창호통합형 배열회수 환기시스템의 열성능 및 경제성 평가 (An Analysis on Thermal Performance and Economic of Heat Recovery Ventilation System Integrated with Window)

  • This study is intended to analyze the thermal performance and evaluate the applicability about non-duct type heat recovery ventilation system integrated with window. Eventually, economic analysis of the system is conducted according to building energy saving ratio of it. As results of the thermal performance, the U-factor of the window conducted on the basis of KS F 2278 appears to $1.8W/m^2K$, and the effective heat exchange efficiency of the ventilator conducted on the basis of KS B 6879 appears 49.95% for cooling, 66.89% for heating. In the applicability evaluated by TRNSYS 16, the caes of applying the heat recovery ventilator integrated with window is found to reduce the cooling or heating load by 2.9% or 13.5% than the non-ventilator case. The results of economic analysis taking a side of consumer is verified as the payback is 3 years, and the accumulated earning is 1,408,133 won in terms of '600,000 won/unit' for initial cost, 10 years for useful life of the system.

  • Government Geothermal Cooling-Heating Projects has made efforts to reduce GHG(Greenhouse Gas) emissions and to manage cost of greenhouse farm households. This study evaluated the economic benefits of heating load rate of change by comparing Geothermal Cooling-Heating System with the existing system(greenhouse diesel heating) in the Government Geothermal Cooling-Heating Projects. Economic analysis results shows that, 1) When installing the Cooling-Heating system according to the ratio of 70% heating load in policy standards, the geothermal cooling-heating system has economic efficiency with greenhouse type or scale independent because the investment cost is recovered within 7 years. And It was more economic efficiency the ratio of 50% heating load than70% heating load. 2) When installing the Cooling-Heating system according to the glass greenhouse of the ratio of 90% heating load, pay period of investment cost is recovered within 5 years. Therefore it is necessary to apply flexible heating sharing according to greenhouse type or scale.

  • Korea ocean research stations manage the weather and environmental data collected from coastal and ocean areas to provide short-term and long-term ocean forecasts. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and quantify economic benefits of the ocean research stations with sensors to observe physical, chemical, and biological data. The construction and operation of an integrated ocean observation station is expected to reduce uncertainty about ocean and coastal areas and to improve the quality of ocean forecasts. The economic benefits are mainly come from improved search and rescue operations, ocean pollution management, yellow dust management, and improved productivity in ocean-related industries. In addition, an input-output analysis is performed to evaluate the economic impacts of ocean research stations nationwide. The analysis shows that the system can contribute to industries such as fishing, maritime and air cargo, medical and health care.

  • In this study, an insulation panel system that has the most excellent economic feasibility in a long term LCC viewpoint in some analysis, which determine a proper insulation panel construction method for the out wall of structures, is analyzed. As a result, in the case of a deterministic LCC analysis, the initial investment cost represents about 80,000Won/㎡ for extrusion ceramic panels. Also, although the costs of maintenance, disassembling, and disposal show no large differences compared with other panel systems, metal panels indicate a bit higher than other panel systems about 1.5 times. In the probability density function that analyzes the variation of the probabilistic cost between panel systems and its economic feasibility, metal panels show the highest cost distribution and extrusion and stone panels represent low cost distributions. In the cumulative function distribution that composites probability density functions, the extrusion ceramic panel represents the most excellent economic feasibility and reliability and that is also the most superior subject among the subjects used in this study.

  • 무기체계 획득사업은 막대한 예산을 투입하여 국가에 미치는 파급효과가 큰 특성이 있어 무기체계 획득사업을 추진하기 위한 기획연구 단계에서 경제적 타당성을 확보한 획득대안 분석이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 요구에 따라 획득연구 단계에서 획득대안에 대한 경제성 분석을 수행하고 있으나, 현재는 초기 단계로 경제적 분석에 따른 획득대안 분석에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 획득대안에 대한 의사결정 방법인 효과분석의 제한점을 식별하고 추가로 비용편익분석 방법을 제시하여 획득대안에 대한 경제성 분석 방법을 제안한다. 비용편익 분석의 결과를 비용/편익비율(Benefit/Cost Ratio)로 제시하여 복수 대안뿐만 아니라 단일 대안에 대한 경제성 분석이 가능하고, 경제적 타당성을 확보한 보편적인 결과 제시가 가능하다. 제시 방법을 OO 유도로켓 사업 획득연구에 적용하여 각 대안에 대한 경제성 분석결과를 제시한다.

  • An early detection system for warranty issues periodically collects customers' claim data and automatically reports alarms about emerging issues based on statistical algorithms. It helps companies to reduce an issue definition time and save the handling cost of warranty claims. This paper provides an evaluation framework to validate the economic effect of an early detection system project. For this purpose, we present economical index of a project with explicit formulas such as ROI(return on investment), PP(payback period), NPV(net present value), PI(profitability index) and IRR(internal rate of return) and analyze the sensitivities of the index according to the variation of project input parameters. The proposed analysis framework is expected to be used for evaluating economic values of various system integration projects.

國內 微分炭 火力發電所에서 바닥재 再活用을 위한 乾式 바닥재 處理시스템 導入의 經濟性 分析 (Economic Analysis of Dry Bottom Ash Handling System in a Pulverized Coal Thermal Power Plant in Korea)

  • 국내 석탄화력발전에서 발생되는 바닥재 재활용의 경제성을 평가하고자 신설 500 MW${\times}$2기 유연탄 화력발전설비를 대상으로 바닥재 재활용이 가능한 건식처리시스템 도입의 경제성을 충수중력식 습식처리시스템과 비교하여 검토하였다. 신규발전설비에 건식처리시스템 도입 시 시설투자비는 습식처리시스템의 약 150% 수준으로 초기투자비는 더 소요되나, 바닥재 재활용을 통한 판매이익을 고려한 연간시설운영비는 습식처리시스템의 약 17%까지 절감되는 것으로 예측하였다. 이를 기초로 경제성 분석을 수행한 결과 건식처리시스템 도입 시 추가로 소요되는 초기투자비는 4.8년에 회수가 가능하며 투자이익률은 21.1%로 평가되었다.

  • 이 리뷰논문은 경제분석체계의 발전과정을 계량경제학을 중심으로 살펴보고 불확실성이 더해지는 최근 경제현상의 통계학적 응용성을 모색한 것이다. 지난 반세기 동안 경제학의 분석체계는 발전을 거듭하며 현실 경제문제를 실효적으로 분석하고 예측해왔다. 그 중심에 이론통계학의 추론을 기반으로 하는 계량경제학의 절대적인 기여가 있었다. 최근 들어서는 IT발전, 인터넷과 SNS의 확산 등으로 계량경제학과 통계학의 새로운 연구 환경이 조성되고 있다. 앞으로 경제현상의 복잡다기화와 변동성 증대에 비례하여 분석체계도 정치화되며 발전할 것으로 보이지만, 급변하는 경제환경 변화를 적실하게 분석해내지 못하는 한계를 지적하는 시각도 있다. 한걸음 더 나아가 주류 경제학의 패러다임을 넘어 복잡계, 경제물리학과 같은 접근방법을 적극적으로 적용해야한다는 주장도 나오고 있는데, 이 또한 통계학에게는 도전이 되고 있다.

  • Politicians are competing to persuade their policies and to oppose other's. Policy persuasion is based on two independent reasons; moral causes vs. economic outcomes. There have been few studies on investigating and comparing their structural differences. This paper studies how policy makers use moral causes and economic outcomes in persuading their policies. Causal and cognitive structures of persuasions for and against sunshine policy are compared by cognitive map analysis. Finally, this study discusses how to use causal map analysis to understand moral causes and economic outcomes as tools for policy persuasion.

An Economic Evaluation under Thailand Feed in Tariff of Residential Roof Top Photovoltaic Grid Connected System with Energy Storage for Voltage Stability Improving

  • In this paper, Residential roof top photovoltaic system with 9.9 kW design is proposed. The system composed of 200 Watts solar array 33 panels connecting in series 10 strings and parallels 3 strings which have maximum voltage and current are 350 V and 23.8 A. The 10 kW sinusoidal grid-connected inverter with window voltage about 270-350 is selected to convert and transfer DC Power to AC Power at PCC (Point of Common Coupling) of power system following to utility standard. However the impact of fluctuation and uncertainty of weather condition of PV may decrease the voltage stability and voltage collapse of power system. In order to solve this problem the energy storage such 120 V 1200 Ah battery bank and 30 kVAR capacitor are designed for voltage stability control. The other expensed for installing the system such battery charger, cable, accessories and maintenance cost are concerned. The economic analysis by using investment from money loan with interest about 7% and use own money which loss income of deposit about 3% are calculated as 671,844 and 547,044 for PV system with energy storage and non energy storage respectively. The solar energy from PV is about 101,616 Bath per year which evaluated by using the value of $5kWh/m^2/day$ from average peak sun hour (PSH) of the Thailand and 6.96 Bath/kWh of Feed in Tariff Incentive. The payback periods of four scenarios are proposed follow as i) PV system with energy storage and use loan money is 15 years ii) PV system with no energy storage and use loan money is 10 years iii) PV system with energy storage and use deposit money is 9 years iv) PV system with energy storage and use deposit money is 7 years. In addition, the other scenarios of economic analysis such no FIT support and other type of economic analysis such NPV and IRR are proposed in this paper.
