A general method of solving inverse kinematics of three-joint manipulator composed of revolute joints or prismatic joints or combinations of those joints is presented in this study. In completing real-time control, it is very important to obtain the closed form solutions of inverse kinematics rather than iterative numerical solutions, because iterative numerical solutions are generally much slower than the corresponding closed form solutions. If it is possible to obtain the inverse kinematic solutions for general cases of considering twist anlges and offsets, the manipulator work space can be designed and enlarged more effciently for specific task. Moreover, in idustrial manipulators, the effect of main three joints is larger than that of the other three joints related to orientation in the view of work space. Therfore the solutions of manin three-joint are considered. Even The inverse kinematic equations are complicatedly coupled, the systematical solving process by using symbolic calculation is presented.

Hand gesture recognition based on vision is a challenging task in human-robot interaction. The sign language of finger spelling alphabets has been tested as a kind of hand gesture. In this paper, we test hand gesture recognition by detecting the contour shape and orientation of hand with visual image. The method has three stages, the first stage of finding hand component separated from the background image, the second stage of extracting the contour feature over the hand component and the last stage of comparing the feature with the reference features in the database. Here, finger spelling alphabets are used to verify the performance of our system and our method shows good performance to discriminate finger alphabets.

A common task in assembly modeling is the determination of the position and orientation of a set of components by solving the spatial relationships between them. Assembly models could be constructed at various levels of abstraction. They could be classified into component or geometry-level assembly models. The geometry-level assembly design approach using mating constraints such as against and fits is widely used in the commercial modelers, but it may be very tedious in some cases fur designer. In this paper, we propose a new method to construct an assembly model at the component-level by extracting joint mating features from the kinematics constraints specified between components. The assembly model constructed using the proposed method includes hierarchical and relational assembly models, component/sub-assembly positions and degrees of freedom information. The proposed method is more intuitive and natural way of assembly design and it guarantees the topological robustness of assembly modification such as component replacement and modification.
The purposes of this study were to examine the relationships between how mothers scaffolded a shared bookreading task and the preschoolers' level of distributive justice reasoning and to investigate the mothers' shared bookreading process. The subjects were thirty-two 6-year-old children(16 boys and 16 girls) selected from 4 kindergartens and their mothers. The family SES was controlled. The children's response with story dilem,as and mothers' shared bookreading were audiotape recorded and transcribed and scored. Major findings were as follows; 1. Preschoolers' level of distributive justice reasoning were usually external characteristics - desire- need- and equity-orientation 2. There was no sex difference in the preschooler's level of distributive justice reasoning and the mothers' shared book reading process. 3. Preschoolers' level of distributive justice reasoning were significantly correlated with mothers' shared bookreading process.

Many reported methods assume that the faces in an image or an image sequence have been identified and localization. Face detection from image is a challenging task because of variability in scale, location, orientation and pose. In this paper, we present an efficient linear discriminant for multi-view face detection. Our approaches are based on linear discriminant. We define training data with fisher linear discriminant to efficient learning method. Face detection is considerably difficult because it will be influenced by poses of human face and changes in illumination. This idea can solve the multi-view and scale face detection problem poses. Quickly and efficiently, which fits for detecting face automatically. In this paper, we extract face using fisher linear discriminant that is hierarchical models invariant pose and background. We estimation the pose in detected face and eye detect. The purpose of this paper is to classify face and non-face and efficient fisher linear discriminant..
It is recognized a very important task to cultivate the vocational ethics consciousness as well as technical education in Dental technical department which intend to foster leading technicians. Based on that point, we analyzed the actual conditions and the problems for the education of vocational ethics, as a try to search for a new orientation for the education of vocational ethics, which should be compatible with the realization of the theory of our national education chart, and its methods are presented centering on following items. a) Balance and harmony b) Unification of knowledge and action c) Self-realization d) Puritying aesthetic sentiments.

The methods of recording transient phenomena with picosecond or better resolution fall into two basic categories: those in which the detector itself prossesses adequate time resolution for the task at hand, and those in which the response of the system is sampled by examining the characteristics of a second pulse ("the probe") delayed in time from the initiating pulse ("the pump") as a function of time delay between pump and probe cases. In this case the time resolution is only limited by the pump-and probe-pulse durations. As an application of this time-resolved spectroscopic technique, the ultrafast orientational relaxation phenomena of the dye molecules are currently under investigation in our laboratory. In this presentation the status of our experiment is summarized.iment is summarized.

In this paper, the effects of educational contents on job behavior, the effects of job behavior on job effectiveness and the effects of educational contents on job effectiveness were studied when working in the Software field. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the learning workers who conducted the training in the IT field, and 302 valid questionnaires were used for the analysis. The research model was set up to test exploratory factor and confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis, and the research hypothesis was tested by applying structural equation. The effects of job behavior on job effectiveness were positively related to job satisfaction, customer orientation, and organizational commitment.

As the service industry develops, service quality, customer satisfaction, and human resource management are considered priorities in modern management to maintain a company's growth. Therefore, understanding the strategic importance of service marketing is an essential task for modern companies. This study examined the relationship between the internal service quality of employees in the organization and customer orientation through organizational effectiveness. In the case of an airline, a service can be defined as an interaction between an external customer and an internal customer service provider. This interaction significantly affects the behavior and attitude of the employees. Based on the results, empowerment has a significant influence on the internal service quality, but it has no significant effect on customer orientation. As the relationship between department and employees improved, the more confident staff showed an improved ability to perform their work. Therefore, it is important that the organizational structure and the reporting system are as concise and clear as possible to allow employees to accurately recognize the authorities and responsibilities assigned to them and have autonomy and discretion in the framework.
This study conducted in-depth interviews with 5 successful and 6 unsuccessful sales persons and analyzed their activities to further clarify the concepts of learning orientation, performance orientation, working smart, working hard and adaptive selling which have been reported as antecedents of sales persons' performances. We found that successful sales persons had their own distinctive characteristics. First, they regarded their selling activities as a part of their lives, not as a task, and were proud of themselves. Second, they perceived their weaknesses from most of activity areas, voluntarily participated in educational programs, and studied not only their products but also competitive products. Third, successful sales persons conducted customer-oriented activities. They collected data on their customers' personal records, developed customer typology by styles or personalities, and consulted their customers using those data. Fourth, successful sales people carefully prepared their meetings with customers across steps in selling processes and they did their best to develop long term relationship with their customers. These results provide useful implications about objective evaluations on sales persons' customer orientations and adaptive selling abilities, and also clarify the concepts of 'working smart' and 'adaptive selling'.
