SNS 구매후기는 누구의 마음을 움직이는가? : 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 활용한 마케팅 전략 연구 (Who Can be the Target of SNS Review Marketing? : A Study on the SNS Based Marketing Strategy)

  • With the advent of SNS (Social Network Services), the product reviews by friends in SNS are intensively utilized for online marketing. However, there is a lack of empirical evidence on the actual marketing effect of SNS reviews, although we need to identify who can be the target of SNS marketing in terms of customer attributes, preferences, or experiences. In this study, we investigate the moderating role of customer attributes in identifying the effect of SNS reviews on customer purchasing decision. As the moderating variables, we adopt 'information search experience' and 'perception of information overload'. Research results evidence that, in order to understand the effect of SNS reviews in a comprehensive manner, we need to examine it in the context of various related factors such as 'information search experience' and 'perception of information overload'. The results show that the persuading effect of SNS reviews for product purchasing is stronger for the customers with the lower information search experiences as well as the lower perception on the information overload on the web. This result delivers managerial implications on who can be the target customers of SNS marketing.

수중운동체의 목표추적시스템에 적합한 유도론 선정에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Guidance Law Suitable for Target Tracking System of an Underwater Vehicle)

  • To determine a guidance law which is suitable for Target Tracking System(TTS) of an underwater vehicle, the performance (hitting probability) of TTS were calculated with four different guidance schemes, considering underwater vehicle's manoeuvrability and characteristics of seeking equipment such as sonar To evaluate the performance of TTS with each guidance law, numerous target-tracking simulations of underwater vehicle were performed under the condition of target's various motion scenario. Furthermore, the effect of sonar characteristics to the performance of guidance law in TTS was studied by changing parameters of sonar such as frequency of ping and detecting error of target. The pursuit-tail guidance law showed the best performance among four different guidance laws. Complex motion of target from straight line to turning circle and zigzag movement, low frequency of sonar ping and large detecting error of target decreased the hitting probability.

Rationally designed siRNAs without miRNA-like off-target repression

  • Small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) have been developed to intentionally repress a specific gene expression by directing RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC), mimicking the endogenous gene silencer, microRNAs (miRNAs). Although siRNA is designed to be perfectly complementary to an intended target mRNA, it also suppresses hundreds of off-targets by the way that miRNAs recognize targets. Until now, there is no efficient way to avoid such off-target repression, although the mode of miRNA-like interaction has been proposed. Rationally based on the model called "transitional nucleation" which pre-requires base-pairs from position 2 to the pivot (position 6) with targets, we developed a simple chemical modification which completely eliminates miRNA-like off-target repression (0%), achieved by substituting a nucleotide in pivot with abasic spacers (dSpacer or C3 spacer), which potentially destabilize the transitional nucleation. Furthermore, by alleviating steric hindrance in the complex with Argonaute (Ago), abasic pivot substitution also preserves near-perfect on-target activity (∼80-100%). Abasic pivot substitution offers a general means of harnessing target specificity of siRNAs to experimental and clinical applications where misleading and deleterious phenotypes from off-target repression must be considered.

음운구 경계와 단어빈도가 한국어 음운단어 재인에 미치는 영향 (Phonological phrase boundary and word frequency that influence the phonological word recognition)

  • 본 연구는 한국어 말소리 단어를 처리할 때, 운율구성성분인 음운구 경계와 어휘변인인 단어빈도가 상호 작용하는지를 알아보았다. 이를 위해 4개의 음운구로 발화된 문장에서 참가자가 목표단어를 찾을 때, 음운구 경계에 걸침 유무에 따라서 생기는 방해효과를 단어찾기 과제(word monitoring task)를 통해서 조사하였다. 목표단어는 2음절의 고빈도와 저빈도 단어들이 실험자 내 조건으로, 4개의 음운구로 발화된 문장에서 각각 음운구 경계 간(목표단어: 대표, 음운구 경계: [이사회의] [반대] [표명이] [있었다]) 조건과 음운구 경계 내(목표단어: 마차, 음운구 경계: [세뱃돈은] [항상] [우리] [엄마 차지였다]) 조건이 실험자 간 조건으로 설계되었다. 실험 결과, 두 변인 중 음운구 경계의 주 효과가 유의미하였으며, 상호작용도 유의미하였다. 사후분석 결과 음운구 경계 내 그룹에서만 고빈도 목표단어를 저빈도 목표단어보다 유의미하게 빠르게 탐색하는 것으로 나타났고 음운구 경계 간 그룹에서는 목표단어의 빈도효과가 나타나지 않았다. 이 결과를 기반으로 음운 단어재인시 단어의 빈도변인이 초기 단계에 영향을 미치는 여부와 한국어 말소리 처리에서 두 변인의 중요성을 논의하였다.

Deposition of copper oxide by reactive magnetron sputtering

  • Copper oxide films have been deposited on silicon substrates by direct current magnetron sputtering of Cu in O2 / Ar gas mixtures. The target oxidation occurring as a result of either adsorption or ion-plating of reactive gases to the target has a direct effect on the discharge current and the resulting composition of the deposited films. The kinetic model which relates the target oxidation to the discharge current was proposed, showing the one-to-one relationship between discharge current characteristics and film stoichiometry of the deposited films.

말소리 산출에서 단어빈도효과의 위치 : 그림-단어간섭과제에서 나온 증거 (The Locus of the Word Frequency Effect in Speech Production: Evidence from the Picture-word Interference Task)

  • Two experiments were conducted to determine the exact locus of the frequency effect in speech production. Experiment 1 addressed the question as to whether the word frequency effect arise from the stage of lemma selection. A picture-word interference task was performed to test the significance of interactions between the effects of target frequency, distractor frequency and semantic relatedness. There was a significant interaction between the distractor frequency and the semantic relatedness and between the target and the distractor frequency. Experiment 2 examined whether the word frequency effect is attributed to the lexeme level which represent phonological information of words. A methodological logic applied to Experiment 2 was the same as that of Experiment 1. There was no significant interaction between the distractor frequency and the phonological relatedness. These results demonstrate that word frequency has influence on the processes involved in selecting a correct lemma corresponding to an activated lexical concept in speech production.

혈중 목표 농도 자동 조절기(TCI) 개발 PART1 : 약동학적 모델의 수립과 검증 (Development of Target-Controlled Infusion System in Plasma Concentration. PART1 : Establishment of Pharmacokinetic Model and Verification)

  • 본 논문에서는 혈중 목표 농도 자동 조절기(Target-controlled infusion system. TCI)를 개발하는 것으로써, 마취의가 혈중 목표 농도를 설정하면 사용약제의 약동학적 모델링에 의해서 주입속도를 자동적으로 계산하여 마취의 깊이를 예측하는 약동학적 모델의 수립과 검증 방법을 설명한다. 정확한 약동학적 모델의 구축은 시스템의 성능에 큰 영향을 미치므로 먼저 PART 1에서는 약동학적 모델을 구축하되 3-콤파트먼트 모델과 4-콤파트먼트 모델로 해석하였다. 기존의 TCI에서 사용하고 있는 3-콤파트먼트 모델에 가상의 효과처 구획(Effect Site Compartment)을 만들고 이를 네 버내 구획으로 가정한 4-콤파트먼트 모델(Four-Compartment Model)을 수립하였고, matlab 5.0을 이용하여 비교 분석하였다. 모델은 혈중 목표 농도 주입(Plasma Targeting)과 효과처 목표 농도 주입(Effect Site Targeting), 혈중 농도 유지를 위한 주입율 계산과 기타 마취 상태를 추정하는 정보를 포함한다. 시뮬레이션의 결과를 바탕으로 4-콤파트먼트 모델을 디지털 z-변환을 거쳐 디지털시그널프로세서에 프로그램하고 TCI시스템의 적용가능성을 평가하였다. 정맥 마취용 TCI는 오동작에 대한 검증이 반드시 요구되므로 구축한 모델링에 대한 시뮬레이션의 평가 방법을 설정하였다. 기존의 TCI시스템과는 달리 약동학적 약물 전달 속도 상수(k-파라미터)를 독립적으로 조절할 수 있는 기능이 추가되어 다양한 약제의 사용이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 새로운 약동학적 모델의 개발과 평가에 기여하게 되고, 환자의 체형과 병명에 따른 약동학적 모델의 변화에 대응할 수 있게 하였다.

on-axis 스퍼터링 방법에 의한 $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-y}$ 초전도 박막 제조 (Preparation of $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-y}$ Superconducting Thin Films by on-axis Sputtering)

  • $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-y}$ thin films have been prepared on MgO(100)substrates placed on-axis to the target by dc magnetron sputtering in a variety of oxygen/argon gas pressures with different substrate-target distances. We found that films with the c-axis perpendicular to the substrate deposited in an optimally high gas pressure with on-axis substrate-target configuration do. Increasing the substrate-target distance was found to be effetive in reducing the resputtering effect and enhancing superconductivity of films, but not so much $\alpha$-and c-axis growth of YMCO films on MgO substrates. Dependences of the Tc, the rationj of resistances at 300K and 100K, and the X-ray diffraction pattern on the gas pressure and the substrate target distance are described.

  • In this paper, we proposed realtime visual tracking system of moving object for 2D target using extended Kalman Filter Algorithm. A targeting marker are recongnized in each image frame and positions of targer object in each frame from a CCD camera while te targeting marker is attached to the tip of the SCARA robot hand. After the detection of a target coming into any position of the field-of-view, the target is tracked and always made to be located at the center of target window. Then, we can track the moving object which moved in inter-frames. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the Kalman filter algorithm for realtime tracking and estimated state value of filter, predicting the position of moving object to minimize an image processing area, and by reducing the effect by quantization noise of image

  • The discovery and mechanistic understanding of target-specific genome engineering technologies has led to extremely effective and specific genome editing in higher organisms. Target-specific genetic modification technology is expected to have a leading position in future gene therapy development, and has a ripple effect on various basic and applied studies. However, several problems remain and hinder efficient and specific editing of target genomic loci. The issues are particularly critical in precise targeted insertion of external DNA sequences into genomes. Here, we discuss some recent efforts to overcome such problems and present a perspective of future genome editing technologies.
