Optimum Pre-treatment Method in Constructed Wetlands by Natural Purification Method for Treating Livestock Wastewater (자연정화공법에 의한 인공습지에서 효과적인 축산폐수처리를 위한 최적 전처리방법 구명)

  • In order to obtain optimum pre-treatment methods and improve T-N and T-P removal efficiencies, removal rates of pollutants in small-scale livestock wastewater treatment apparatus with water plant filtration bed or activated sludge tank were investigated. Based on the results from the optimum pre-treatment in small-scale livestock wastewater treatment apparatus, removal efficiencies of pollutants in livestock wastewater treatment plant with water plant filtration and activated sludge beds. The removal rates of COD, SS, T-N, and T-P in effluent were 83, 89, 63 and 87% in small-scale livestock wastewater treatment apparatus with water plant filtration bed, respectively. The removal rates of COD, SS, T-N, and T-P in effluent were 96, 95, 86 and 92% in small-scale livestock wastewater treatment apparatus with activated sludge tank, respectively. For increasing the COD, SS, T-N, and T-P removals in small-scale livestock wastewater treatment apparatus, the water plant filtration and activated sludge beds are recommended. In livestock wastewater treatment plant with water plant filtration ($1^{st}$ treatment) and activated sludge ($2^{nd}$ treatment) beds, the concentrations of COD, SS, T-N, and T-P in effluent were 39, 15, 42 and $1mg\;L^{-1}$, respectively. It was shown that the concentrations of COD, SS, T-N, and T-P met acceptable effluent quality standard for livestock wastewater. Based on the above results, the removal rates of COD, SS, T-N, and T-P in effluent were over 99.8, 99.9, 99.2, and 99.9% in livestock wastewater treatment plant, respectively.

  • 해양에서 물리적 에너지원으로는 조류, 조력, 파력, 해양온도차에너지(Ocean Thermal Energy : OTE)가 있으며, OTE 개발을 위해서는 우선 부존 자원량 파악과 개발적지 선정이 선행되어야 한다. 이를 위해 대상해역의 표층과 심층간의 수온차이 값(${\Delta}T$)에 대한 연중출현확률의 산정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 ${\Delta}T$의 연중출현확률을 산정하기 위해 남해 해역을 대상으로 47년간(1961~2007) 격월 별(2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12월)로 관측된 93개 정점의 정선해양관측자료(국립수산과학원)를 사용하였다. ${\Delta}T$값을 정량화 하고자 정점 별 ${\Delta}T$(> $5^{\circ}C$, > $10^{\circ}C$, > $15^{\circ}C$)의 연중출현확률을 빈도분석과 조화분석 방법을 사용하여 계산하고 이를 공간적으로 광역적 규모와 지역적 규모에서 두 방법의 장단점을 비교, 분석 하였다.

BDD Minimization Using Don't Cares for Logic Synthesis (Don't Care를 이용한 논리합성에서의 BDD 최소화 방법)

  • In many synthesis applications, the structure of the synthesized circuit is derived from its BDD functional representation. When synthesizing incompletely specified functions, it is useful to minimize the size of these BDDs using don't cares. In this paper, we present two BDD minimization heuristics that target these synthesis applications. Experimental results show that new techniques yield significantly smaller BDDs compared to existing techniques with manageable run-times.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 퍼지 제어규칙에비해 좋은 성능을 갖는 T-S(Takagi-Sugeno)퍼지 모델을 자기조직화 지도와 역전파 신경망을 이용하여 표현하고 제어기 구현을 위한 규칙의 자동 생성 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 신경망에 기초하여 T-S 퍼지 제어 규칙을 포현하므로써 학습 기능을 이용하여 지식 획득을 용이하게 하고, 입력 변수간의 퍼지 관계에 기반 하여 추론이 이루어지므로 각 퍼지 변수에 대한 소속 함수의 정의 과정이 불필요하게 된다. 또한 제어기로 구현되었을 때 규칙의 수나 퍼지화 및 비퍼지화 등이 구성된 추론망을 통하여 자동으로 수행될 수 있다. 때문에 퍼지 시스템의 구현이 쉽게 이루어 질 수 있게 한다. 제안된 방법을 자동차 궤도 안정화 모의 실험에 적용해 봄으로써 추론망이 규칙을 생성하여 타당한 추론을 하게 됨을 확인한다.

  • 본 논문은 3상 T-type 3-레벨 인버터에 적용할 수 있는 예측제어 방법에 관한 논문이다. 최근 인버터의 효율 향상 등의 장점으로 멀티레벨 인버터가 주목받고 있다. 그중 T-type 방식은 저전압, 중전압에서 강점이 있는 토폴로지이며, 예측제어 방식은 직관적이고 쉽게 이해가능한 스위치 제어방법이다. 3-레벨 인버터에서는 전압벡터의 개수가 많아 예측제어기법을 적용하기에는 계산시간이 오래걸리는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 CB PWM 방식에 예측값으로 offset을 주는 방식으로 DC단 중성점 전압제어와 출력전압제어를 하였다.

  • 최근 데이터 과학의 획기적인 발전 덕분에 딥러닝 (Deep Learning) 알고리즘이 개발되어 다양한 분야에 널리 적용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인공신경망 중 하나인 LSTM(Long-Short Term Memory) 네트워크를 사용하여 댐 유입량을 예측하였다. 구체적인 내용으로, (1) LSTM에 필요한 입력 데이터를 효율적으로 사전 처리하는 방법, (2) LSTM의 하이퍼 매개변수를 결정하는 방법 및 (3) 다양한 손실 함수(Loss function)를 선택하고 그 영향을 평가하는 방법 등을 다루었다. 제안된 LSTM 모델은 강우량(R), 댐유입량(Q) 기온(T), 기저유량(BF) 등을 포함한 다양한 입력 변수들의 함수로 가정하였으며, CCF(Cross Correlations), ACF(Autocorrelations) 및 PACF(Partial Autocorrelations) 등의 기법을 사용하여 입력 변수를 결정하였다. 다양한 sequence length를 갖는 (즉 t, t-1, … t-n의 시간 지연을 갖는) 입력 변수를 적용하여 데이터 학습에 최적의 시퀀스 길이를 결정하였다. LSTM 네트워크 모델을 적용하여 2014년부터 2020년까지 한강 유역 9개의 댐 유입량을 추정하였다. 본 연구로부터 댐 유입량을 예측하는 것은 홍수 및 가뭄 통제를 위한 필수 요건들 중 하나이며 수자원 계획 및 관리에 도움이 될 것이다.

An efficient access control techniques between different IoT devices in a cloud environment (클라우드 환경에서 서로 다른 IoT 장치간 효율적인 접근제어 기법)

  • IoT devices are used in many areas to perform various roles and functions in a cloud environment. However, a method of access control that can stably control the IoT device has not been proposed yet. In this paper, we propose a hierarchical multi-level property access control scheme that can perform stable access of IoT devices used in a cluster environment. In order to facilitate the access of the IoT device, the proposed method not only provides the ID key (security token) unique to the IoT device by providing the IoT Hub, but also allows the IoT Hub to authenticate the X.509 certificate and the private key, So that the private key of the IoT device can not be seen outside the IoT device. As a result of the performance evaluation, the proposed method improved the authentication accuracy by 10.5% on average and the processing time by 14.3%. The overhead of IoT Hub according to the number of IoT attributes was 9.1% lower than the conventional method.

Preparation of a axis oriented $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-\delta}$ thin films by RF magnetron sputtering (RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법에 의한 a-축 배향 $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-\delta}$박막의 제조)

  • A-axis oriened YBCO thin flims were grown on $LaAIO_{3}$ single crystal substrate by off-axis rf magnetron sputtering method. We used two kinds of process to get a-axis oriented fi1ms;one-step process and two-step process. In one-step process, films are grown in single step in which substrate temperature( $T_s$) is in the range of $590^{\circ}C$ to $680^{\circ}C$. On the other hand, in two step process a-axis oriented thin film templates i f about 30nm thickness is deposited at low temperature first, and subsequently films are grown at elevated temperature to the final thickness of about 100nm. In the case of one step process($T_s$ ~)$600^{\circ}C$), prefered a-axis orientation is dominant and Cu-rich phases segregate at the surface. Segregations decrease and ($00 \ell$) peaks increase upon increasing $T_s$. The films prepared by two step method appeared to have strong(h00) peaks as the deposition rate increased. Microstructure shows pin holes resulted from mixed phases of a-axis and c-axis oriented films. In both cases of one step and two step process, as TS decreases, prepared films show stronger a-axis orientation. However electrical properties of the films are depressed with lower $T_c$ and wider $\Delta T$ as $T_s$ decreases.

Feedback Cancellation Based on Partitioned Time-Domain Pilots for T-DMB Repeaters (시간영역 파일럿 분할을 통한 T-DMB 중계기에서의 궤환신호 제거기법)

  • Conventional on-channel-repeaters (OCRs) have a crucial problem that the power of a re-transmitted signal is highly limited by a feedback signal due to antenna coupling. The power limitation problem in OCRs has been solved by incorporating a demodulation-type feedback canceller which eliminates unwanted feedback signals by estimating a feedback channel. In applying the demodulation-type feedback canceller to T-DMB repeaters, there is a troublesome problem of unfrequent known pilot symbols, resulting in poor convergence performance of channel estimation. To solve this problem and enhance the accuracy of estimation, we propose a partitioning method of the Phase Reference Symbol (PRS) transformed in time domain. Since filter coefficients are updated every one partitioned subgroup, the number of updates is increased by the number of partitioned subgroups and thus the convergence speed is enhanced. The improved performance of feedback-channel estimation is directly connected with the feedback-cancellation performance. Simulation result shows that the feedback canceller incorporating the proposed partitioning method has a good performance in terms of residual feedback power.

Device Personalization Methods for Enhancing Packet Delay in Small-cells based Internet of Things (스몰셀 기반 사물인터넷에서 패킷 지연시간 향상을 위한 디바이스 개인화 방법)

  • Recently, with greatly improving the wireless communication technology, new services are created using smart sensors, i.e., machine-to-machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT). In this paper, we propose a novel IoT device (IoTD) personalization method that adopt Small-cell Access Points (SAPs) to control IoTDs using user equipments (UEs), e.g., smart phones and tablet PC, from service users. First, we introduce a system architecture that consists of UE, IoTD, and SAP and propose the IoTD personalization method with two procedures, i.e., IoTD profile registration procedure and IoTD control procedure. Finally, through simulations, we evaluated the system performance of the proposed scheme and it is shown that the proposed scheme outperforms the conventional scheme in terms of the packet delay, packet loss probability, and normalized throughput.
