Marxan with Zones 적용을 통한 북한산국립공원 공원자연보존지구 재설정 방안 연구 (Re-establishment of Park Nature Conservation Area in Bukhansan (Mt.) National Park Using Marxan with Zones)

  • This study aimed to develop strategies to re-establish the Park Nature Conservation Area in Bukhansan National Park, reflecting landscape ecological value by using the zonation program Marxan with Zones. Planning unit was set by watershed, and the basic data were mapped, considering topographical and ecological values. Mapped indicators were analyzed with the application framework of Marxan with Zones by indexing some indicators. The zones divided into Park Nature Conservation Area (Zone A), Park Nature Environment Area I(Zone B) which is reflected on the concept of Potential Park Nature Conservation Area and Park Nature Environment Area II(Zone C). The best solution for each of the scenarios was fixed through the sensitiveness analysis. From these, the final solution was selected considering five criteria including area ratio of conservation area and grouping. Lastly, the final solution was verified in the overlapped analysis with recent zonation. According to the results, the number of watersheds was 77, with an average area of $1,007,481m^2$. In terms of basic mapping and indexation, the slope index and number of landscape resources for topographical property were average 0.22 and 38 places, respectively. Biotope index was average 0.69 and legally protected species was 14 species, reflecting ecological values. As the social and economic indicators, trail index was average 0.04, and the number of tour and management facilities was 43 places. Through the framework of Marxan with Zones, the best solution for scenario 1 which was set by the highest conservation criteria was selected as the final solution, and the area ratio of Park Nature Conservation Area and grouping was excellent. As the result of overlapped analysis, suggested zonation of the Park Nature Conservation was better than the recent zonation in the area raito (28.3%), biotope grade I(15.4%) and the distribution points (10 places) of legally protected species with verification of proper distribution of conservation features according to the zone.

  • Korean linguistics or linguistics In Korea has the viviparous limitation that on the one hand, it was influxed from Europe and Japan and on the other hand, these days the American linguistics takes the initiative in Korea. That's why Korean linguistics cannot be free of the problems of 'dependence/independence', 'central/marginal', etc. It calls for two conditions to study the nature of Korean itself and to establish the independence of Korean linguistics in this situation. The first condition is that we should reveal some peculiarities of Korean in itself. The second condition is that we should reveal universals of Korean by comparing it objectively with other languages which are typologically and genealogically different. 1 think the first is important but the latter is more important. To meet the second condition, we analysed the expansion structure of NP in Korean and French, and suggested a new tree-diagram for describing equivalently the NP structure of the two languages. As for VP structure, we suggested some possibilities of comparing the final endings in Korean with personal pronouns in French, and of comparing the prefinal ending 'si' in Korean with the second plural pronoun 'vous', etc. As a result of the comparison of Korean and French, we came to conclusion that Korean is a inflectional agglutinative language while French is a agglutinative inflectional one. In other words, they are same in 'typus', are different in 'topos'. This may be a surprising/unexpected conclusion. But this, we think, can lead us to much closer approach to the nature of the two languages Korean and French.

체결형상을 고려한 해저케이블 보호공법에 관한 실험 (Experiments on the Submarine Cable Protection Methods Considering the Connection Type)

  • In this study attempted to evaluate the stability of the protection methods by examining hydraulic characteristics of the area around the point in which marine cable protector is installed such as surf zone occurrence point of shore-end submarine cables suitable for coastal marine environmental conditions, flow rate t the tope of the protector and maximum wave height, and to provide basic data for the selection of the optimal protection method. In performing hydraulic model experiments, the topography of submarine cable installation location was reproduced in 2-D sectional channel, and models appropriate for experimental scale and similitude law were produced and installed for each condition of submarine cables and protectors. Since the topography and submarine cable protectors were reproduced and installed in 2-D sectional channel, the exact reproduction of surf and transformation in shallow water zone was possible, and thus the physical properties could be clearly analyzed. For stability review, an experiment to examine the stability was conducted using a wave maker with 50-year frequency design waves as target, and wave height and cycles were applied based on the approximate lowest low water level(Approx. L.L.W), which is the most dangerous in submarine cable protection methods. As for experimental time, typhoon passing time in summer (about 3 hours) was applied, and wave patterns and deviation ratio of the submarine cable protector were investigated after making irregular waves corresponding to design waves. In addition, current meter and wave height meter were installed at the installation location of the submarine cable protector, and the flow rates and wave height at the top of the protector were measured and analyzed to review hydraulic properties.

집광 조건에서의 GaInP/AlGaInP 이종접합 구조 태양전지 특성 연구 (Study on the Characteristics of GaInP/AlGaInP Heterojunction Photovoltaic Cells under Concentrated Illumination)

  • GaInP/AlGaInP 이종접합 구조를 제안하고 집광 조건에서 가장 높은 효율을 달성한 III-V 화합물 반도체 다중접합 태양전지의 맨 위 subcell에 주로 사용되는 GaInP 동종접합 구조를 대체해 이종접합 구조가 응용될 가능성에 대하여 조사하였다. $2^{\circ}$ off 된 웨이퍼와 $10^{\circ}$ off 된 서로 다른 off-cut 방향을 갖는 두 종류의 GaAs 기판 위에 성장된 태양전지의 특성을 집광 조건에서 측정하고 비교하였다. $10^{\circ}$ off 된 태양전지에서 더 높은 단락전류와 변환효율을 얻었다. 1 sun 조건에서 $10^{\circ}$ off 된 기판 위에 제작된 $2{\times}2mm^2$ 면적의 태양전지에서 $9.21mA/cm^2$의 단락전류밀도와 1.38 V의 개방 전압이 측정되었다. $10^{\circ}$ off 기판 위에 제작된 $5{\times}5mm^2$ 태양전지에서 집광도 증가에 따라 곡선인자(fiill factor)가 감소하여 변환효율은 6.03% (1 sun)에서 5.28% (20 sun)로 측정되었다.

SBM을 이용한 글로벌 물류기업의 정보시스템 성과분석 (The Efficiency of e-Logistics on the Global Logistics Providers Using the SBM Model)

  • 글로벌 물류기업의 정보시스템은 성과분석을 하여 효율성 증진을 위한 실증적 근거를 기반으로 세부 운영방법을 위한 전략이 요구된다. 본 연구는 물류기업의 핵심역량으로 물류정보서비스를 강화하므로 물류정보시스템의 운영과 정보서비스 등급을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. Logistics Quarterly and Armstrong Association로부터 글로벌물류기업 중 27개 글로벌물류기업을 선정한 후, 이들 기업의 2007년, 2008년, 2009년 까지 매출액, 정보시스템 등급과 정보시스템 운영수, 종업원 수를 투입요소와 산출요소를 이용하여 효율성 분석을 하였다. 효율성의 동태적 변동은 SBM을 이용하였다. 실증분석결과 2007년에 가장 효율적인 DMU는 DB Schenker Logistics.,와 Schneider Log istics, Inc.로 나타났다. 2008년에 가장 효율적인 DMU는 DHL Supply Chain & Global Forwarding., DB Schenker Logistics., Panalpina World Tranport(Holding) Ltd., C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., Hub Group, Inc./Unyson Logistics.로 나타났다. 2009년에 효율적인 DMU는 DHL Supply Chain & Global Forwarding., DB Schenker Logistics., Panalpina World Tranport(Holding) Ltd., C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., Hub Group, Inc./Unyson Logistics., Transplace.로 나타났다. 결과적으로 2007년, 2008년, 2009년 연도별 효율성이 점차로 감소되고 있으며, 비효율성이 원인으로 지목되는 규모의 효율성 개수가 점차로 감소하고 있음을 알 수 있다.

동아시아 주변해역에서의 TOPEX/POSEIDON 고도 자료와 현장 해수면 자료의 비교 (Comparison of Sea Level Data from TOPEX/POSEIDON Altimeter and in-situ Tide Gauges in the East Asian Marginal Seas)

  • 동아시아 해역에서 TOPEX/POSEIDON(T/P) 위성 고도계로부터 관측된 해수면 자료의 객관성을 검증하기 위하여 위성궤적에 시 ${\cdot}$ 공간적으로 가장 상응하는 10개소 조위관측소 자료(tide gauge data: TG)를 택하여 비교분석을 시행하였다. 이를 위해, 1992년 10월부터 1998년 12월까지 관측된 T/P의 고도자료(2${\sim}$230번 사이클)를 비교분석에 활용하였다. 연구대상지역인 동아시아 주변 해상의 강한 조석현상으로 인해, T/P자료를 이용한 역학 고도의 산출에서 조석오차의 처리가 대단히 중요하다. 이러한 문제점을 감안하여, T/P자료의 처리는 Park and Gamberoni(1995)가 제시한 방법을 이용하였다. T/P자료를 처리한 결과, M$_2$, S$_2$, K$_1$ 분조에 의한 주기가 각각 62.1, 58.7, 173일 주기의 조석변형 오차로 나타났다. 이러한 오차의 영향들을 감소시키기 위해, Gaussian 방식을 이용하여 다양한 주기별로 저주파 필터를 적용하였다. 필터주기별로 처리된 결과를 비교하면, 최소 200일 이상의 저주파 필터를 적용할 때 T/P자료의 거짓 신호를 이상적으로 제거할 수 있음이 확인되었다. 따라서 200일을 기준으로 모든 조위관측점들에 대해 RMS값을 구한 결과 2.8${\sim}$6.7 cm의 범위로 나타났고, 두 측정방식간에서 통계적으로 유의한(P <0.0001)상관성이 일관성있게 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과에 따르면, 조석오차가 큰 동아시아 주변 해역에서 해수면 변화를 연구하기 위해서는 조석 오차의 영향을 최대한 억제할 수 있는 장주기 (최소한 200일)를 기준으로 해수면자료를 비교하는 것이 바람직하다.
