일본의 전기통신사업 회계제도 분석 (An Analysis of Accounting System in Japan)

  • 내용 전기통신 사업에 대한 경쟁 도입의 결과 사업자간의 공정한 경쟁환경을 조성하기 위한 구체적인 수단으로 회계 분리 문제가 논의의 초점이 되고 있다. 본 고에서는 일본의 전기통신 사업 회계제도를 분석함으로써, 우리나라 전기통신 사업 회계제도 정비시에 참고 자료로 활용될 수 있도록 하였다.

  • The purpose of this paper is that investigates the dynamic behavior characteristic of W.T.S(Wind turbine System) and carries out the evaluation analysis during operating W.T.S. To investigate the dynamic behavior characteristic of W.T.S, the experiments to measure vibration of the blade from the attached accelerometer on the flap and edge section of the blade that is one of the most important elements of dynamic characteristic of W.T.S are performed. Natural frequency and mode shape are calculated with commercial program (ANSYS) using the measured vibration acceleration that receives the signal with F.F.T Analyzer from the accelerometer. For validation of these experiments, the finite element analysis is performed with commercial F.E.M program (ANSYS) on the basis of the natural frequency and mode shape. The results indicate that experimental values have good agreements with the finite element analysis.

  • This paper presents the RTDS training course on using passive filters for control of harmonic currents. The course can show harmonic currents in porer system, which is occurred by function generators, with Fourier analysis function of RTDS and the effect of passive filters implemented in RTDS to eliminate harmonics. In addition to, With Jeju-Haenam HVDC system, we have simulated the effect of passive filters on harmonic currents occurred by massive power conversion system of HVDC.

  • Solar cell converts sunlight into the electricity that one of the most versatile forms of energy. It has been developed and applied on residental electric power system by urbanized countries as a alternative energy source to overcome energy problem after oil shock. This paper summarizes the results of these efforts by offering a snapshot of the configuration of photovoltaic in residential applications. The status of PV system components and inter -connection and safety equipment will be summarized. Hence this paper discusses only points that might be useful for application.

  • In this study, 6' GaAs wafer bonding system is designed and optimized to bond 6 inches device wafer and material wafer. Bonding process is performed in vacuum environment and resin is used to bond two wafers. Vacuum module and double heating mechanisms are adopted to minimize wafer warpage and void. Structure and heat transfer analysis, et al of the core modules review the designed mechanisms are very effective in performance improvement. As a result, high productivity (tack time cut-down) and stabilized process can be obtained by reducing breakage failure of wafer.

Effects of damping on the linear stability of a free-free beam subjected to follower and transversal forces

  • In this paper a free-free uniform beam with damping effects subjected to follower and transversal forces at its end is considered as a model for a space structure. The effect of damping on the stability of the system is first investigated and the effects of the follower and transversal forces on the vibration of the beam are shown next. Proportional damping model is used in this work, hence, the effects of both internal (material) and external (viscous fluid) damping on the system are noted. In order to derive the frequency of the system, the Ritz method has been used. The mode shapes of the system must therefore be extracted. The Newmark method is utilized in the study of the system vibration. The results show that an increase in the follower and transversal forces leads to an increase of the vibrational motion of the beam which is not desirable.
