마이크로캅셀화에 의한 조절방출제제 개발 I: 유드라짓 마이크로캅셀화에 의한 $\beta$-락탐계 항생제의 방출제어

  • 1. Eudragit RS, RL, E, S 및 L을 이용하여 유중건조법으로 제조한 $\beta$-락탐계 항생제 (Amoxicillin, Cephalexin) 마이크로캅셀 모두가 구상 성형성과 정립성이 양호한 결과를 얻었다. 2. 분리 분산제 (aluminium tristearate)의 양을 고정시켰을 때에는 일정한 입자 분포도를 가지는 마이크로캅셀을 얻을 수 있었고, 양을 증가시켰을 때에는 입자 크기는 작아 졌으며, 용출율은 증가하였다. 3. Eudragit RS 및 S 마이크로캅셀제제로부터의 약물용출은 저조하였고, Eudragit RL 및 L 제제로부터의 약물용출은 양호하였다. 따라서 Eudragit RS/RL 마이크로캅셀제제에서는 Eudragit RL의 양을 증가시킬수록 약물의 용출율이 증가하였으며, Eudragit S/L 마이크로캅셀제제에서는 Eudragit L의 양을 증가시킬수록 약물의 용출율이 증가하였다. 약물방출 실험결과, Amoxicillin 함유Eudragit RS/RL (25/75) 마이크로캅셀, cephalxin함유 Eudragit RS/RL (75/25) 마이크로캅셀 및 Eudragit S/L (75/25) 마이크로캅셀제제는 유용한 제제로 펑가되었다. 또한 수용성 고분자인 polyethylene glycol을 혼합하어 제조하는 것에 의해 방출조절성 마이크로캅셀의 제조가 가능하였다. 유중건조법을 이용하여 본 연구방법으로 저조한 마이크로캅셀제제는 투어횟수를 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 생체에 대해 안전하고 재현성에 확보되는 유용한 제제로 판단된다. 앞으로 연구를 계속 수행하여, 특히 약물의 물리화학적 성질 및 생제내 투어 후의 생물약제학적 펑가를 엄격히 하므로써 안정성이 심히 문제시되는 다용 약물계열에 대한 조절방출성제제의 개발을 기대할 수 있다.은 해리항수의 역수이므로 해리항수가 적을수록 $\beta$ 수용체에 대한 친화력이 큰 약물이다. 시사되었으며, 이 조직에서 또한 5-$HT_2$와 5-$HT_3$ 수용체의 존재를 확인하고 각각의 기능을 분명히 했다.가 수월하게 하였고 메모리를 동적으로 관리할 수 있게 하였다. 또한 기존의 smpl에 디버깅용 함수 및 설비(facility) 제어용 함수를 추가하여 시뮬레이션 프로그램 작성을 용이하게 하였다. 예를 들면 who_server(), who_queue(), pop_Q(), push_Q(), pop_server(), push_server(), we(), wf(), printfct() 같은 함수들이다. 또한 동시에 발생되는 사건들의 순서를 조종하기 위해, 동시에 발생할 수 있는 각각의 사건에 우선순위를 두어 이 우선 순위에 의하여 사건 리스트(event list)에서 자동적으로 사건들의 순서가 결정되도록 확장하였으며, 설비 제어방식에 있어서도 FIFO, LIFO, 우선 순위 방식등을 선택할 수 있도록 확장하였다. Mini-transposon을 사용한 단백질의 세포내 분포 결정

  • Tn3 Transposon을 이용한 Shuttle Mutagenesis방법으로 효모의 Genome 상에 무작위적으로 $\beta$-gal 표지 유전자를 삽입하고 효모생활사의 각 세포시기 마다 특이하게 발현되는 유전자를 X-Gal plate상에서 찾아내고 이들 효모 유전자의 단백질이 세포내에 어떤 위치에 분포하는가를 간접 면역현미경법으로 추적해보았다. 먼저 효모의 genomic library를 38bp의 Tn3 Termial repeat를 가지고 있지 않은 pHSS6 Vector에 patial fill-in 방법으로 조성하였으며 최종적으로 20 Genome equivalent에 해당하는 18개 Pool의 genomic library를 만들었다. 이들 library를 조사하여 본 결과 모든 클론이 평균 3kb 크기의 insert를 가지고 있었으며 이는 99.99%의 효묘 genome을 대표하였다. 특정한 유전자의 발현을 알아보기 위해 먼저 mini-Tn3로 shuttle mutagenesis를 실시하고 vegetative growth동안 발현되는 유전자를 X-gal을 사용하여 골라내었다. 지금까지 16823개의 클론을 조사하였는데 이중 13%에 해당하는 2187개가 X-gal plate상에서 양성반응을 보여주었다. 양성반응을 보여주는 융합단백질의 세포내 분포틀 anti-$\beta$-galactosidase 항체를 사용하여 추적해보았다. 항체론 이용한 형광염색결과 약 70%의 세포가 background이상의 염색을 보여주었으며 이중 novel한 염색 pattern을 나타내는 클론도 다수 탐지되었다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면 Tn3틀 이용한 Shuttle Mutagenesis 방법으로 지금까지 전통적인 유전학적인 접근 방식으로 탐지되지 않았던 다수의 새로운 효모 유전자를 찾아낼 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.tamine제중 triprolidine이 $K_{M}$ /K$_{H}$ 비가 가장 높았고 diphenidol이 가장 낮았다. 이상의 결과로 보아 항 histamine제의 muscarinic receptor 차단작용은 이들 약물의 항 alleragy 효과에 필요한 작용이 아니며 본 실험에서 추정된 항 histamine제의 H$_1$-receptor와 muscarinic receptor에 대한 상대적 역가는 이들 약물의 선택과 평가에 중요한 지표가 될수 있을 것으로 생각된다.ing ischemic insults.   • Soong-Neung is a Korean traditional beverage served after meals and is made from cooked and roasted rice produced on the bottom of the container during the rice cooking process. The volatiles from the extract of cooked and roasted rice were separated into pyrazine and carbonyl fractions and qualitatively investigated. The pyrazine fraction was characterized by gas chromatography and combined gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and five pyrazines were positively identified. Pyrazine compounds identified are 2-methylpyrazine, 2,3-dimethylpyrazine, 2,5-dimethylpyrazine, 2-ethyl-5-methylpyrazine and 2-ethyl-3-methylpyrazine. Carbonyls were converted to their 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones and identified by gas chromatography, combined gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and thin layer chromatography. Acetaldehyde, propionaldehyde, iso-butyraldehyde and iso-valeraldehyde were positively identified in the carbonyl compounds. The aroma of the fractions indentified as 2,3-dimethylpyrazine and 2,5-dimethylpyrazine had a nut-like or roasted cereal-like flavor, which is one of the characteristic flavors of Soong-Neung.

Looking for More Space-sensitive Korean Studies (한국학 연구에서 사회-공간론적 관점의 필요성에 대한 소고)

  • Korean studies are in crisis because they have fallen prey to the territorial trap associated with methodological territorialism and methodological nationalism. In order to overcome this situation, this paper suggests the studies on Korea to be more active in accepting the socio-spatial perspective that emphasize the inseparability of society and space. In particular, paying special attention to the 4 important dimensions of socio-spatial relations, such as place, territory, network and scale, it examines the ways in which these 4 dimensions are overlapped, interconnected and dynamically interacting with one another from the perspective of "multi-scalar networked territoriality". In conclusion, I argue that the Korean studies need to understand the variegated and multi-scalar nature of Korea, a place, which is constituted through complex interactions among diverse political, social, economic and cultural forces and processes that operate in various places and at diverse geographical scales.those days, such as agriculture, crops, and transportation of goods. Fifth, the bibliography and citations explaining all instances reveal that China (Qing) is a great civilization of the advanced world and that the scholarship of Joseon relied on and accepted it. Sixth, except for horse raising and management, farming implements for rice transplantation, sericulture, and natural dying of cloth, most of the topics are useful even today. In short, theres is a profound aspect to the content that makes it possible to estimate the "geographical thinking". In general, the focus of the content of this book directly linked to the practical agricultural economy of the common people.

A Phenological Simulation of the Striped Rice Borer, Chilo suppressalis (Walker), Life System (이화명나방 발생의 Phenological Simulation에 관한 연구)

  • A computer simulation model was constructed to explore the phonology of the Striped Rice Borer, Chilo suppressalis (Walker), in Korea. The phenological system model based on the concept of distributed time delay was written in the computer program 'INSECT' and simulated with the estimated parameters of the effective day-degrees (DEL) and the order of time delay (K) for determining the validity of the system model. The accumulated emergence curves obtained from the phenological model were slightly different from the observed light trap data at the early and late stage of the moth emergence in 1978. The differences between observed and simulated $50\%$ emergence date were five to six days in the locations of Suweon and Chuncheon, while it was only two to three days in Iri, Daegu, Boseong, and Milyang. The phenological model should be further improved for simulation of field population changes by adding the information of the time delay process in each developmental stage, the age distribution of overwintered population, and the limiting factors of the borer mortality.

Explorations of Hydrothermal Vents in Southern Mariana Arc Submarine Volcanoes using ROV Hemire (심해무인잠수정 해미래를 이용한 남마리아나 아크 해저화산 열수분출공 탐사)

  • This paper presents the explorations of hydrothermal vents located in the Marina Arc and Back Arc Basin using the deep-sea ROV Hemire. These explorations were conducted by KRISO and KIOST to demonstrate the capability of Hemire in various applications for deep-sea scientific research. The missions included the following: (1) to search the reported vents, (2) conduct visual inspections, (3) deploy/recover a sediment trap and bait traps, (4) sample sediment/water/rock, (5) measure the magnetic field at the vent site, and (6) acquire a detailed map using multi-beam sonar near the bottom. We installed three HD cameras for precise visual inspection, a high-temperature thermometer, a three-component magnetometer, and a multi-beam sonar to acquire details of the bottom contour or identify vents in the survey area. The explorations were performed in an expedition from March 23 to April 5, 2016, and the missions were successfully completed. This paper discusses the operational process, navigation, and control of Hemire, as well as the exploration results.

  • Kyoto Protocol, adopted in 1997, set the obligation to reduce $CO_2$, $CH_4$, $N_2O$, HFCs, PFCs, and $SF_6$ in developed countries during 1st promised period. $SF_6$ has been drawing a lot of attention since the Kyoto Protocol because once it is released into the atmosphere, it not only stays in the atmosphere for more than 3,200 years but also emits 22,800 times stronger global warming potential at the same concentrations as $CO_2$ if remains in the atmosphere for 100 years. This study introduces 12 methods for $SF_6$ of measuring trace. $SF_6$ of trace level in the atmosphere correctly, the measurement method was changed and as a result, when the back flush method was applied to the pre-concentration system that used low-temperature concentration and high-temperature desorption system, which used Carboxen-1000 adsorption trap, the effect was the best.

Effects of Orchard Environments and Landscape Features on the Population Occurrence of Major Lepidopteran Pests in Apple Orchards (과원 환경과 경관 요소가 사과원 주요 나방류 해충 발생에 미치는 영향)

  • Landscape composition and structure are important factors determining biological diversity including pests and natural enemires in agricultural ecosystem. This study was conducted to indentify effect of landscape composition on occurrence of lepidopteran pest population in Geochang, Gyoungdnam. For this, orchard characteristics and management practices were surveyed in 80 conventional apple orchards in Geochang, Korea, along with the monitoring of pest population densities. The landscape features of each surveyed orchard also obtained by extracting information from the public-service map. Grapholita molesta was the most dominat and damaging pest followed by Phyllonorycter ringoniella and Carposina sasakii in trap catches. Adoxophyes paraorana occurrences were low. Farmers spray insecticides and fungicides ap. 12.4 times per year respectively while acaricides were sprayed 2.4 times. Major landscape features such as surrounding apple orchard or paddy field did not influence the pest populations but presence of plum, peach, wild peach, graph, and even abandoned orchards significantly resulted in higher pest population mostly on G. molesta. C. sasakii population was higher in orchards with grape, peach, and P. ringoniella with peach, grape, abandoned orchards and jujube. Results highlight the need of landscape management not only for the rural amenity but also for increasing functional diversity of agroecosystem as well as reducing pest population.

Part-time Work in Sweden: The Coexistence in Tension of Flexibility and Gender Equality (스웨덴의 시간제근로: 유연성과 성평등의 긴장 속 공존)

  • Part-time jobs in Sweden are highly feminized yet are in fair conditions in terms of job security, earnings, and collective representation. Three points are considered to be important to understand why part-time work in Sweden carries such positive characteristics. First, the part-time work in Sweden is widely spread not as a result of employers' need for labor flexibilization but as means to enhance the work-life balance, a value pursued within a broader social policy package to change the breadwinner model. Second, discrimination against part-time workers is restrained in Sweden because the boundary between part-time and full-time is not conspicuous. Most of part-time jobs are occupied by regular workers who exert the right to part-time work, hence may go back to the full-time status any time. Third, the regulation on overtime work of part-time workers as well as full-time workers is strong. It is largely agreed among researchers that part-time work contributed greatly to an increase of female employment rate in Sweden. Since the 1970s, the increased availability of part-time jobs induced married women who used to be economically inactive to the labor market and maintained them to be economically active throughout the child rearing period. From the gender perspective, one may still raise issues regarding part-time work in Sweden such as persistent feminization and strong occupational sex segregation. However, the observed trend shows that the part-time work in Sweden has functioned more as a stepping stone to the full-time work for women than as a women's trap.

Impacts of Minijob on Women's Employment in Germany (독일 미니잡이 여성 고용에 미친 영향)

  • This article empirically explores the impact of minijobs in the wake of the Hartz reform in Germany on women's employment relationship. Theoretically it is of great significance to examine whether the minijobs play an active role as a bridge in leading the minijobbers to regular, socially secured jobs or not. Several interviews as well as secondary data I could get during my sabbatical in 2015 were used to test the theory. One of the main findings was the fact that the minijob labor market opened doors wide for women in Germany, particularly for career-interrupted women, students or pensioners. However, the minijob can easily become a trap of lowest income and poverty for women. Most women minjobbers cannot go over to regular, socially secured jobs. Especially in terms of collective industrial relations, it considerably damages the power of industrial unions and the legal binding force of collective agreement. In conclusion, this study makes it clear that the labor market segmentation theory rather than the transitional labor market theory is valid in accounting for the reality of minijob in Germany. In other words, the minijob in Germany has a Toijan Horse Effect. It also suggests, from a practical viewpoint, that German industrial unions or works councils organize the minijobbers and that the coverage of collective agreements be extended to the minijobbers. Consequently, the time-selective part-timer model put into practice in Korea in 2014 is not only invalid but also undesirable.
