Revolution of software and hardware technology changed TV from cathode-ray tube to a LCD or PDP. And this change calls for change of TV decoration cabinet. The flat panel TV stands market is very a world-wide enormous size with the function which is various and breed and design is forming. Nonetheless, Our flat panel TV stands production method and technique is to a phase which imitates the product of the foreign nation which precedes. Currently our country TV / AV decoration cabinet is staying to only the acceptance function which is simple. Consequently, the development of the new flat panel TV stands that matches in the house culture which is modernized with applies the visual effect which is various, effective design and function is necessary. The fact that it develops the product which equips the function characteristic which is new and convenient is objective of sample planning.

Our study focus on the investigations of the effect of IPRs, the relationship Digital TV with MPEG-2, and the MPEG LA stands. MPEG LA, which build up the strong patent pool, manage to IPRs system of MPEG-2. And we examine the influence of the effect for the. patent of Digital TV and IPRs based on MPEG LA Licensing agreement. Results of this study shows that to be valuable the IPRs of MPEG-2 related to Digital TV, Korea needs the strategies for effective IPRs negotiations and technical accumulation through offensive patent management, and so on.

Recently large size color TV and computer monitor are very popular and a lot techniques are being developed to get a high quality picture on the screen through reducing the convergence error among the red, green and blue beams and achieving a high focusing. One of the techniques is considering the mutual effects of the components of the Brown tube. The magnetic deflection yoke, especially, stands immediately next to the electron gun and generates the leakage magnetic fields at the electron gun which affects the trajectories of the electron beams inside the gun. Hence a shield cup made of thin conducting plate is located at the end of electron gun in order to shield the leakage flux from the deflection yoke. Since the red, green and blue beams are placed unsymmetrically the shielding effects of the shield cup on the beams are not same and eddy current controller, made of thin conducting plate, is auxiliary placed inside the shield cup. In this paper a transient magnetic field analysis algorithm is developed using boundary element method, and applied to the analysis of the shielding effects of the eddy current controller of shield cup in an electron gun.

The article reveals the problems of aesthetic education of young people as a necessary condition for the cultural development of the individual in the modern conditions of the information society. Aesthetic education should contribute to the formation of a creatively active personality. The basis of aesthetic education of young people in the modern conditions of the information society is the core of artistic culture - art as a unique form of public consciousness that contributes to the spiritual development and improvement of the inner world of a person. The main tasks of aesthetic education are highlighted. It is focused on the formation of aesthetic consciousness and aesthetic behavior of the individual. The formation of true aesthetic and spiritual values of students is impossible without a deep awareness of the national foundations of culture, which combines science (including technology), education, art, morality, way of life and worldview, and most importantly its information component - information culture. The effectiveness of aesthetic education of students largely depends on the skillful use of various methods and means by teachers. Aesthetic education of students involves a qualitative change in the level of their aesthetic culture in the modern conditions of the information society. In the era of information and computer technologies, the main Institute for aesthetic education of young people, as a necessary condition for the cultural development of the individual, is mass media. Television stands out especially because it has several information series (audio and video sequence), multiplied by the efficiency of providing information that increases several times compared to paper media, which allows you to report directly during the event.

오늘날 문화콘텐츠 산업은 그 특성상 제조 산업 보다는 서비스 산업에 가까우며, 콘텐츠의 완성도나 품질이 높더라도 소비자의 눈높이에 맞지 않는다면 시장경쟁에서 우위를 차지하기 어렵다는 현실적인 제약을 가지고 있다. 이는 비즈니스 계획이나 활동이 콘텐츠의 완성도나 품질과 적절하게 조화를 이루었을 때라야 시장 내에서의 성공을 기대해 볼 수 있다는 뜻이며, 그만큼 글로벌 환경에서의 비즈니스 경쟁이 중요하다는 의미이기도 하다. 다시 말해, 문화콘텐츠 산업에서 콘텐츠 창작력은 당연히 중요한 것이지만, 앞으로는 유통 프로세스를 구축관리하고 부가가치가 적절하게 배분될 수 있는 시스템을 만드는 것이 보다 더 중요한 역할을 할 것이라는 의미이다. 특히나 애니메이션은 장르의 특성상 다른 콘텐츠에 비해 상대적으로 문화적 장벽의 영향을 덜 받는 장점이 있다. 이른바 문화적 할인율이 영화나 드라마와 같은 여타의 영상 콘텐츠보다 낮다는 뜻이다. 하지만 국내 애니메이션의 경우, 이러한 이점에도 불구하고 영화 산업이나 방송 산업에 비해 아직까지 산업적 인프라가 상대적으로 취약하고, 분야별 전문 인력 또한 매우 부족하여 해외유통에 있어서의 현실적 제약을 해결하기 위한 보다 근본적이며 구체적인 방안이 요구되고 있다. 이와 같은 필요성과 국내 산업이 처한 상황을 종합적으로 고려하였을 때, 가장 효율적으로 운영될 수 있는 방안이 온라인을 통한 국산 애니메이션 콘텐츠의 B2B형 마켓플레이스 구축이다. 이는 기존의 소극적인 방식에서 벗어나 온라인을 통해 보다 효과적이며 광범위한 유통방식을 선택하는 것을 말한다. 이러한 온라인 마켓플레이스가 발굴 정착된다면 국내의 다양한 애니메이션에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 전 세계의 잠재적 고객들과 공유할 수 있게 된다. 또한, 다원적인 유통창구로도 활용되어 추가수익을 창출하고 이를 통해 부가시장이 활성화되어 국산 애니메이션 콘텐츠의 보다 높은 국제적 경쟁력을 확보 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 아울러 국내 애니메이션 콘텐츠산업은 질적, 양적 성장을 이룰 것이며, 기존 콘텐츠 제작자와 유통사업자간의 불공정거래 및 왜곡된 수익배분 등 후진적 유통환경 개선을 통해 선순환구조 확립에 일조하게 되어 궁극적으로는 전 세계시장에서 일정한 가치를 갖는 브랜드 자산을 형성할 수 있다. 또한 동시에 한국 애니메이션의 국제적 브랜드화를 보다 빨리 확립할 수 있는 기회가 될 것이다.
