  • 항공용 SIL은 항공전자시스템의 통합 및 검증에 사용되는 통합시험환경이다. 최근에는 항공전자시스템의 요구도 검증을 시스템 통합 측면에서부터 충분히 고려하기 위하여 항공용 SIL 분야의 개발 참여를 비행체 요구분석 단계부터로 앞당기고 있으며, 비행체의 체계종합 일정에 영향을 주지 않도록 항공용 SIL의 개발 비용 및 기간을 최소화하기 위한 노력을 꾸준히 진행하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 항전체계 검증에 사용되는 항공용 SIL의 모델링 방법 표준화를 통한 개발기간/비용 단축 및 유지보수성 증대를 위하여 항공용 SIL에 적용 가능한 모델링 형식론 기반의 항공용 시뮬레이션 모델 프레임워크(ASMF)를 제안한다.

  • In order to provide a manufacturing system with efficiency and flexibility to cope with the changes in shop floor status, the integration of process planning and operations scheduling is required. In this paper,an integrated system of process planning and operations scheduling based on the concept of process net model is presented. The process net model includes the alternative process plans. The integrated system is applied for prismatic parts.

  • On a bus-based shared memory multiprocessing system, the system bus monitoring and analysis are crucial for system integration test and performance analysis. In this paper, the design and implementation of a bus monitoring instrument for the TICOM-III system are decribed. The instrument dedicated to TICOM-III, which is called the Bus Information Procssing Unit, analyzes the bus state and measures the bus utilization. It performs many useful functions to help debugging the system, and offers a simple user interface.

  • This paper describes the whole development phase for the underwater vehicle actuating system with high hydroload torque disturbance. This includes requirement analysis, system modeling, control algorithm design, real time implementation, test and performance evaluations. As for driving control algorithms, fuzzy logic, variable structure and PD(Proportional-Differential) algorithm were designed and implemented on board controller using a single chip microprocessor. Intel 8797. And test and performance evaluation is carried out both single test and wystem integration test. We could confirm the basic performance of actuating system through the single test and gereral developing work of any actuating systems was finished with a single performance test of actuating system without system integration test. But, we suggested that system integration test be needed. System integration test is carried out using G/C HILS(Guidance and Control Hardware-In-the -Loop Simulation) which is constituted flight motion simulator, load simulator, real time host computer and the related subsystems such as inertial navigation system, power supply system and Guidance and Control Computer etc.. The most important practical contribution of this paper is that full system characteristics such as minimal control effort, enhancement of guidance and autopilot performance by the actuating system using G/C HILS technique are investigated. Through full running G/C HILS, in spite of the passing to single tests, some control algorithm resulted in failure as to stability of full system and system time frame.

The Effect of Trade Integration on Business Cycle Synchronization in East Asia

  • The paper aims to investigate the impact of trade integration on business cycle synchronization for the East Asian countries during 2005- 2017 based on the endogeneity hypothesis of Optimum Currency Area criteria. We test the determinants of business cycles by calculating bilateral trade, financial integration, and business cycle synchronization. Applying the system Generalized Method of Moments for dynamic panel data models, the results show that business cycle synchronization is highly associated with trade and financial integration. These findings confirm the endogeneity hypothesis that more trade integration will mitigate asymmetric shocks, and have a positive impact on the business cycle synchronization. The increased trade intensity and financial linkage lead to more correlated business cycles in East Asia. Apart from trade and financial integration, the trade structure differential, monetary policy similarity also influence the business cycle comovement. The significantly negative impact of trade structure differential on business cycle synchronization suggests that countries with less similar structures are more likely to undergo asymmetric shocks. The results also indicate that monetary policy matters for output comovement. This study recommends that the East Asian countries should focus on bilateral trade as well as financial integration with each other to reap benefits from the integration process.

복합유도방식이 적용된 유도탄의 탑재비행시험(CFT) 시스템 구성 및 검증 (Captive Flight Test System Configuration and Verification for Multi-mode Guidance Missile System)

  • A Captive Flight Test(CFT) is used to verify the performance of missile component such as seeker and guiding algorithm of missile. Recently most of surface to air missile adapts multi-mode guidance method which include command guidance and active/passive guidance. A CFT system for missile system adapting multi-mode guidance method consists of pod equipment, command transmitting system and measuring system. In this paper, we proposed CFT system and testing method for missile which adapt multi-mode guidance, and system integration procedure by using distributed missile system integration method and procedure. The proposed CFT system and system integration method was applied to CFT of surface to air missile, and brought successful result.

동물 세포 내에서 MJ1 인티그라제에 의한 부위 특이적 재조합 (Site-Specific Recombination by the Integrase MJ1 on Mammalian Cell)

  • 이전 연구에서, bacteriophage ${\Phi}FC1$이 Enterococcus faecalis KBL703에서 UV induction을 통해 분리 동정되었으며, ${\Phi}FC1$은 phage attachment site인 attP와 bacterial attachment site인 attB 사이에서 site-specific integration을 촉매하는 integrase를 가지고 있다는 것을 밝혀냈으며 이를 MJ1이라 명명하였다. 이 연구에서는 이를 바탕으로 MJ1에 의한 site-specific integration의 효율을 Escherichia coli와 NIH3T3 cell에서 확인 하기 위해 attP, attB, MJ1을 각각의 벡터에 삽입하였다. MJ1 인테그라제에 의한 재조합을 수행하기 위해서 기질 벡터 pABLP를 $DH5{\alpha}$에 형질전환시킨 후, LB 배지에서 $37^{\circ}C$ 1시간 배양한 후 암피실린(ampicillin)과 테트라싸이클린(tetracycline) 항생제 플레이트로 pGMJ1과 pABLP 같이 가지고 있는 colony 들을 선별하여, LacZ 유전자가 불활성화 된 흰색 콜로니 개수를 세고 통계를 낸 결과 integration의 frequency가 99% 이상인 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 실제로 재조합이 일어났는 지를 확인하기 위해서 콜로니 PCR을 수행하여 재조합의 산물인 attL 150 bp을 확인하였다. PCR 산물은 염기서열분석을 통해 정확한 site-specific integration이 일어났음을 확인하였다. MJ1에 의한 integration을 보이기 위해 attP와 attB를 가지고 있는 vector를 MJ1 expression vector와 함께 NIH3T3 cell에 cotransfection 했으며 GFP를 reporter로 사용해 그 activity를 관찰하였다. NIH3T3 cell에서 GFP의 발현을 형광 현미경을 통해 알아본 결과, MJ1에 의한 sitespecific integration이 다른 accessory protein의 도움 없이 일어난다는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 마찬가지 방법으로, attR과 attL 간의 excision을 GFP로 알아본 결과, GFP는 발현하지 않았으며, 이는 MJ1에 의한 excision이 일어나지 않았음을 보여주었다. 이와 같은 결과로 볼 때, MJ1의 host만이 아니라 넓은 범위안에서도 integration을 수행할 수 있다는 것을 보여주었다. 따라서 MJ1을 이용한 site-specific integration system의 개발은 gene therapy를 위한 gene delivery system의 구축에 있어서 좋은 시작이 될 수 있다.

  • 발사체 개발사업에서 SI(System integration) 업무란 SI 주관부서로 입고된 발사체 각 부분체들을 시험 및 검사를 통한 적절한 품질관리와 병행하면서 조립하여 하나의 완성된 발사체를 조립하고, 실제로 발사 임무를 수행하는 과정이다. 우주발사체 SI업무는 어느 한 부서의 독립적인 업무가 아니라 모든 기능부서 및 협력업체의 자발적인 협력이 필요한 종합업무이다. 본 문서는 발사체 사업단의 SI업무를 기술함으로서, 발사체 사업에 참여한 기능부서와 협력업체들로 하여금 SI 업무에 대한 이해를 돕는 뿐만 아니라, 실제 SI 업무에서 좀더 효율적인 협업을 위해서 작성되었으며, 이 후 기능부서와 협력업체와의 지속적인 협의를 통해 구체화 될 것이다.

Construction of Indoor and Outdoor Spatial Information Integration Service System based on Vector Model

  • In order to overcome the problem that outdoor and indoor spatial information service are separately utilized, an integration service system of spatial information that is linked from outdoor to indoor has been implemented. As a result of the study, "0001.xml" corresponding to the file index key value, which is the service connection information in the building information of the destination, was extracted from the prototype verification of the system, the search word of 'Kim AB' was transmitted to the indoor map server and converted from the outdoor map service to the indoor map service through confirmation of the navigation service connected information, using service linkage information and search words of the indoor map service was confirmed that the route was displayed from the entrance of the building to the destination in the building through the linkage search DB (Database) table and the search query. Therefore, through this study was examined the possibility of linking indoor and outdoor DB through vector spatial information integration service system. The indoor map and the map engine were implemented based on the same vector map format as the outdoor map engine, it was confirmed that the connectivity of the map engine can be applied.

STEPSTONE: An Intelligent Integration Architecture for Personal Tele-Health

  • STEPSTONE is a joint industry-university project to create open source technology that would enable the scalable, "friction-free" integration of device-based healthcare solutions into enterprise systems using a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Specifically, STEPSTONE defines a first proposal to a Service Oriented Device Architecture (SODA) framework, and provides for initial reference implementations. STEPSTONE also intends to encourage a broad community effort to further develop the framework and its implementations. In this paper, we present SODA, along with two implementation proposals of SODA's device integration. We demonstrate the ease by which SODA was used to develop an end-to-end personal healthcare monitoring system. We also demonstrate the ease by which the STEPSTONE system was extended by other participants - Washington State University - to include additional devices and end user interfaces. We show clearly how SODA and therefore SODA devices make integration almost automatic, replicable, and scalable. This allows telehealth system developers to focus their energy and attention on the system functionality and other important issues, such as usability, privacy, persuasion and outcome assessment studies.
