地域代表性과 汚染被害를 考慮한 大氣汚染 測定網 配置技法의 開發에 關한 硏究 (Development of an Air Pollution Monitoring Network Design Method Based on Regional Representativeness and Pollution Damage Impact)

  • A new method for designing air pollution monitoring newtork is presented in this study. In this method, the magnitudes and the correlation coefficients of predicted concentrations in each grid points are examined and the monitoring stations are assigned to those stations which cover the damage cost the most. This method was applied to the Ulsan-Onsan Industrial Complex. This method turned out to be much more efficient than the method of TM coordinates and the method of concentric circles prescribed in the Standard Methods for Pollution Measurement as well as the existing monitoring system established in the area. The 21 stations selected by the method of TM coordinates could cover only 64.4% of the damage cost in the area, the 16 stations by the method of concentric circles 72.1%, and the existing 21 stations 67.8%, while 11 stations were enough to cover 90% of the damage cost in the area with this method. It also was found that this method required only 24 stations to cover the entire area.

Image Map Extraction from Precision Processed Landsat Multispectral Scanner(MSS) and Thematic Mapper(TM)Images

  • A unique approach to access Landsat satellite imagery has been implemented on IBM PC microcomputer in order to generate image maps to be used as a substitute and/or supplement for a conventional topographic map. This method enables user to automatically: o extract a nominal image map, o geoencode or calibrate as an image map, and o create a multitemporal image file using CCTs containing precision processed Landsat MSS and TM images. These map extraction process includes: o location of map area in the selected CCT, o conversion of map coordinates to image coordinates, o extraction of map area, and o rotation of image to the true North/South and East/Weat direction.

High-Luminous Efficiency Full-Color Emitting $GdVO_4$:Eu, Er, Tm Phosphor Thin Films

  • High-luminous efficiency full-color emissions in photoluminescence (PL) were obtained in $GdVO_4$ phosphor thin films co-doped with various amounts of Eu, Er and/or Tm and postannealed at approximately 1000$^{\circ}C$. The $GdVO_4$:Eu,Er,Tm phosphor thin films were deposited on thick $BaTiO_3$ ceramic sheets by r.f. magnetron sputtering using powder targets and postannealed in an air atmosphere. The rare earth (RE) content (RE/(Gd+V+RE) atomic ratio) in the oxide phosphor thin films was varied in the range from 0.1 to 2 at.%. It was found that the excitation of $GdVO_4$:Eu.Er,Tm thin films is attributed to band-to-band transition. A white PL emission was obtained in a $GdVO_4$:Eu,Er,Tm thin film with Eu, Er and Tm contents of 0.2, 0.7 and 1 at.%, respectively: CIE chromaticity color coordinates. (X=0.352 and Y=0.351). In addition, a white emission was obtained in a thin-film electroluminescent (TFEL) device made with this thin film.

  • 사면 슬라이딩에 따른 추가 세부 공사 계획의 수행에 중요하게 사용되는 데이터는 지형도이다. 이는 사면 슬라이딩이 발생한 지역의 토공량 산정과 공사비 산출, 그리고 안전성 검토에 사용되는 기본도인 것이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 사면 슬라이딩이 발생한 위험사면에 대해 소프트카피 사진측량을 적용하여 3차원 지형데이터를 획득하고, 이를 기존 TM 좌표의 지형도와 동일한 좌표 체계로 변환하는 방안을 구축하였다. 300 m 전방에서 촬영한 영상을 분석하여 1m등고선을 생성하는데 발생되는 문제점을 해결하여 도로 확장 공사의 터널 진입구간 계획에 중요한 데이터로 사용할 수 있었으므로, 토목 분야의 다양한 위험 지역의 측정에 그 효용성이 높은 것으로 사료된다.

Photoluminescence properties and energy transfer of $Dy^{3+}$ and $Tm^{3+}$ co-activated $CaZrO_3$ phosphor for white LEDs

  • Single-phased $CaZrO_3:Dy^{3+}$, $Tm^{3+}$ series have been successfully synthesized by solid-state reaction, and their luminescence properties were investigated. Under 355 nm excitation, $CaZrO_3:Dy^{3+}$ series showed characteristic emission of $Dy^{3+}$, which exhibited yellowish white color. By introducing $Tm^{3+}$ into the matrix, the emitted hue of the $Dy^{3+}$-doped sample could be easily tailored to white, and simultaneously, energy transfer from $Tm^{3+}$ to $Dy^{3+}$ was observed. The color coordinates of the optimum white-emitting sample were (0.321, 0.323), which were very close to the data of the National Television Standard Committee (0.33, 0.33). The co-activated phosphors presented good match to ultraviolet light-emitting diodes (LEDs), which revealed that they could be novel promising phosphors utilized in white LED application.

Microwave Sol-Gel Process for Microcystalline Ho3+/Yb3+/Tm3+ Tri-Doped NaY(WO4)2 Phosphors and Their Upconversion Photoluminescence Properties

  • $Ho^{3+}/Yb^{3+}/Tm^{3+}$ tri-doped $NaY_{1-x}(WO_4)_2$ phosphors with proper doping concentrations of $Ho^{3+}$, $Yb^{3+}$ and $Tm^{3+}$ ($x=Ho^{3+}+Yb^{3+}+Tm^{3+}$, $Ho^{3+}$=0.04, 0.03, 0.02, 0.01, $Yb^{3+}$=0.35, 0.40, 0.45, 0.50 and $Tm^{3+}$=0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04) were successfully synthesized via the microwave sol-gel route, and their upconversion properties were investigated. Well-crystallized microcrystalline particles showed fine and homogeneous microcrystalline morphology with particle sizes of $1-2{\mu}m$. The optical properties were comparatively examined using photoluminescence emission and Raman spectroscopy. Under excitation at 980 nm, the doped particles exhibited white emissions based on blue, green and red emission bands, which correspond to the $^1G_4{\rightarrow}^3H_6$ transitions of $Tm^{3+}$ in the blue region, the $^5S_2/^5F_4{\rightarrow}^5I_8$ transitions of $Ho^{3+}$ in the green region, the $^5F_5{\rightarrow}^5I_8$ transitions of $Ho^{3+}$, and the $^1G_4{\rightarrow}^3F_4$ and $^3H_4{\rightarrow}^3H_6$ transitions of $Tm^{3+}$ in the red region. The pump power dependence of the upconversion emission intensity and the Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage chromaticity coordinates of the phosphors were evaluated in detail.

WGS-84 좌표계에 의한 수치지도 작성 (The Digital Road Map Using World Geodetic System-84 Coordinates System)

  • GPS(Global Positioning System)측량을 이용한 차량항법시스템은 인공위성으로부터 전파신호를 받아 차량내부의 수치지도가 내장된 모니터에 차량의 현재 위치 및 진행방향을 표시, 목적지까지의 최단거리 주행로 등을 알려주게 된다 이 수치지도상에 차량의 위치를 표시하기 위해서는 차량에 탑재된 GPS수신기가 위성으로부터 WGS84좌표 계에 의한 경위도 데이터를 수신하여 이를 Bessel좌표계로 변환한 후 다시 TM투영과정을 거쳐 화면상에 나타나게된다. 본 연구에서는 지형도를 디지타이징하여 제작한 수치지도와 GPS장비를 자동차에 탑재하여 획득한 자료를 분석하여 제작한 수치지도를 비교하므로서 WGS84좌표계에 의한 수치지도 제작기법에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

  • This study is aimed to research the precise and efficient method for coordinate transformation. In Korea, it is necessary to convert existing digital maps in TM coordinates to that in KTRF from 2007. In this study, coordinate transformation methods and conversion area are tested and analyzed. In the results of experiment, it shows that Affine method is preciser than Helmert method. But Affine method is have more distortion than Helmert method.

  • The Global Positioning System(GPS)is an advanced navigation satellite system for determination to position. It can provide three-dimensional positioning, in dependent of weater, 24 hours per day. This paper described the Field DGPS program Using PDA can help a field work and compute the TM rectangular coordinates, compared the output of the Field DGPS program with the results of surveying using EDM(electronic distance measurement).

UTM투영에 의한 Bessel과 WGS84 타원체간의 2차원 측지좌표변환 연구 (A Study on the Transformation of Two Dimensional Geodetic Coordinates between Bessel and WGS84 Ellipsoids by UTM Projection)

  • 본 연구에서는 GPS에 의한 2차원 실용좌표의 획득면에 중점을 두고 WGS84와 벳셀타원체간의 3차원 좌표변환에 필수요소인 지역지오이드고 모델없이 두 타원체간 투영좌표의 상호 변환모델식을 구성하여 점검점에 적용하고 실용성과와 비교 고찰하므로서 UTM투영좌표에 의한 타원체간 2차원 좌표변환의 산정법을 제시한 것이다. 인천시지역을 시험모델로 관내 11개 삼각점으로부터 상호변환계수를 도출하고 점검점인 15개 지적삼각점에 적용하여 양방향의 변환정밀도를 분석한 결과, 측지좌표의 경우 위도 및 경도성분에서 각각 $\pm0.006$초, $\pm0.013$초, 평면직교좌 표의 경우는 남북 및 동서방향에서 각각 $\pm{17cm}$$\pm{30.0cm}$의 표준편차로 변환할 수 있었다. 또한, 남한지역을 대상으로 한 광역망, 경인.충남지역의 지역망 및 인천지역의 국소망으로부터 3-매개변환, 7-매개변환 및 UTM좌표간 변환계수를 각각 산출하여 점검점에 적용하고 변환넓이에 따른 변환기법별 변환특성도 고찰하였다.
