TV 홈쇼핑 모바일 애플리케이션의 고객화가 서비스 품질 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (The Impact of Customization of TV Home Shopping Mobile Applications on Service Quality and Customer Loyalty)

  • Purpose: We examine the impact of Customization of TV Home Shopping Mobile Applications on Service Quality and Customer Loyalty. Methods: We collect data by using survey and proposed relationships between latent variables using Structural Equations Modeling. Results: We find that Customization of TV Home Shopping Mobile Applications positively affect Service Quality and Customer Loyalty. In addition, service quality work as a mediate variable between Customization with Customer Loyalty. Conclusion: Our findings explain the significant relationships between each variables and hence it is necessary to consider Customization and Service Quality in order to achieve desired goal of enhancing business performance through mobile applications.

TV 홈쇼핑 패션스타일리스트에 대한 모델의 관계마케팅 요인 분석의 차이 (Differences in the analysis of a model's relationship marketing factors for TV home shopping fashion stylist)

  • The purpose of this study is to establish a relationship between TV home shopping model and the marketing data of the TV home shopping industry. Differences in relationship marketing factors, trust, and intent to reuse depending on the experience of the model have resulted in a higher assessment of both the expertise and service factors of fashion stylists than groups with 10 years or less experience. In addition, model groups with 15 or more broadcasts in one month rated the professionalism, communication, ties, trust, and intent to reuse fashion stabilists more than 15 model groups. The difference in marketing factors, services, communications and ties between the professional and use of home shopping models was found to be 40 years old as compared to those in their 20s and 30s. Finally, in terms of the gender of the home shopping model, the difference between the marketing factors and the reliability of the relationship and the intent to reuse, the professional, communication and bonding, trust, and re-purpose factors were all rated higher by the female group than the male group. The results of the study suggest that a relationship marketing strategy needs to be established between a fashion stylist and a TV home shopping model, and fashion stylists should be judged based on the characteristics of a TV home shopping model.

TV홈쇼핑과 스마트 미디어 재구매 의도의 관계 요인 분석 연구 - 관계결속의 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on Relationship Factors of TV Home Shopping and Smart Media's Repurchase Intention : Focuing on Mediating Effect of Relationship Bonding)

  • 본 연구는 홈쇼핑과 이용자 간 지속적이고 호의적인 관계를 구축하기 위한 방안을 논의하고자 TV 홈쇼핑과 애플리케이션 홈쇼핑에 대한 서비스 품질 요인이 관계결속을 매개로 스마트 미디어를 통한 홈쇼핑 상품의 재구매 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 연구결과 홈쇼핑에 대한 관계결속은 특정 서비스 품질 요인과 재구매 의도 사이에 형성된 영향관계를 완전 매개 혹은 부분 매개하여 브랜드자산 구축과정을 따르는 것으로 확인되었다. 이때 관계결속의 매개효과는 홈쇼핑 플랫폼에 따라 상이하게 제시되었는데, TV+애플리케이션 집단의 TV 홈쇼핑 이용에 대한 관계결속은 아무런 매개효과를 갖지 않았다. 또한, 이용자의 평소 미디어 이용 습관에 따라 홈쇼핑에 대한 서비스 품질 요인이 관계결속을 매개로 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 관계가 상이하였다. 본 연구는 이상의 결과에 대해 신기술 채택 및 브랜드자산과 관련된 이론 및 개념을 적용하여 홈쇼핑 상품 구매 시 이용되는 플랫폼 특성과 이용자의 평소 미디어 습관에 따라 기술수용 과정 및 브랜드자산 구축 과정이 달라질 수 있음을 검증했다는 점에서 학술적 의의를 찾고자 한다. 홈쇼핑 사업자들이 자사 서비스에 대한 이용자 유인 방안을 고민하며 홈쇼핑 플랫폼별로 적합한 전략을 수립하는데 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 실무적 의의 역시 가지는 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine determinant to purchase decisions by consumers using the home shopping of cable TV. For the purpose accomplishment, this researcher surveyed demographic characteristics of cable TV users to determine what differences in types of goods purchased by the users were made in accordance with the characteristics. Findings from the study may be reflected in bisiness policies seeking the fulfillment of consumer needs, and be used as a basic information for the establishment of consumer policies pursuing increased qualities of consumption life by providing information on goods shown through the of home shopping on cable TV. The result of the study can be summarized as follow. First, purchased goods were greatly different in their types depending on demographic characteristics of consumers such as gender, marital status, age, educational backgrounds, income and jobs. Second, experiential characteristics of cable TV users including holding or non-holding credit cards, main channels used, the main time of watching cable TV and purchase frequency per year contributed to differences in types of purchased goods. Third, factors influencing purchase decisions were somewhat different according to types of goods. However, previous purchase experiences were most influential irrespective of the types. The result as described so far suggests that previous purchase experiences by consumers raised their chances of repurchase by removing possible risks perceived by consumers. Based on the result as above, the researcher would make the following conclusion. First. companies operating the of home shopping on cable TV should increase satisfaction by consumers by providing reliable goods and information to them. In this sense, those companies need to establish marketing strategies that vary according to demographic characteristics of consumers and at the same time provide product information necessary for fulfilling consumers' requirements. Second, consumers should be moderate in the use of credit cards to avoid unplanned purchases via home shopping on cable TV and have some knowledge to solve problems related to goods and to the use of credit cards.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine related variables to goods purchase by consumers using the home shopping of cable TV. For the purpose accomplishment, this study analyzed the variables which influence on the purchase by demographic variables, consumers'shopping propensity, perceived risk and benefit. The major findings are as follows; In the purchase of convenience goods, the variables which influence positively are sex, job(housewife), instantly impulse purchasing propensity, and diversity of goods information. On the other hand, the variables which influence negatively are risk of delivery & returned goods, and risk of quality. In the purchase of shopping goods, the variables which influence positively are state of marriage, job(nonspecialist), and diversity of goods information. On the other hand, the variables which influence negatively are pleasure of shopping-oriented, risk of delivery & returned goods, and risk of quality. In the purchase of specialty goods, the variables which influence positively are sex, income, convenience of time, and convenience of approach. On the other hand, the variables which influence negatively are pleasure of shopping-oriented, and risk of price & information restriction.

  • 최근 디지털 방송 서비스가 확산되면서 TV 기반 상거래 시장이 성장하고 있다. 그러나 기존 연구의 경우, TV 홈쇼핑과 T-Commerce 각각에 관한 연구만이 존재하며, 각각의 연구 역시 소비자의 만족을 높이기 위한 속성에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 TV 기반 상거래를 통해 소비자의 만족을 증대시킬 수 있는 품질 속성을 분석함으로써, 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다. 우리는 이를 위해 TV 홈쇼핑 및 T-Commerce의 특징을 선행연구를 통하여 선정하였고, 이를 기반으로 KANO 모델과 ASC를 기반으로 TV 기반 상거래의 고객 품질 속성의 만족도를 분석하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship structure in TV home shopping focusing on purchasing frequency and gender. Subjects for this study were 300 customers who had purchased fashion products in TV home shopping. For date analysis, factor analysis, t-test, correlation analysis and path analysis were used. As the result, when comparing groups by the purchasing frequency, the group which had higher purchase experiences had significant relationship between trust and commitment than other group of lower purchase experiences. There were statistically significant differences in 'service', 'benefits', 'influence', 'security' variables between purchasing frequency groups. Also when comparing groups by the gender, both men and women had 'relationship maintenance intention' in CRM. However, women had the effects from 'trust' to 'commitment', while men had not effects. However, there were statistically significant differences in 'service', 'information', 'reputation', 'influence' variables between men and women. Based on these results, TV home shopping fashion marketing strategies would be suggested.

  • Direct marketing in the form of Internet Commerce and TV Home Shopping became the focus of concern for Korean companies. Despite the importance of research in these interactive systems, few studies have been performed on the consumer behavior in TV Home Shopping. This study explores what factors consumers perceive critical in these interactive systems, and analyzes the difference in consumer perception with respect to these critical factors.

홈쇼핑 의류제품 구매실태와 구매 만족도 : 청주지역 주부를 대상으로 (Purchase Practices & Satisfaction Degree of Apparel by Home Shopping: Focused on Housewives in Cheongju City)

  • This study was performed to help on the activation plan the purchase of apparel by shopping(catalog/TV/Internet) through investigating and analyzing elements related with apparel purchasing practice, purchasing satisfaction degree, and information demand. The subjects were 165 housewives residing in Cheongju who had bought apparel through home shopping more than once. The questionnaire survey was conducted from July to August, 2002. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Housewives had most a lot of occasions that purchased clothing through TV shopping among home shopping method. 2) Major clothing items that purchased through home shopping were underwear and casual wear. 3) Satisfaction for apparel product purchased via home shopping was difference partially item wise. 4) Respondents were satisfied with design, color, sewing state, but dissatisfied with size and materials. 5) When purchasing apparel through home shopping, respondents recognized the necessity of information on size, exchange/refund/returned policy, color, design, resolution of the product picture, care of instruction, texture and detail of apparel.

케이블 TV 홈쇼핑에서 의류제품 충동구매에 대한 상황적 관여 연구 (Effects of Situational Involvement on Impulse Buying of Apparel Products in Cable TV Home Shopping)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of situational involvement on impulse buying of clothing products in cable TV home shopping. Data were obtained from 235 women aged between 20 and 50 living in Seoul metropolitan area who have bought apparel products on impulse through cable TV. The data were analyzed using factor analysis, cluster analysis, MANOVA, and Chi-square analysis. By factor analysis, two factors of situational involvement factors were identified: Emotional Involvement and Cognitive Involvement. Based on situational involvement, consumers were classified into four groups; High Involvement, Low Involvement, Cognitive Involvement, and Emotional Involvement groups. These groups showed different decision making styles. The situational involvement groups were also different in terms of demographic characteristics, purchase behaviors, types of impulse purchase products, and responses to marketing stimuli. The findings of this study provide useful information for retails of Cable TV home shopping. Retailers may need to make useful marketing efforts for each types of situational involvement.
