The aim of this study was to understand how the employee satisfaction effect to their turnover trends through the survey on the employee satisfaction and the turnover trend in the pastry and bakery department on the objection of the employee of the bakers of the luxurious hotels in Seoul area. The study was selected to study the luxurious hotels located in Seoul area and make the objection of the employee in the pastry and bakery kitchen. As the contents of the assumption of the study, the independent variable was ' the pastry and bakery employee's organizational factor ', and the dependant variables were ' job satisfaction of the pastry and bakery employee ', ' turnover trends of the pastry and bakery employee ' and implicates the comparison and the mutual relationship between variables to shows the confirmation of them. As the measurement tools, it adopted the reliability analysis, the technical statistics analysis, the frequency analysis, cross-section analysis and on the verification of the assumption, it was used linear regression analysis. The result of the study showed that the satisfaction degree toward the work schedule showed to be as the personal elements while the systematic organizational establishment and the management policy, the work capacity and the job placement, the cooperation with other parts and the operation of the work time showed to be as the organizational elements. The job satisfaction elements showed as the satisfaction on the system and the rule of the job, the satisfaction on the right and belonging, the satisfaction on the achievement and the communication. As regarded to the job turnover, the turnover intention concerned the opportunity, disappointment of assignment, general complaint, and work condition. Those were shown to be elements of the job satisfaction and the turnover of the employee. And also, that were necessary to manage the job satisfaction and the turnover of the employee concerning these factors.

  • Gamification is an important technology for the museum experience in the future, but there is a lack in both its application and academic studies in Korea. Therefore this study targets the technical strategies of museum gamification by studying domestic and international cases. For this purpose, this study analyzes and compares the cases as personalization, and audience interaction of museum experience and sees how the structure of the digital program affects the museum experience in detail by applying MDA framework to the comparisons. For visitors' active interaction with the museums, gamification should be designed in a way to contribute to visual expression of self identity, utilization of the museum space, constructivist learning free from limit on space and time, and interaction with other people.

A SURVER OF THE ACTUAL CONDITIONS ON THE PRODUCTION OF DENTAL PROSTHESIS (치과보철기공물 제작실태에 관한 조사연구)

  • The author studied the actual conditions on the production of dental prosthesis made in laboratories, and also studied interrelationships between dentists and laboratory technicians in both personal and technical aspects. Two hundred-eighty four technicians, work in dental laboratories presently, were surveyed via mail and direct contact during the period from June 1 to June 30 and August 27 to August 28 in 1994 respectively. The obtained results were as follows : 1. Among the respondents, 90.5% we re working in commercial dental laboratories and their laboratories were mainly located in the Seoul area(40.9%, P<0.05). The numbers of employees in these laboratories were less than 10 persons(70.0%, P<0.01), and 75.9% of these laboratories have been in operation less than 15 years. 2. Most laboratory procedures were accomplished according to established disciplines. However, procedures such as die trimming in fixed restorations and the qualifications of the people designing removable partial dentures were not. Other problem areas were boxing of the working cast, the person determining the posterior palatal seal area, selection and arrangement of artificial teeth, occlusion rim correction and laboratory remounting of the processed denture in complete denture restorations. 3. Only half of the requesting dentists could send work authorizations to the laboratories with their work and even so, its contents were quite lacking. Consequently, there must be some standards in writing work authorization. 4. Technicians most desired clean and accurate impressions in fixed and removable dentures, and enough tooth reduction in porcelain fused to metal restorations. 5. For the establishment of better relationships between dentist and dental technician, the respondents desired the establishment of equal footing first(33.5%), and frequent conversations and muture understanding second(25.9%).

  • Tourism now stand among the fastest and largest industries in the global economy in the 21 st era, with knowledge information and environment industry. After 1990's, each local government in korea that has been organizing and expanding new and existing festivals, those related locality, natural resources, speciality and ethnic customs. While netizens have increased from the later half of 1990's, the Internet has appeared in it with a main advertizing channel of all industries, especially tourism. Each local county publicizes a local festival and all kind of information while managing its web-site. However, they have lots of difficulties In building local information web sites because of lack of technical and financial resources. This study examined general theories about Internet web sites and local festivals to elicit the previous problems and to suggest the ways to activate local festivals utilizing Internet, based upon analysis of web sites and Internet utilization on local festivals designated by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism as the cultural tour one among local festivals.

  • Smartphone (smartpad) and cloud computing has grown rapidly. So, the users started getting interested in multi-screen services. However, various OS / platforms due to the increased content development time and cost. Increase the cost of content development for a multi-screen service, it has been an obstacle. To solve this problem in this study, HTML5-based multi-screen service platform standards specification was established. HTML5 is a specification of the next generation of Web standards. Standards specification established by this study were research in terms of the service provider. And, this standards specification can be used independently of the service infrastructure and device. In addition, this standards specification in order to develop a multi-screen services are efficient and easy to use. For verification adequacy of standards specification established in this study, Scenarios technical entries were mapped by standard specification entries.

  • A recent introduction of BIM has raised a necessity for BIM guidelines and guidelines following the decision about the BIM introduction are being present both home and abroad. This study hereby intended to develop BIM guidelines to the architectural field, for which the role and development directives of BIM guidelines were set up based on BIM concepts and examples of foreign guidelines. As a result, the role of guideline in (1)Activation of BIM (2)Support BIM process (3)Support and enhance collaboration (4)Standardized implementation of construction information (5)Technical support for BIM utilizing technology. It also classified the role of each guideline, standard and manual to establish detailed development directives. Besides, regarding the BIM process to clarify the goal to share among participants, information levels per stage and applicable scopes, for the sake of when to introduce BIM and how to use it properly, their contents were suggested in consideration of applicable BIM technologies based on business for each design stage at home.

Effects of Contaning Pigments of Dried Grasshopper on the Lipid Deterioration (벼메뚜기 건제품중의 지질열화에 함유색소성분이 미치는 영향)

  • Changes in pigments of freeze dried grasshopper in refrigerator were determined to asses the storage stability. In storage at $5^{\circ}C$, chlorophyll contents were drastically decreased but pheopytins were increased. The degradation of chlorophylls get under controlled with vacuum package. The pigments extracted from 98 days stored samples were fractionated by silicic acid column and obtained 3 portions (3a, 3b and 3d). These portions were compared Rf values (0.75, 0.56, 0.50, respectively) and absorption spectra (408, 666nm; 419, 651nm; 433, 655nm, respectively) with that of standard and were identifed pheophytin a and b and 'changed' chlorophyll a. Especially, pheophytins a and b were great strength accelerated to lipid oxidation.

Lipid Oxidation and Browning during Storage of Dried Grasshopper (벼메뚜기 건제품 저장중의 지질산화와 갈변)

  • Lipid composition of dried grasshopper which the most significant factor of quality deteriorioration for processing and storage were studied. Also brown pigment formation and its effect of lipid autoxidation were studied. Lipid contents of matured female grasshopper were revealed 5.12% and composed of high content of unsaturated fatty acid. The phospholipid comprised 27.35% of the total lipid. On sun ana hot ai' drying, carbonyl values were greatly increased but peroxide values were not determined. On freeze drying, lipid peroxide and carbonyl compounds in grasshopper lipids were nearly not accumulated. Peroxide values were increased during early stage of storage, but carbonyl values were steadly increased for 98 days. Hydrophilic brown pigments which caused by sugar-amino reaction were higher than that of lipophilic. In the water soluble fraction of the browning products has some autioxidative activity, but in liposoluble fraction has not.
