Purpose: This study was intended to identify the competency model for korean health teachers. In order to enhance job effectiveness and talent development of health teachers in schools, this study would provide policy makers and school administrators with a competency model to be used as a valid and reliable tool for selection, development, and appraisal of health teachers. Methods: This study used three-round Delphi technique, which was a series of surveys to obtain a consensus of experts in school health and health education. 31 experts were finally involved in Delphi panel, which consisted of professors, administrators, and school teachers. Results: This study found that the competency model of health teachers was composed of fourteen competencies and 75 performance indicators. The fourteen competencies were as follows: consulting and teaching competency, students understanding competency, health problem solving competency, health assessment competency, relationship building competency, information management competency, curriculum management competency, teaching activity competency, writing competency, professional expertise competency, health business management competency, self control competency, school commitment competency, and achievement orientation competency. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, policy makers and school administrators would be able to use the competency model as a tool of new health teachers selection, existing health teachers appraisal, and new and existing teachers training and education. Future research needs to classify the levels of each performance indicator as a kind of behavior indices.

The purpose of this study was to investigate high school students' competencies of creativity thinking, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and digital competence by implementing science fiction STEAM program. Based on the story of 'Fritz Haber' and the 'Garden of Dawn', a STEAM program was developed according to the ADDIE model. In the analysis stage, the purpose of the teaching-learning program using novels was set, and learners and learning environments were analyzed. At the design stage, the novels 'Fritz Harbor' and 'Garden of Dawn' were selected, learning goals were set according to the achievement standards of the curriculum, and learning contents and learning activities were sequenced and designed. In the development stage, teaching and learning materials were developed in a module format, implemented to classes, and evaluated. Pre-test and post-tests were conducted to identify the five major competencies such as creativity thinking, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, digital competence. The collected data was verified by paired t-test using SPSS. The results of the study showed statistically significant results in creative thinking, critical thinking, and digital competency.

본 연구의 목적은 2015 개정 교육과정이 제시하고 있는 핵심역량과 교과역량에 대한 교육과정 선도교원들의 의견을 분석하고, 교육과정 개발과 역량교육 구현을 위한 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 연구 결과, 선도교원들은 핵심역량의 도입, 담당 교과의 교과역량 설정과 구현 가능성에 대해서는 전반적으로 긍정적이었으며 총론의 핵심역량이 각 교과의 교과역량과 높은 관련성을 지니고 있는 것으로 인식하였다. 그러나 핵심역량과 교과역량이 교육과정 문서의 면면에 잘 구현되지는 못한 것으로 판단하였다. 또한 역량교육의 구현에 있어서는 역량중심의 교과서 개발이나 컨설팅 장학과 같은 외부적 지원보다는 교사 공동체의 자발적 연구 노력을 가능하게 하는 문화 속에서 학생 참여 수업을 진행할 수 있는 교사 능력을 개발할 수 있도록 지원하는 것이 가장 큰 관건이 될 것으로 인식하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 결론에서는 교육목표를 안내하는 항목들과 핵심역량의 관계 정비, 교과역량 설정의 재고, 교육내용-방법-평가에 역량교육의 구체화, 역량중심의 교과서 개발보다는 교사 역량 강화와 교과간 협력을 위한 자발적 노력을 가능하게 하는 지원과 정책의 필요성 등을 제안하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 수학교과역량을 바탕으로 수학교사의 담론적 역량을 분석하여 구체화하는 것이다. 이를 위해 학생들의 참여를 촉진하기 위해 20년 이상 교수법을 변화시킨 중학교 교사의 수업을 한 학기 동안 관찰하여 자료를 수집하고 담론을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 교사는 문제해결 역량에서 문제 이해를 위해 학생들이 수학적으로 중요한 요소에 초점을 맞추게 하고, 추론 역량에서 수학적 정당화의 필요성 이해를 위해 사고를 명확히 하는 교사의 담론적 역량이 있었다. 그리고 창의 융합 역량에서 동료의 풀이 방법 공유와 다른 풀이 방법 활용을 격려하기 위해 논의를 생성하는 교사의 담론적 역량이 있었고 의사소통 역량에서 다양한 수학적 표현의 필요성과 차이점 협의를 위해 수학적 관계를 탐구하는 교사의 담론적 역량이 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 수학 교수를 위해 필요한 교수학적 내용 지식을 바탕으로 실행을 통합할 수 있는 아이디어를 제안함으로써 향후 교사교육과정 개발에 구체적인 방향성을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

2015 개정 수학과 교육과정의 초등학교 1~2학년 적용 실태 분석 결과, 대부분의 교사들은 '놀이 수학' 코너가 교과역량 함양에 도움이 되며, 수학 학습량 및 내용의 수준, <수학> 및 <수학 익힘>의 어휘 수준과 문장의 길이 등은 적절하다고 보았으나 일부 교사들은 어휘가 어렵고 문장도 길다고 인식하였다. 또한 수학 이해 및 한글 해득에 있어서의 학생 간 수준 차이가 크다는 것이 초등학교 1~2학년 수업 운영의 주된 어려움이라는 교사들의 인식을 토대로 본 연구에서는 수학 이해 및 한글 해득에 어려움을 겪는 학생을 위한 적극적인 지원의 필요성을 제안하였다.

2015 개정 수학과 교육과정에서 문제해결능력 함양을 위한 교수 학습 방법으로 수학적 모델링이 제시되면서, 국내에서 1990년 이래로 꾸준하게 연구되어 온 수학적 모델링에 관한 논의가 더욱 활발해지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 수학적 모델링의 교육적 가치와 현장 적용의 필요성을 재음미해보고자, 수학 교과 역량의 관점에서 수학적 모델링에 관한 선행 연구를 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 수학적 모델링은 수학 교과 역량 중 문제해결의 하위 요소로 제시되고는 있지만, 문제해결 뿐만 아니라 추론, 의사소통, 창의 융합, 정보 처리, 태도 및 실천을 지지하는 교수 학습 방법임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 측면에서, 수학 교과 역량에서의 수학적 모델링의 위치에 대한 논의의 필요성과 학교 현장 적용을 위한 방안으로 수학적 모델링에 대한 교사 교육 및 수학 교과서와 수업에서 수학적 모델링 과제의 적극적인 활용을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 스마트 환경으로 바뀌는 교육 시스템 하에서 향후 교수 학습을 진행할 예비 교사들의 스마트 리터러시 역량 수준을 도출하고자 한다. 학교에서 스마트 교육이 순조롭게 진행되고 정착되기 위해서 무엇보다 현직 교사의 역할도 중요하지만 앞으로 교육 현장에서 스마트 교육을 진행할 예비 교사들의 스마트 리터러시에 대한 인식을 확보하고 어떤 역량이 필요한지 제안할 필요성이 있어 이 연구를 실시하게 되었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 첫째, 스마트 리터러시 기초 조사를 통해 예비 교사들의 인식을 살펴보았고, 둘째, 교사의 스마트 교육을 위한 핵심 역량 지표를 바탕으로 예비 교사의 역량 수준을 분석하였다. 셋째, 예비 교사의 스마트 리터러시 핵심 역량 강화를 위한 개선방향을 제시한다. 연구의 대상은 대학에 재학 중인 예비 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 예비 교사에게 적용할 스마트 리터러시에 대한 개념 정의와 스마트 교육을 위한 핵심 역량 기준 지표를 도출할 필요성이 있고, 스마트 리터러시 핵심 역량을 충족시킬 수 있는 교육과정의 필요성, 실제 현장과 같은 첨단 학습 환경에서 스마트 교육을 실시함으로써 현장 적응력을 키울 도록 스마트 리터러시 핵심 역량 강화 개선 방향을 제시한다.

This paper is designed to examine the effectiveness of Computational Thinking and programming awareness by designing and applying programming classes using Havruta. In the present society, where the Fourth Industrial Revolution was in full swing, the capacity to be equipped has changed, and the education has been changed accordingly. Programming education is logically capable of thinking and improves comprehensive problem solving skills. This direction of programming education allows us to get ideas for solving problems based on computing thoughts and to create our own creative results. However, because they require the grammar of the programming language and many additional abilities, they are not easy for learners, and individual differences in competencies make learning less immersive and interesting. In this paper, to solve the problems of the uniform programming class, this study is designed and applied to the class applying the Jewish traditional teaching method, Havruta's teaching method, to find out the effect of computing thinking and programming perception.

The article considers general tendencies in world and education, and also both principles and methods of forming professional, communicative, intercultural competences and in the process of teaching foreign language for professional purposes in the conditions of engineering, economic and other non-linguistic specialties at technical university. The article views some essential issues of this competence including awareness of pedagogical values, the construction of the pedagogical process, pedagogical communication and behavior; pedagogical technology, its essence, structural components, understanding of innovative components of professional activity, requirements for the design and engineering of pedagogical technologies.

본 연구는 도서관 현장에서의 요구하는 인력 현황을 살펴보고, 정보조직학 교육의 개선 방안을 모색하기 위하여 정보조직 사서직에서 필요로 하는 역량과 직무 유형을 분석하였다. 미국 도서관의 채용공고 298건을 대상으로 조사 분석한 결과 기존의 자격요건들의 수요가 지속되고 있으며, 새로운 환경 변화를 반영한 표준 및 전자자원 관련 요구가 추가되었음을 확인하였다. 정보조직 직무 유형은 크게 전통적인 정보조직의 특성이 반영된 것과 전자자원, 정보기술의 특성이 반영된 것으로 나눌 수 있었다. 또한 정보조직 교육의 개선을 위하여 전자자원 교육의 확대, 이론과 실습의 조화, 정보기술 활용의 강화, 새로운 교수 방법의 적용을 제안하였다.
