혼합학습(Blended Learning)을 적용한 디자인 수업 실증사례 연구 -팀 프로젝트와 스마트디바이스 앱 기반 학습을 중심으로- (A Case Study on Design Classes using Blended Learning -Focused on Team Project and Smart Device App-based Learning-)

  • This study presents the educational utility of blended learning by analyzing the effectiveness of learning after class by blending team project learning and smart device app-based learning methods. Qualitative analysis and survey analysis were conducted and the results were as follows. First, team project activities based on task resolution were conducted freely through detailed activities such as sharing roles, planning meetings, and coordinating opinions. Team activities were carried out with respect and consideration, team member bonding, and a sense of responsibility. Second, the smart device app is recognized as a medium for work and communication, and fast feedback has been made, making it highly impactful on classroom activities. Third, in terms of learning satisfaction, most learners showed an interest in the course and were satisfied with the project results. The smart device app was used as a learning and communication medium for personal and team activities and was analyzed as a blended method applicable to classes that conduct practical activities as an efficient tool to further activate project activities.

팀 기반 프로젝트 학습에서 팀효능감과 지각된 태만이 학습성과에 미치는 영향 : 팀효능감과 지각된 태만의 상호작용효과를 중심으로 (The Interaction Effects of Team Efficacy and Perceived Loafing on Learning Outcome in Team-Based Project Learning)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 팀 기반 프로젝트 학습에서 학습성과에 영향을 미치는 팀효능감과 태만의 효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 H 대학교 사회복지학과에서 팀 기반 프로젝트 학습으로 진행된 수업 사례를 분석하였다. 2019년에 개설된 전공수업에 참여한 58명의 대학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 위계적 회귀분석으로 팀효능감과 지각된 태만이 학습성과에 미치는 영향과 두 변인의 상호작용효과를 규명하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 팀효능감은 학습성과에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 지각된 태만은 개인의 학습성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 팀효능감과 지각된 태만의 상호작용효과는 학습성과에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 지각된 태만이 학습성과에 미치는 부정적 영향을 팀효능감이 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 기반하여 팀 기반 프로젝트 학습의 학습성과를 높이기 위한 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

  • Class-F and class-B insulating materials based on the resin rich type mica-epoxy composites for the stator windings in large turbine generators have been developed by DHIC. In recent, stator winding bars applied with prototype insulation tapes and commercially available resin rich groundwall tapes were produced through the same manufacturing processes as the real bars. Comparative tests to obtain the insulation properties of both bars were carried out such as IR/PI. dissipation factor and partial discharge at room temperature. In this paper, the manufacturing processes and the insulation properties of the bars which were not aged are presented.

  • This study began with the lack of use of native Chinese professors in universities despite the fact that native Chinese professors are present and can provide a high-quality language environment to improve foreign language skills. In the literature, most team teaching studies were limited to speaking or cultural classes, and to apply a new teaching method called team teaching to Chinese grammar classes, they designed a class model and presented class guidance with an example of research 'le' In order to satisfy learners'desire for knowledge and to develop the Chinese teaching field, it is necessary to develop various teaching methods, and there should be various meaningful attempts.

  • In order to respond to changes in the industrial environment such as the 4th industrial revolution, university education also needs active educational innovation efforts. This study proposed a construction construction hybrid curriculum that can actively utilize online education in the direction of educational innovation in domestic universities. The hybrid curriculum was based on online learning through lecture videos used in team-based learning. The hybrid curriculum additionally allows learners to choose their learning methods. In a hybrid class, learners can choose the class participation method they want from offline classroom or online real-time. Hybrid classes are considered to strengthen learners' options and take a step forward in learner-centered education.

팀기반학습이 영재학생의 창의적 문제해결력에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Gifted Students' Creative Problem Solving Ability by Team-Based Learning)

  • 팀기반학습은 짜임새 있는 팀활동을 통해 구성원들의 의사결정능력, 조정능력, 협동심, 문제해결력을 향상시켜주기 때문에 영재교육에 있어 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다. 그래서 팀기반학습에 기초한 프로그램을 개발하고, 이를 영재학생들에게 적용시켰을 때 창의적 문제 해결력의 향상 효과에 대해 연구하였다. 경남 산청군의 S 초등학교 4, 5학년 영재학급 학생 13명(남 3명, 여 10명)을 대상으로 실시하였고, 총 10차시 분량의 프로그램을 개발하였다. 창의적 문제해결력의 향상 정도를 파악하기 위해 자기보고식 형태의 검사도구를 사용하였다. 적은 학생 수로 인하여 사전사후 결과를 비모수통계처리한 결과 유의수준 5% 이내에서 유의미한 향상효과가 있었다. 특히 확산적 사고, 비판적 논리적 사고에서 크게 향상되었다. 이처럼 팀기반학습에 기초한 프로그램은 영재학생들의 창의적 문제해결력 향상에 효과적이므로, 창의적 문제해결력 향상을 필요로 하는 영재학급에서 널리 사용될 수 있다.

  • 본 연구에서는 75톤급 추진기관 시험설비 화염유도로 설계안에 대한 열적 안전성 및 연소가스의 안전한 배출을 평가하기 위하여 3차원 화염냉각해석을 수행하였다. 화염과 냉각수 간의 열전달 및 상변화 과정을 모사하기 위하여 Mixture 다상모델을 적용하였으며, 단일 화학종 비반응 플룸모델을 이용한 화염냉각해석을 수행하였다. 본 해석결과를 통하여 냉각수 유량에 따른 화염유도로 벽면에서의 최고 온도값을 예측하였으며, 또한 콘크리트 내화온도에 해당하는 최소 냉각수 유량을 도출하였다.

8홀 노즐을 적용한 2리터 급 디젤 엔진 연소 최적화 (Combustion Optimization of Diesel 2.0 Liter Class Engine with 8-hole Injector Nozzle)

  • Atomization speed of diesel fuel injected from 8-hole nozzle is faster than that of 7-hole nozzle because the hole diameter of 8-hole nozzle is smaller than that of 7-hole nozzle. But both insufficient distance between the fuel sprays and short penetration of injected sprays through 8-hole nozzle hole cause many harmful effects on combustion. In this study, we installed the 8-hole injectors to diesel 2.0 liter class engine, and optimized in-cylinder swirl and penetration via selecting and matching proper cylinder head and combustion bowl. Through this process, we found out the performance and emission potential of 8-hole nozzle installed engine are better than those of 7-hole nozzle installed one.

AHP를 활용한 프로젝트 팀 구성원의 개인역량 상대적 중요도 연구 (A Study on Relative Importance of Project team members Competencies Using AHP)

  • The purpose of this paper is to identify a relative importance and priority of the factors of Competencies of project team member. It aims to present the differential competency factors from a differentiated perspective by applying the Leadership Development Questionnaire, which is the competency dimension required for manager, to team member. (1) Background: The diverse needs of customers and companies, and the uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity, and volatility of the environment surrounding the company in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution threaten the survival of company. In this respect, companies should implement the project management approach and strive to increase the capabilities of each team member. (2) Methods: AHP method was used to prioritize which factors were considered more importance level and the gap of relative importance level between project manager group and team members group. (3) Results: In the analysis of the relative importance of the upper class, weights were derived in the order of managerial competence, intellectual competence, and emotional competence. The sub-factor that respondents prioritize was communication as the 1st priority, and it was analyzed in the order of strategic perspective, achieving, critical analysis and judgement, and vision and imagination. There were some differences in the ranking of the relative importance of achieving and vision and imagination attributes between the PM group and TM group, it was analyzed that there was no significant difference overall. (4) Implications: The results of this study confirmed the recognition that team members are required to have the same competencies as the project manager. And based on the priorities of the competencies required of team members, companies are expected to cultivate professional and competent team members, and expand the roles and authority of team members so that they can actively carry out projects.

  • In this paper a preventative and diagnostic system for high and ultra high voltage electric power transmission apparatus is proposed to secure substation normal operation. The proposed system consists of monitoring sub-system and diagnostic sub-system, which are mainly for GIS and main transformer, and the system will be applied for newly established 765kV class substation in Korea. Some guideline for combination with substation control system are presented, and engineering solution as an improved substation automation system is also proposed.
