한-유럽 복합운송 경로선택에 관한 연구 중국-유럽 화물열차를 중심으로 (Multimodal Route Selection from Korea to Europe Using Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS Approaches: The Perspective of the China-Railway Express)

  • 2011년 한-유럽 FTA 체결 이후 두 지역의 거래액은 증가일로에 있으며 전체 시장은 지속적으로 확대되고 있다. 여러 운송수단을 이용하는 복합국제운송에 대한 관심이 늘어나며 기존의 해운운송 위주의 운송 방식에서 철도를 포함한 두 가지 이상의 운송수단을 사용하는 다중운송경로를 통한 운송이 확대되고 있다. COVID-19의 영향으로 2019년 세계 화물 시장이 타격을 받았는데 특히 해상 및 항공 노선의 급격한 제한에 기인하고 한국의 대유럽 수출도 감소하였다. 이러한 영향에도 2020년 CRE(China Railway Express) 화물 열차의 총 수는 2016년 대비 7.3배 증가한 12,406개 노선으로 전년 대비 50% 증가하였다. 철도를 이용한 육상기반의 화물운송에 대한 연구는 꾸준히 있어 왔으나 한국과 유럽의 운송노선에 대한 연구는 TSR(Trans Siberian Railway), 수에즈 해운(Suez Shipping), 기존 TCR(Trans China Railway) 노선에 국한되었다. 본 논문은 중국에서의 일대일로 구상에 따라 최근 변화를 겪고있는 실크로드의 핵심에 초점을 맞추어 중국-유럽 화물열차(CRE)를 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. Fuzzy-AHP는 한국에서 유럽으로 가는 국제 복합항로 선정 시 요인의 우선순위를 결정하는데 사용하였으며 중국과 한국의 전문가 설문조사를 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 요인 선정 후 TOPSIS 방법을 적용하여 계획된 3개의 경로를 순위화하였다. 그 결과 총비용, 총시간, 서비스 신뢰도가 CRE 기반 복합운송을 선택할 때 의사결정자가 고려하는 요소로 나타났다. 또한, 주요 3개 복합운송노선에서 Route 1(인천-대련-만주-함부르크) 노선이 최적 노선이고 Route 2(인천-리차오-얼롄하오터-함부르크)와 Route 3(인천-롄윈강-시안-함부르크) 순서로 나타났다.

수리실험을 통한 수평 2열 쉬라우드 조류에너지 변환장치 성능평가 (Performance Assessment of Two Horizontal Shroud Tidal Current Energy Converter using Hydraulic Experiment)

  • 본 연구에서는 저유속 조건에서도 발전이 가능한 수평 2열 쉬라우드 조류에너지 변환장치를 개발하였다. 쉬라우드 시스템의 형상을 결정하기 위해 3차원 수치모의 실험을 수행하였으며, 1/6 축소모형을 제작하여 수리모형 실험을 수행하였다. 수리모형 실험은 4가지 유속 조건하에서 수행하였으며, 각각의 실험 케이스별로 유속, 토크 및 RPM을 계측하였다. 수치모의 실험 결과, 노즐을 통과한 유속은 실린더에서 약 2~3배 유속이 증폭되는 것을 확인하였으며, 연장비가 2:1일 때, 가장 높은 유속 증폭율을 보였다. 또한 노즐과 실린더의 직경비는 1.5:1일 때 유속이 2.8배 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 수리모형 실험 결과, TSR이 1.75~2 일 때, 0.32~0.34의 출력 성능을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

환태평양 시대의 부산항 물류산업 합리화 (The Rationalization of PDM in Pusan Port for the Period of Round Pacific Area)

  • The most change in this century is supposed to be declination of ideology, and block of world economy. Addition to down full of cold war atmosphere around Northeast Asia, not only economic and social mood in this region is dramatically changed, but also it gave birth to the block of Northeast economy that accerlated new hub of world economy. According to dramatic change of economic surroundings the dynamic potential of growth in this region will be guided to enlarge inter-regional trade and increase volume of trade, thus suggests to grow steadily transportation. cargos in this region will have to arrange the system of delivery and inner transportation, accessary facilities, inter-regional harbors if North America and EC has connected easily. As have accerlated GATT and UR represented multilateralism and regionalism, it has regulated to increase trades of region due to relief of the trade barrier through specific areas has agreed with separately. The flow of regionalism of world economy has appeared to realize EC and NAFTA centered U.S.A, and also has presented to free trade region or one-size market agreement in Asia as APEC, EAEG in Malaysia, and etc. In defense to this block and internationalism of world economy, Pusan has to come forward to the hub of Northeast others has proposed a project to dominate the Northeast, Economy Association Agreement as Far East comprehensive development project in USSR, Hunchun development project in NK, and East Sea development project in PRC, Niigate regional development in Japan, Duman River development project in NK, and East Sea development project in Korea. As this exercise has proceed, Pusan also have arranged development strategy definitely and prepared provisions systematically. Engaging to participate center of delivery system is meant to be completed complex functions, namely the transfer storage processing & assembly function of international commodity. Pusan has ability to be terminal point of TSR. it had been connected to EC as the biggest economy block and TKR as complex transportation root to Far East, it would be the center of inground and seabase delivery terminal to Rotterdom as the biggest container pier and major piers to North-East and South East Asia. In order to provide a Role of 21 century's internationalization, Pusan has appealed to participate in management information research and development connected to Pohang-Ulsan-Changwon-Masan, and has utilized efficiently the resources such as man, material, money and information.

Optimal flammability and thermal buckling resistance of eco-friendly abaca fiber/ polypropylene/egg shell powder/halloysite nanotubes composites

  • Upon direct/indirect exposure to flame or heat, composite structures may burn or thermally buckle. This issue becomes more important in the natural fiber-based composite structures with higher flammability and lower mechanical properties. The main goal of the present study was to obtain an optimal eco-friendly composite system with low flammability and high thermal buckling resistance. The studied composite consisted of polypropylene (PP) and short abaca fiber (AF) with eggshell powder (ESP) and halloysite clay nanotubes (HNTs) additives. An optimal base composite, consisting of 30 wt.% AF and 70 wt.% PP, abbreviated as OAP, was initially introduced based on burning rate (BR) and the Young's modulus determined by horizontal burning test (HBT) and tensile test, respectively. The effects of adding ESP to the base composite were then investigated with the same experimental tests. The results indicated that though the BR significantly decreased with the increase of ESP content up to 6 wt.%, it had a very destructive influence on the stiffness of the composite. To compensate for the damaging effect of ESP, small amount of HNT was used. The performance of OAP composite with 6 wt.% ESP and 3 wt.% HNT (OAPEH) was explored by conducting HBT, cone calorimeter test (CCT) and tensile test. The experimental results indicated a 9~23 % reduction in almost all flammability parameters such as heat release rate (HRR), total heat released (THR), maximum average rate of heat emission (MARHE), total smoke released (TSR), total smoke production (TSP), and mass loss (ML) during combustion. Furthermore, the combination of 6 wt.% ESP and 3 wt.% HNT reduced the stiffness of OAP to an insignificant amount by maximum 3%. Moreover, the char residue analysis revealed the distinct differences in the formation of char between AF/PP and AF/PP/ESP/HNT composites. Afterward, dilatometry test was carried out to examine the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of OAP and OAPEH samples. The obtained results showed that the CTE of OAPEH composite was about 18% less than that of OAP. Finally, a theoretical model was used based on first-order shear deformation theory (FSDT) to predict the critical bucking temperatures of the OAP and OAPEH composite plates. It was shown that in the absence of mechanical load, the critical buckling temperatures of OAPEH composite plates were higher than those of OAP composites, such that the difference between the buckling temperatures increased with the increase of thickness. On the contrary, the positive effect of CTE reduction on the buckling temperature decreased by raising the axial compressive mechanical load on the composite plates which can be assigned to the reduction of stiffness after the incorporation of ESP. The results of present study generally stated that a suitable combination of AF, PP, ESP, and HNT can result in a relatively optimal and environmentally friendly composite with proper flame and thermal buckling resistance with no significant decline in the stiffness.
