In this paper, Ubiquitous Home Mess-Cleanup Robot(UHMR), which has a practical function of the automatic mess-cleanup, is developed. The vacuum-cleaner had made the burden of house chore lighten but the operation labour of a vacuum-cleaner had been so severe. Recently, the cleaning robot was producted to perfectly solve the cleaning labour of a house but it also was not successful because it still had a problem of mess-cleaning, which was the clean-up of big trash and the arrangement of newspapers, clothes, etc. The cleaning robot is to just vacuum dust and small trash but has no function to arrange and take away before the automatic vacuum-cleaning. For this reason, the market for the cleaning robot is not yet built up. So, we need a design method and technological algorithm of new automatic machine to solve the problem of mess-cleanup in house. It needs functions of agile automatic navigation, novel manipulation system for mess-cleanup. The automatic navigation system has to be controlled for the full scanning of living room, to recognize the absolute position and orientation of tile self, the precise tracking of the desired path, and to distinguish the mess object to clean-up from obstacle object to just avoid. The manipulate,, which is not needed in the vacuum-cleaning robot, must have the functions, how to distinguish big trash to clean from mess objects to arrange, how to grasp in according to the form of mess objects, how to move to the destination in according to mess objects and arrange them. We use the RFID system to solve the problems in this paper and propose the reading algorithm of RFID tags installed in indoor objects and environments. Then, it should be an intelligent system so that the mess cleaning task can be autonomously performed in a wide variety of situations and environments. It needs to also has the entertainment functions for the good communication between the human and UHMR. Finally, the good performance of the designed UHMR is confirmed through the results of the mess clean-up and arrangement.

This study examines the significant relations in clothing behavior according to perceptual body image and appearance management behavior. The sampling method was a convenient sampling of 190 male and 160 female students in Daejeon. The survey was conducted from June to July 2008. The instruments consisted of perceptual body image (Silhouette Task), appearance management behavior (need for plastic surgery and appearance management in ordinary times) and clothing behavior (interest in clothing and fashion, along with conformity and exhibition). The data were analyzed using the frequency analysis, $Cronbach'{\alpha}$, factor analysis, t-test, and variance analysis. The subjects with normal body size perceptions had a strong need for plastic surgery, revealed more appearance management behavior, and had a high interest in clothing. The subjects who were dissatisfied with body apperance showed high conformity to clothing. The subjects who dissatisfied to their too fat body had high needs for plastic surgery and the subjects dissatisfied with a too thin body type did less appearance management in ordinary times. The subjects who had a high need for plastic surgery performed more appearance management, had a high interest in clothing and fashion, showed a high conformity to clothing, and exhibited a high exhibition of clothing. The subjects who had more appearance management in ordinary times had a high interest in clothing and fashion and showed a high conformity and exhibition of clothing.
The goal of this study is to analyze the problem and performance of life sympathy policy and to present development plan. For this, literature, and empirical research were performed. The analysis showed the problem of life sympathy policy in the following manner. That is the confusion of the mix of department, the lack of publicity, the uncertain of persistence and the lack identity of the monitor, the absence a unified operating instructions on the monitor, the insufficient to activities and operations housewife monitors etc. To vitalize life sympathy policy and operational needs of aspects of the institutional and the activation. First, The task of activation of the institutional challenge is to modify the related law, strengthen the organization, strengthen the personnel, expand the scope of participation monitors. The improvement of the operational aspects of the policy include strengthening integration and connectivity, the construction of policy promotion environment that reinforce feedback and outcome of life sympathy policy, And the energization of on-line activities needs the reinforcement of the operating system, etc. Through the activation of the sector policy, the application of the idea of housewives, and the participation of government policies will be a lot of contribution to the development of South Korea in the 21st century.
There are technological, operational and environmental constraints at tactical edge, which are disconnected operation, intermittent connectivity, and limited bandwidth (DIL), size, weight and power (SWaP) limitations, ad-hoc and mobile network, and so on. To overcome these limitations and constraints, we use service-oriented architecture (SOA) based technologies. Moreover, the operation environment is highly dynamic: requirements change in response to the emerging situation, and the availability of resources needs to be updated constantly due to the factors such as technical failures. In order to use appropriate resources at the right time according to the mission, it needs to find the best resources. In this context, we identify ontology-based mission service model including mission, task, service, and resource, and develop capability-based matching in tactical edge environment. The goal of this paper is to propose a capability-based semantic matching for dynamic resource allocation. The contributions of this paper are i) military domain ontologies ii) semantic matching using ontology relationship; and (iii) the capability-based matching for the mission service model.
It has a tendency to build Workflow Systems based on the web with the spread of web environment. The important function in Workflow Systems are to automatize job flow according to the predefined regulations, procedures or conditions. Hence, there needs to consider excluding passive jobs, supporting GUI and a migratory information processing for information flow. Distributed Workflow System for workflow of a distributed service system should perform transfer control and Fault-Tolerance between tasks based on process logic, and real time processing. However, the existing mail systems being used are just for transmission and it doesn't fit to automatize job flow. To solve the matter, there needs a Distributed Workflow Engine to design workflow and automatize its control. In this paper, we design a web browser with graphic interface using web mail, a browser creating a script code for a procedural performance. Also, we design a Process-engine has a Preprocessor which tolerates process scheduler for task transaction or server node's faults on distributed environment. The proposed system enhances the reliability and usability of a system reduces the cost rather than a workflow system based on database, for they execute as proxy for a server's fault or suers' absence.

This study aims to examine terrorism by biological agents. These days terrorism evolved so rapidly that more than one terror occurs a day in global society as we are on the edge of so-called New-terrorism. One of new examples of new terrorism is Bioterrorism by biological agents. In order to address Bioterrorism we should conduct a study to examine things to be prepared at ordinary times and future plans. As an effort to develop countermeasures against Bioterrorism, anti-terrorism laws should be made on Prevention phases anti-terrorism funding laws as well. Other Bioterrorism laws need to be made. On Response phases initial reaction task force should be ready for making positive initial reaction. A special hospital for CBR(Chemical, Biological, and Radiological) warfare needs to be designated to practice medicine. Biological-Safety-Levels should be constructed by IV levels. Effective public promotion network should be built. On Recovery phases evaluation system needs to be suggested and international cooperative network should be established.

The exhibition activity that a company is rendering to their consumers for the purpose of advertisement, sales promotion and enhancement of company inage get more and more internationalized and specialized. A company is changing from mass production system to small quantity production of various kinds to meet consumer's individualization and differentiation. Also, a company is experiencing a major change in their marketing strategy. As the society is entering on Information Age, the contents that a company intends to give consumer may be different individually. If a consumer is informed wrong information of the goods, a company needs a place to meet consumer face to face where the consumer feels and understands the substance of the goods. This is the current characteristics of Exhibition Media. Based on the result of the current Special Exhibition home and abroad along with background and characteristics of special Exhibition, this study sets a following task reflecting the general trend of social, cultural and economic atmosphere. First, Current Exhibition Industry will be diversified into more Specialized Exhibition, while our Exhibition Industry is very shaky under severe international competition. Also, Exhibition Plan that involves with architecture, interior, graphic, industrial design and advertisement, etc., needs international competitiveness while enhancing identity of Exhibition Plan along with comprehensive marketing strategy in the future. Second, Among most of the local special Exhibitions which invite the general public are normally invited for company public relation contrary to those of U.S.A. and Europe. This signifies of our industrial and social structure's by-product. As the future exhibition become Information Com$$\mu$ication Exhibition which requires specialized technical explanation, the correct description of the goods should be set as a Judgement basis of Exhibition Plan. Third, In parallel with increase of the Exhibition, the equipment expenses of a company goes up continuously. In view of this, a study $$\mu$t be oriented for re-use and curtailment of expenditure of those equipment. Also, as the use of Assembly System B on the rise as a result of diversification of special Exhibition, a study on the development of new material & design for Exhibition Equipment only B required.
Grid computing is an application to obtain the most efficient performance from computing resources in terms of cost and convenience. It is also considered as a good method to solve a problem that cannot be settled by conventional computing technologies such as clustering or is requiring supercomputing capability due to its complex and long-running task. In order to run grid computing effectively, it needs to connect high-performance computing resources in real-time which are distributed geographically. Answering to the needs of this grid application, researchers in several universities with Argonne National Laboratory in the USA (ANL) as the main axis have developed Globus. It is noticed, however, that the quality of service (QoS) is not guaranteed when certain jobs are exchanged through networks in the context of Globus. To tackle with this problem, the ANL has invented Globus Architecture for Reservation and Allocation (GARA). The researchers of this paper constructed a testbed for evaluating the ability to reserve resource in the GARA system and implemented the GARA code for it. We analyzed the applied results and discussed future research plans.
Objectives : The Dongui Bogam in My Hand', which is an output of computerizing Donguibogam (Principles and Practice of Eastern Medicine), is an interim outcome of the research project led by the Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine. This study examined the process in which Donguibogam, a record in Chinese and a classic of Oriental medicine, expanded into a modern content. Methods : This study will classify the modernization of Donguibogam into three 'contents' that form Donguibogam, 'container' that will hold the contents, and 'community' that is the consumer of Donguibogam. Towards the end, this study will sketch out the status of computerizing Chinese records in Korea, and point out the reality faced by computerization of ancient documents on Oriental medicine as well as the direction for the future. Results : 'The Dongui Bogam in My Hand' has been downloaded more than 10,000 times for 4 months since it releases in August 2014, and is used for at least 6,000 times on average every month. This achievement can be due to the two following reasons. First, the application contains high-quality contents such as the original text of Donguibogam as well as Korean and English translations. Second, it satisfied the needs of Donguibogam users with (1) the Browse function that well displays the table of contents, (2) the Search function that separates the title from the main text, and (3) the Personalization function designed to link and share relevant knowledge. Conclusions : Computerization of Chinese records was triggered by the request of the academia, but it was accelerated after being selected as a public laboring project to overcome the IMF crisis. However, computerization of ancient documents is not a simple task but a field of study to modernize classical knowledge. The success or failure of computerization of Chinese records is determined by whether high-quality modern 'contents' are secured, whether the 'container' design adequately implements the search, browse and link functions, and how well it fulfills the needs of the consumer 'community'.
