In order to solve problems caused by the heat load of hypersonic aircraft, this study examined the optimization of the Si/Al ratio of the catalyst and nickel ion exchange to improve the performance of the hydrocarbon decomposition reaction (endothermic reaction). It was confirmed that the catalysts prepared through Si/Al ratio optimization and nickel ion exchange showed about 10% improvement in heat absorption performance compared to thermal cracking at 4 MPa and 550 ℃. FT-IR and NH₃-TPD analyses were found to identify factors affecting activity changes, and it was observed that the Si/Al ratio of the HZSM-5 catalyst was closely correlated with acid site development and catalytic activity. In addition, TGA and O₂-TPO analyses were conducted to observe the carbon deposition inhibition properties of the nickel-added catalyst.

The KGBT has been used to weak children with anorexia, fatigue, and growth retardation. This study was carried out to prove the effects of the hematopoiesis and the immune proliferation by KGBT. Previously, C57BL/6 mice was treated with cyclophosphamide(100mg/kg) for leukopenia, and then administered KGBT (concentration is 1.37 g/kg, 504 mg/kg, and 137 mg/kg) to the treated mice. The mice was analyzed expression of thrombopoietin(TPO), stem cell factor(SCF) and interleukin-3 from bone marrow cell, interleukin-10 (IL-10), and interferon-$ {\gamma}$(INF-${\gamma}$) from splenic cell, and NOSⅡ gene from macrophage using by RT-PCR. Also proliferation of immune cell was analyzed using 3H-thymidine uptake and flow cytometery in splenic cells. The results were obtained as follows ; 1. The total number of WBC, RBC and PLT was increased in the KGBT treated group than in the control group. 2. In vitro, the proliferation of splenic cells was increased in normal, control, and KGBT treated group. And Administration of KGBT was reduced the cytotoxicity by CTX. 3. In bone marrow cell, the gene expression of immune regulatory factor that associated with hematopoiesis, such as TPO, SCF, and IL-13 was increased in the KGBT treated group than control. 4 The titer of hemagglutinin and hemolysin was increased in the KGBT treated group than control. 5. In analysis of positive leucocytes from splenic cell of BALB/c mice, the subpopulation percent of CD4+, CD8+,and CD19+ was increased in the KGBT treated group than control. Purpose: The test had been applied for outpatient by end of 2006, however, it has been included in the medical examination since January 2007, as demand and interests have been gradually increasing in the thyroid gland disease and cancer. thus, we would necessarily evaluate usefulness of the test by comparing the number of patients who are diagnosed as "benignancy" by the medical test with the number of outpatient who attend and are diagnosed as autoimmune thyroid disease among the benign patient, in samsung medical center for a certain period. Materials and Methods: Based on the result for Anti-TPO Antibody test by RIA for the 12,937 patients in samsung medical center from October 2007 to March 2008, for six months, benignancy rate classified by sex and age is measured statistically and number of the patients who are diagnosed as autoimmune thyroid disease are kept tracked on. Results: According to the analysis of the Anti-TPO antibody test 1,135 of 12,937, which is 8.77% are benign and 218 treated patient of them, which is 19.2%, were diagnosed as autoimmune thyroid disease. Conclusions: Based on the statistics, usefulness of the test seem to have co relationship with derivation of autoimmune thyroid disease. this is 19.2% of probability relatively high. this figure, however, does not have strong relationship with specialty of the disease. Thus screening test seems to have somewhat effectiveness, considering other experiments and their margin.

The purpose of this study is to present a contents production process for costume design analysis by take advantage of the image media of Chinese historical backgrounds. The production process of contents for lectures on fashion design analysis can be summarized as follows: The contents for the design analysis of Chinese costumes can be divided into major media and supplementary media. Major media can be completed through the processes including the selection of Chinese historical backgrounds. images and media (video, DVD title or VOD), verification of image capture parts, image captures, and applications of PPT files. Supplementary media consist of production of analysis materials for each item and TPO, report preparation methods and discussions, and printed matters to be used at the stage of image comparison and verification. This way, a process applicable to the design analysis of Chinese costumes can be presented.

Objectives: This experimental study was carried out to prove the effect of Saenghyuldan(SHD; shengxiedan) on bone marrow failure induced by cyclophosphamide(CY) and irradiation in mice. Methods: The following were performed; immunopathology, histopathlogical findings of bone marrow and in the smear of myelocyte. hematopoietic cytokine(IL-3, GM-CSF, TPO), hematopoietic stem cell colony assay, humoral immunity(LPS mitogen response), cell-mediated immunity (Con A mitogen response) and nonspecific immunity(macrophage adherence & phagocytosis) in vitro or vivo. Results: SHD showed a protective effect on bone marrow failure induced by cyclophosphamide(CY) and irradiation in mice. SHD increased lymphoproliferative responses to LPS and Con A, and activated macrophage adherence and phagocytosis to SRBC. Conclusions: We expect that SHD can be used to treat bone marrow failure and immune suppression induced by the chemotherapy or radiation.

이와 같은 변화를 종합하여 보자면, 패션의 전반적인 흐름인 캐주얼 웨어와 스포티룩의 확산과 아울러 이러한 흐름이 더욱 세분화된다는 것으로 요약할 수 있겠다. 즉 같은 캐주얼웨어 안에서도 travel wear, town casual, outdoor wear등으로 나누어 질 것이고 또한 스포츠 웨어도 일반적인 체육활동을 위한 의복뿐만 아니라, 특정한 스포츠에 가장 적합한 전문 스포츠웨어가 개발될 것으로 예측된다. 그와 아울러, 정장은 더욱 격식과 품위를 강조하는 쪽으로 진행될 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 변화는 우리 사회의 의생활이 다양화되고 세분화되며, 서구의 TPO(time, place, occasion) 개념에 충실한 상황으로 전개되는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나, 이 모든 예측은 주5일 근무제의 도입에 따라 많은 국민들이 여가활동을 증가할 것이라는 가정을 기반으로 하고 있으며, 따라서 새로운 제도 아래서 오히려 근무나 공부시간을 늘어나는 등의 예상치 못한 변화가 일어나는 경우에는 이런 변화가 일어나기는 어려울 것이다.

For measuring the error motion of ultra-precision spindle, eliminating the geometric errors is a must. Unless it is achieved, geometric errors will be dominant in data. Here, the roundness error and alignment error between spindle and sensor are to be removed. That's because typical error range of such spindle is muchless than geometric one. A capacitive transducer of cylidricalshape was developed, which takes full advantage of the spatial-averaging effect by using large area compared tpo the geometric error. This idea was first proposed by Chapman and here it is modified for better performance with nomical gap of 50 .mu. m and with newly designed guards which encompass the respective sensor to rectify the electrical field distribution in good shape. The measurement system is made to get the orbit of Ultra-Precision Air Spindle which is supposed to have its runout under 1 .mu. m. The Calibration data of this sensor is presented and the spindle orbit from 2000rpm to 5500rpm is showed. It is quite reasonable to use this sensor in the range of 60 .mu. m with an accuracy of several tens of nm.

Thyroid dyshormonogenesis is characterized by impairment in one of the several stages of thyroid hormone synthesis and accounts for 10%-15% of congenital hypothyroidism (CH). Seven genes are known to be associated with thyroid dyshormonogenesis: SLC5A5 (NIS), SCL26A4 (PDS), TG, TPO, DUOX2, DUOXA2, and IYD (DHEAL1). Depending on the underlying mechanism, CH can be permanent or transient. Inheritance is usually autosomal recessive, but there are also cases of autosomal dominant inheritance. In this review, we describe the molecular basis, clinical presentation, and genetic diagnosis of CH due to thyroid dyshormonogenesis, with an emphasis on the benefits of targeted exome sequencing as an updated diagnostic approach.

In this study, we analyzed the effects of regional hydrologic variability during warm season (June-September) in South Korea due to ENSO (El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$-Southern Oscillation) pattern changes over the Tropical Pacific Ocean (TPO). We performed composite analysis (CA) and statistical significance test by Student's t-test using observed hydrologic data (such as, precipitation and streamflow) in the 113 sub-watershed areas over the 5-Major River basin, in South Korea. As a result of this study, during the warm-pool (WP) El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$ year shows a significant increasing tendency than normal years. Particularly, during the cold-tongue (CT) El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$ decaying years clearly decreasing tendency compared to the normal years was appeared. In addition, the La $Ni{\tilde{n}}a$ years tended to show a slightly increasing tendency and maintain the average year state. In addition, from the result of scatter plot of the percentage anomaly of hydrologic variables during warm season, it is possible to identify the linear increasing tendency. Also the center of the scatter plot shows during the WP El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$ year (+17.93%, +26.99%), the CT El $Ni{\tilde{n}}a$ year (-8.20%, -15.73%), and the La $Ni{\tilde{n}}a$ year (+8.89%, +15.85%), respectively. This result shows a methodology of the tele-connection based long-range water resources prediction for reducing climate forecasting uncertainty, when occurs the abnormal SSTA (such as, El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$ and La $Ni{\tilde{n}}a$) phenomenon in the TPO region. Furthermore, it can be a useful data for water managers and end-users to support long-range water-related policy making.
