  • 원격모니터링 통합모델은 고속도로나 유료도로의 영업소 요금수납 체계의 하부시스템 (요금수납시스템, ETCS시스템, 위반차량촬영시스템, 축중시스템)의 구성 및 장애 현황을 감시하고, 장애 발생에 대한 장애처리 체계를 수행하는 모델이다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 장애감시, 효율적 WorkFlow 구성 및 차별화된 정보를 제공하기 위해서 감시 S/W 엔진과 DBMS(Database Managemnet System) 기반의 C/S (Client /Server)시스템을 구성하고 WEB기반의 환경을 설계한다. 본 통합모델을 구현함으로써 체계적인 구성관리/장애관리를 통한 효율적인 유지관리 업무가 가능하며, 현장 장비의 상태 파악이 조기에 용이하여 장애 시간을 최소화 할 수 있다. 또한 Data의 지식 DB화를 통하여 유사 장애에 대한 조치가 용이하다.

Vehicle traction control using fuzzy logic algorithm (퍼지 로직 알고리듬을 이용한 차량 구동력 제어)

  • The dynamics of the vehicle system has highly nonlinear components such as an engine, a torque converter and variable road condition. This thesis proposes a Fuzzy Logic Algorithm that shows better control performance than Antiwindup PI in the highly nonlinear vehicle system. Traction Control System(TCS), which adjusts throttle valve opening by Fuzzy Logic Algorithm improves vehicle drivability, steerability and stability when vehicle is starting and cornering. When a throttle valve is opened at large degree, Fuzzy Logic Algorithm shows better performances like a small settling time and a small oscillation than Antiwindup PI in simulation. The decreased desired slip ratio improves steerability in the simulation when a vehicle is cornering. The Fuzzy Logic Algorithm has been tested by a 1/5-scale vehicle for tracking the constant desired velocity.

  • This paper presents a engine/brake integrated VDC(Vehicle Dynamic Control) system using neural network algorithm methods for wheel slip and yaw rate control. For stable performance of vehicle, not only is the lateral motion control(wheel slip control) important but the yaw motion control of the vehicle is crucial. The proposed NNPI(Neural Network Proportional-Integral) controller operates at throttle angle to improve the performance of wheel slip. Also, the suggested NNPID controller performs at brake system to improve steering performance. The proposed controller consists of multi-hidden layer neural network structure and PID control strategy for self-learning of gain scheduling. Computer Simulation have been performed to verify the proposed neural network based control scheme of 17 dof vehicle dynamic model which is implemented in MATLAB Simulink.

  • This paper describes fabrication and characteristics of ceramic pressure sensor for working at high temperature. The proposed pressure sensor consists of a Ta-N thin-film, patterned on a Wheatstone bridge configuration, sputter deposited onto thermally oxidized Si membranes with an aluminium interconnection layer. The fabricated pressure sensor presents a low temperature coefficient of resistance, high sensitivity, low non-linearity and excellent temperature stability The sensitivity is 1.097∼1.21 mV/V$.$kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ in the temperature range of 25∼200$^{\circ}C$ and the maximum non-linearity is 0.43 %FS.

  • This paper presents the deposition and anneling characteristics of Cr thin film strain gaugs, which were deposited on glass by DC magnetron sputtring. The optimzed deposition conditions of Cr thin films were the input DC power, 7 W/$cm^2$ and the Ar vacuuming pressure, 9 mTorr, GF, TCR and TCS of Cr thin film strain gauges were 5.86, 400 ppm/$^{\circ}C$ and $\approx$0 ppm/$^{\circ}C$ respectively. The anneling conditions were investigated with the thinkness rang (1200 $\sim$ 3500$\AA$) of Cr thin films, anneling temperature (100 $\sim$ $300^{\circ}C$) and anneling time (24 $\sim$ 72hr). The maximum resistivity and the minimum TCR value were 1757.03 ${\mu}{\Omega}$cm, -194.07 ppm/$^{\circ}C$, respectively.

  • In this paper we deal with the APARP theory which has been applied for UK railway system and risk assessment method which has been using in the domestic railway system for the safety demonstration. Both techniques are applied to the ATP wayside equipment for interface. Also, fur the applications of each techniques a analysis of the safety activity and a possibility of the application of ALARP theory are evaluated. Finally, we generate requirements of the safety demonstration for the future domestic railway system by way of the analysis of some assumptions and requirement data which can be applied to the risk assessment of ALARP.

  • A permanent deformation model was developed in this study based on the shear properties of asphalt mixtures such as cohesion and friction angle. Triaxial compressive strength (TCS) and repeated load permanent deformation (RLPD) tests on the three types of asphalt mixtures are performed at various loading and temperature conditions to correlate shear properties of asphalt mixtures to rutting performance. It is observed from the tests results that the ratio of shear stress to strength accurately identifies the mixture rutting performance. It could take care of not only mixture types but also load and temperature conditions dependences. Three different versions of the permanent deformation model based on different input levels are proposed and verified using the tests data. The proposed model based on the ratio of shear stress to strength can successfully predict the permanent deformation of various asphalt mixtures all the way up to the 10% of permanent strain including all three stages of permanent deformation in a wide range of loading and temperature conditions without changing model coefficients.

  • Using piezoresistive effects of single-crystal and poly-crystalline silicon, pressure sensors of the same pattern were fabricated for comparison of temperature characteristics. Optimum size and aspect ratio of rectangular sensor diaphragm were calculated by FEM. For polsilicon pressure sensor, polysilicon resistors of Wheatstone bridge were deposited by LPCVD to be used in a wide' temperature range. Polysilicon pressure sensors showed more stable temperature characteristics than single-crysta1 silicon in the range of $-20\sim125[^{\circ}C]$. To get low TCO (Temperature Coefficient of Offset), below $\pm$3 [${\mu}V/V/^{\circ}C$], it is needed for each TCR of piezoresistors to have a deviation within $\pm25[ppm/^{\circ}C]$ less than $\pm500[ppm/^{\circ}C]$ of resistors for polysilicon pressure sensor can result in low TCS(Temperature Coefficient of Sensitivity) of -0.1[%FS/$^{\circ}C$].

  • High Speed Rail Train Control System consists of CTC, IXL and ATC. IXL and ATC perform train control and command via interchanging relevant information between a signal room and CTC. However, it is proved that IXL and ATC are attributed to train delay error since those systems are highly sensitive to trackside conditions. Especially, network error on IXL blocks transmitting signal information to adjacent signal room so that its effects give rise to system overall problems. In order to figure out the measures for which minimizing the occurrence rate of train delay error due to HSR TCS, This paper is performed analysis on communication network structure, the length of SSI network roof and SSI-TFM distance by examining and analyzing the error cases related to IXL in a network aspect.

  • A study on the vehicle stability is discussed. In the field of the studies the electronic control systems help overcoming the limit of improvement in vehicle performance with the methods above. Driving stability is mainly incorporated with the later motion of a vehicle generated by the driver's steering input. Recently VDC system has been studieed in order to improve the active stability. This VDC system uses the active braking force. This paper propose the ATC that uses driving force. This paper compared VDC with ATC through an experiment.
