비대면 교육서비스품질이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Uncontact Learning Service Quality on Major Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 비대면 교육서비스 품질 구성요소인 시스템 편리성, 시스템품질, 상호작용성이 학생이 지각하는 교육서비스 가치와 학습몰입과 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 비대면 교육서비스품질의 구성요소인 시스템편리성, 시스템품질, 상호작용성의 3가지 요인이 교육서비스가치에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 비대면 교육서비스품질의 구성요소인 시스템편리성, 시스템품질, 상호작용성의 3가지 요인중에서 시스템품질과 상호작용성은 학습몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 비대면 교육서비스 가치가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 교육서비스가치는 전공만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학습몰입이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 학습몰입은 전공만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

무선데이터 서비스 품질 측정 시스템의 신뢰성 검증 및 평가 (Assessment and Validation of the Reliability of Quality Measurement System for Wireless Data Services)

  • The user increases around the WiBro and in which the mobile broad band service is the wireless internet base technology HSDPA, that is the cellular phone foundation technique, and moreover the issue about the user effective quality guarantee emerges but the quality control of the wireless network is the incomplete actual condition. Therefore, the reliability verification according to the development of the system for the performance measure for the continued wireless data service and it and evaluation are needed for the quality control. In this paper, the wireless data service quality measurement system was implemented with the design. The same test environment as the existing network performance measurement program was built for the reliability verification of the embodied device for measuring quality and evaluation and the cost performance was performed. It could confirm that design and embodied wireless data service quality measurement system operated accurately in this paper through the quality measure result value analysis.

  • 본 논문은 무선망 환경에서의 서비스품질과 시스템품질이 고객만족과 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 기존의 DMB와 IPTV 논문에서 다루어진 서비스품질(반응성, 공감성) 및 시스템품질(접속성, 사용용이성, 채널이동성)의 요인들을 차용하여 가설을 설정하고 연구모형을 완성하였으며, 실험연구 및 설문조사를 통해 이를 증명하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 3G망보다 와이파이망 이용자들의 서비스품질과 시스템품질에 대한 기대치가 높게 나타났으며 전송속도와 같은 시스템품질 보다는 서비스품질에 대해 더 민감하게 반응함을 알 수 있었다. 본 논문은 기존 DMB와 IPTV 논문에서 다루어진 요인들을 N스크린 영역에 적용하여 연구영역을 확장하고 이해도를 높였다는 데 의의가 있다.

  • 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 시스템 요인인 시스템 사용, 유비쿼터스 편의성에 미치는 영향과 시스템 사용, 유비쿼터스 편의성이 사용자 만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 시스템 품질과 즉시 접속성이 시스템 사용에 유의한 영향을 미치고 시스템 품질, 정보 품질이 유비쿼터스 편의성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 아울러 시스템 사용, 유비쿼터스 편의성이 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 유비쿼터스 시스템 관련 벤처창업을 위해서는 철저한 보안관리가 중요하고, 유비쿼터스 시스템 특징의 하나인 사용자가 필요성을 인식하는 시점에 정보나 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 환경을 구축해야 한다.

HSDPA 시스템을 통한 음성 서비스의 측정 기반 품질 기준 수립 (Service Quality Criteria for Voice Services over a HSDPA System)

  • 본 논문은 현재 상용화되어 국내에서 서비스가 제공되고 있는 무선 접속 시스템인 HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access) 시스템을 통해서 패킷기반 음성 서비스가 제공되는 경우 예상되는 서비스 품질에 관한 것이다. 무선 환경에서 패킷기반 음성 서비스를 위한 체계적인 서비스 품질 관리 방안 수립을 위한 노력의 일환으로 이미 개발된 품질 측정 소프트웨어[2][3]를 이용하여 다양한 시나리오 하에서 음성 서비스의 품질을 측정하였다. 측정 결과의 분석을 통해서 현 시점에서 HSDPA 시스템을 통해서 음성 서비스가 제공될 경우 서비스 품질이 상당히 양호할 것임을 확인할 수 있었다. 추가적으로 무선 전송 환경의 변화가 음성 서비스의 품질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 또 다른 실험을 통해서 음성 서비스 품질의 급격한 저하 현상이 나타나는 무선 품질 지표의 값을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Service importance has been growing increasingly as competition element of enterprises according to going on rapid softness, information and knowledge of industrial infrastructure recently. Quality management system that implemented in manufacturing sector have been spreading rapidly to service company, but the company performing pure engineering service only in construction fields performed mainly the evaluation on the operational aspect such as degree of implementation of the established system because it is difficult to objective evaluation on the activity of the established quality management system or quality assurance system. This study would like to make on offer the improvement points based on the evaluation of service quality and the itself evaluation result through the questionnaire on the service offerers and customers using the pre-qualified SERVQUAL model in establishment of the improvement goal of the company. According to the result of this study, it is analyzed a gap and required to establish a counter-plan to correct many gaps discovered between the real offered level and the expect level of custom.

  • Service Providers need to monitor the level of consumer's satisfaction on service they provide continuously and they use appropriate method to measure their operating status. They have to make a plan on their resource and infrastructure to provide their service in the right place at the right time whenever they need. Most previous studies on IT service quality are mainly focused on criteria or levels of quality measurement even though those criteria and levels should be set by considering consumer's needs. And considering for consumer's needs with managerial factors was not found on those studies. So, we suggest deducing quality factors for continuous improvement of IT service management system in this paper as identify the relative priority using QFD method which consider consumers' voices and managerial factors when decide quality factors of IT service management system introduced SLA. We also confirm that our suggestion is practicable and applicable for current operation by case study.

  • Cloud services have become the core infrastructure of the digital economy as a basis for collecting, storing, and processing large amounts of data to trigger artificial intelligence-based services and industrial innovation. Recently, cloud services have been spotlighted as a means of responding to corporate crises and changes in the work environment in a national disaster caused by COVID-19. While the cloud is attracting attention, the speed of adoption and diffusion of cloud services is not being actively carried out due to the lack of trust among users and uncertainty about security, performance, and cost. This study compares and analyzes the "Cloud Service Quality and Performance Management System" and the "Cloud Service Certification System" and suggests complementary points and improvement measures for the cloud service quality and performance management system.

  • This Paper provides perceptual metrics for video quality based on properties of human visual system, and audio quality based on human audition. All metrics work without reference signals, allowing non-intrusive, in-service measurements. A simple and easy-to-learn user interface displays the metrics and saves them in popular file formats like CSV. In this paper, proposed method was able to various and corrective measurement for the multimedia service video quality. As that it was able to application to set up service guide line and the methode of measurement and system for the set up standardization of the high quality video service.

공공제도 서비스품질 모델의 개발과 적용 (Development and Application of Service Quality Model for Public System)

  • The development of an appropriate public service quality model has become increasingly recognised as an important subject of interest in the public sector as well as academia. In particular, the public systems enacted by governments are widely used and have a significant impact on national competitiveness. But few researches have been conducted to explore the quality dimensions of a public system service and empirically examine the relationship among related variables. Therefore, in this study, we strive to develop a quality measurement model of public system service that can be effectively used in practice. Using 601 samples gathered through a structured survey from project engineers, a conceptual quality model of public system is presented and discussed. Given the exploratory nature of this study, an exploratory factor analysis is used to investigate quality dimensions and partial least square (PLS) is employed in determining the structural relationships. From empirical results, we found that the quality dimensions of the public system had four distinct quality dimensions (design quality, environment quality, primary outcome quality, additive outcome quality). All four quality dimensions showed good representative factors in explaining user satisfaction. Perceived trust was proved to significantly mediate the relationship between quality dimensions and user satisfaction. Our research is expected to contribute to the literature by providing a good conceptual framework for assessing public system quality by linking four quality dimensions with user satisfaction. In particular, the developed model can elaborately measure process quality and multi-functional outcome quality of the system by the supplementation of design quality and additive outcome quality respectively. Practical implications are also suggested on the basis of our analysis.
