본 논문은 형태 처리기법과 연결요소 분석을 이용한 문서 영상의 분할과 구조적인 특징과 투영 프로파일 분석을 이용하여 문서영상에서 제목영역 추출방안을 제안한다. 문서 영상의 처리는 영상 분할과 제목 추출, 두 단계로 이루어진다. 영상 분할의 단계에서는 문서 영상을 구성요소 영역들로 나눈다. 영상 분할이 끝나면 분할된 영역들을 대상으로 구조적인 정보를 이용하여 제목이 될 후보 영역을 추출한다. 제목이 아닌 영역을 제거하여 제목 후보영역을 추출하고 난 후 투영 프로파일을 분석하여 제목 영역을 최종적으로 추출한다. 본 논문에서 제시된 투영 프로파일 분석을 이용한 제목 추출 방법은 다양한 문서 영상의 분할 및 제목 추출 결과를 보였으며, 문서 제목 인식, 멀티미디어 데이터 검색, 실시간 영상처리와 같은 다양한 응용분야에 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

2001년도에 도입된 부동산 권원보험이 주목을 받지 못하다가 최근 들어 모기지론의 도입을 계기로 새로운 국면을 맞을 것으로 예상된다. 그간 소유자용 권원보험의 판매는 극히 미미한 수준에 머물렀으나 저당권자용 권원보험의 판매는 지속적으로 늘고 있다. 부동산 권원보험이 부동산 권리이전과 담보대출에 따른 위험관리에 많은 도움이 될 것이 확실하나 권원보험이 확고히 자리 잡기 위해서는 몇 가지 보완점도 필요하다. 우선 권원보험의 수수료나 보험료 수준을 낮출 필요가 있으며 보험사업자의 권원보험 운용노하우를 적극적으로 개발해 사업비를 줄여야 한다. 또한 부동산 거래 과정에서 권원보험이 널리 정착될 수 있도록 부동산 중개에 적극 활용되어야 한다.

The title page of a book is a reliable source, since it. together with its verso, usually contains all bibliographically significant data. Generally, the title page is a page at the beginning of a book giving its title and the names of the author and publisher. Prescribing a source of information from which data elements should be derived is a way of specifying how an entity can represent itself. In simpler times, when bibliographic entities were fur the most part books published in Western countries, the choice of source was obviously the title page. the "face of the book".

In this paper, we present a technique to extract the title areas from book cover images. A typical book cover image may contain text, pictures, diagrams as well as complex and irregular background. In addition, the high variability of character features such as thickness, font, position, background and tilt of the text also makes the text extraction task more complicated. Therefore, we propose a two steps efficient method that uses Histogram of Oriented Gradients and color information to find the title areas. Firstly, text localization is carried out to find the title candidates. Finally, refinement process is performed to find the sufficient components of title areas. To obtain the best result, we also use other constraints about the size, ratio between the length and width of the title. We achieve encouraging results of extracted title regions from book cover images which prove the advantages and efficiency of the proposed method.

In order to succeed in e-Trade Project in Korea, the related parties endeavor to introduce the e-title registry model such as Bolero model(Title Registry Model) and TEDI model (Repository Service Provider Model). Prior to mentioning the Model of e-Title Registry, desirable Global e-Trade Platform is the platform connecting Global e-Trade Platforms in each country and Bolero's Core Messaging Platform and e-Title Registry must be established in each country. Each e-Title Registry must be connected with another registry. Like Korea, Recognized Electronic Document Repository must be established as proxy for preserving, attesting, carrying out sending and receiving electronic document to prevent from disputes between parties and to carry out notarizing electronic documents and related transaction. The purpose of this paper is to promote the introduction of e-Title Registry in the e-Trade and to streamline the procedures of the electronic bill of lading.

It was analysed and considered about entry methods of headings in Japanese book cataloging which using methods of major universities and public libraries in our nation at present. I was suggested and clarified one's position that authors heading must make an entry to our pronunciation after translating from sound of chines letters, title headings must make an entry translation from Japanese title or Chinese title, to Korean. On the cataloging of authors heading or title heading, if cataloging make an entry to Japanese pronunciation it have many faults as follow. (1) In the title and authors heading of Japanese books, if it make an entry as Kana letter, not only non skilled librarian at Japanese language will have many faults but also non skilled users to Japanese language or pronunciation will very difficult to reference in title and authors catalog card. (2) If it Romanize the catalog card of title and authors heading in the Japanese books, librarian of the catalog part will make efforts and take pains to the catalog work. In addition, catalog users which is skilled in Japanese language but can not understand or unknown to the Romanized entry, and which if not understand to the, methods of entry will very difficult to card investigation or can not refer to catalog card. (3) If it make an entry to Korean in the authors and title heading from Japanese sound or pronunciation, librairans and library users which is unskilful as Japanese language will be inconvenience to works and investigation of library materials.

이 사용되고 있고, 사람의 냄새가 느껴지는 손글씨, 즉 캘리그래피를 사용하는 사례가 늘어최근 감성디자인이 대두되면서 디자인을 필요로 하는 각종 분야에 감성을 자극하는 요소들나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 영상물의 내용을 짐작하게 할 수 있는 다른 요소들은 모두 배제한 채, 설문지조사를 통해 캘리그래피 타이틀의 특성 중 상징성을 실증해보고, 상징성 강한 캘리그래피 타이틀 사용이 영상물 소비자들의 감성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 영상물의 내용을 미리 알 수 있게 작업한 캘리그래피 타이틀이 시청자들의 시청의사에 미치는 영향력을 조사하였다. 가독성은 그리 높지 않으나 영상물의 내용을 짐작하게 하는 상징성이 높은 캘리그래피의 무분별한 남용은 잠재고객인 시청자들에게 시청하겠다는 관심과 시청하지 않겠다는 반감 모두를 가지게 하였다. 또한 캘리그래피 타이틀이 영상화면에서 보여질 때의 조건에 따라 시청자들의 선호도에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 시청자들은 CM Super된 예고타이틀이 TV모니터의 좌측보다는 우측에 위치하는것을 선호했고, 통상적인 우상단과 함께 우하단에 대해서도 높은 선호도를 표현한다는 결과를 얻었다. 효과적인 캘리그래피 타이틀로고 제작은 광고 ZAPRATE을 변경시킬 수 있고, 드라마 방영 전 CM에 ZAP IN을 상대적으로 높게 만들어 CM이 끝난 후, 드라마 시청에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 연구를 계속하여 시청자의 감성을 자극하여 시청하겠다는 의사를 갖도록 도와주는 드라마 타이틀 제작시 효과 적인 캘리그래피 사용방법과 시청률에 영향을 줄 수 있는 예고타이틀의 활용방법에 대한 접근방법의 모색이 이루어지기를 기대한다.

This study analyzes the buyer's remedies for defects in title under DCFR, and it is compared with those of CISG. DCFR adopts a unitary concept of 'non-performance' which is any failure and includes delayed performance and any other performance which is not conformed with the contract. In terms of defects in title, any remedies for non-performance are available under DCFR. Thus. under DCFR, the buyer is entitled to enforce specific performance of obligations, to withhold performance, to terminate for fundamental non-performance, to reduce price, to damage for loss, to require repair, or to deliver a replacement. But under CISG, whether or not defects in title constitute 'non-conformity' is not clear and the majority understands 'non-conformity' does not include title defects. Therefore, the buyer may not has rights to require repair and delivery of replacement unlike DCFR.

본 연구는 국내 도서관 현장에 적용가능한 통일된 형식의 우선표제 작성지침 제안을 목적으로 두고, 법률저작에 집중하여 논의를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 (1) 국내·외 목록규칙 중 RDA, NCR, KCR2, KCR5 개정안을 대상으로 법률저작의 통일표제 그리고 전거형접근점 규칙을 분석하고, (2) LC, DNB, 북미권 대학도서관을 대상으로 법률저작의 통일표제 입력지침과 입력사례를 조사함으로써 실제 적용되는 방식을 분석한 후, (3) 국립중앙도서관 법률저작의 서지데이터를 임의추출하여 통일표제의 적용범위를 검토해보고 통일표제 작성지침 개발시 고려할 점을 도출하였다. 이를 근거로 (4) 법률저작의 통일표제 작성지침 초안을 도출한 후, 국립중앙도서관 실무진의 검토와 법률 및 통일표제 전문가 자문을 거쳐 최종안을 제안하였다. 논의에 필요한 데이터는 문헌연구와 사례조사를 통해 확보하였으며, 추가적인 데이터는 업무담당자와의 이메일 면담과 전문가 자문을 통해 확보하였다.
