250kW급 폐열회수 시스템용 유기랭킨사이클 배관 열유동해석에 관한 연구 (Thermal and Flow Analysis of Organic Rankine Cycle System Pipe Line for 250 kW Grade Waste Gas Heat Recovery)

  • This study is a thermal and flow analysis of Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) pipe line for 250 kW grade waste gas heat recovery. We attempted to obtain the boundary condition data through the process design of the ORC, which can produce an electric power of 250 kW through the recovery of waste heat. Then, we conducted a simulation by using STAR-CCM+ to verify the model for the pipe line stream of the 250 kW class waste heat recovery system. Based on the results of the thermal and flow analyses of each pipe line applied to the ORC system, we gained the following conclusion. The pressure was relatively increased at the pipe outside the refracted part due to the pipe shape. Moreover, the heat transfer amount of the refrigerant gas line is relatively higher than that of the liquid line.

EXHAUST GAS HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM FOR PLANT BED HEATING IN GREENHOUSE PRODUCTION

  • Hot air heater with light oil combustion is the most common heater for greenhouse heating in the winter season in Korea. However, since the heat efficiency of the heater is about 80%, considerable unused heat in the form of exhaust gas heat discharges to atmosphere. In order to capture this exhaust gas heat a heat recovery system for plant bed heating in the greenhouse was built and tested in the hot air heating system of greenhouse. The system consists of a heat exchanger made of copper pipes, ${\phi}\;12.7{\times}0.7t$ located inside the rectangular column of $330{\times}330{\times}900mm$, a water circulation pump, circulation plastic pipe and a water tame The total heat exchanger area is $1.5m^2$, calculated considering the heat exchange amount between flue gas and water circulated in the copper pipes. The system was attached to the exhaust gas path. The heat recovery system was designed as to even recapture the latent heat of flue gas when exposing to low temperature water in the heat exchanger. According to performance test it can recover 45,200 to 51,000kJ/hr depending on the water circulation rates of 330 to $690{\ell}$/hr from the waste heat discharged. The exhaust gas temperature left from the heat exchanger dropped to $100^{circ}C$ from $270^{circ}C$ by the heat exchange between the water and the flue gas, while water gained the difference and temperature increased to $38^{circ}C$ from $21^{circ}C$ at the water flow rate of $690{\ell}$/hr. And, the condensed water amount varies from 16 to $43m{\ell}$ at the same water circulation rates. This condensing heat recovery system can reduce boiler fuel consumption amount in a day by 34% according to the feasibility study of the actual mimitomato greenhouse. No combustion load was observed in the hot air heater.

  • 열차제어시스템의 소프트웨어 발전에 의해 PES가 사용되고 있다. PES는 현재 세계적으로 널리 사용하고 있고, 하드웨어, 펌웨어, 응용 소프트웨어로 구성되어 있다. PES의 실행이 높은 유연성을 가지고 있기 때문에 PES는 많은 응용분야에 쉽게 적용할 수 있다. 많은 안전 필수 기능들은 소프트웨어를 통해 수행되고 있다. 보통 PES는 매우 복잡하여 결함의 근원을 발견하기 쉽지 않다. 그래서 소프트웨어 결함허용 기법을 이용한 신뢰도 해석이 필요하다. 현재 소프트웨어 결함허용 기법에는 복구블록, 분산 복구 블록, N-버전 프로그래밍, N 자기검사 프로그램이 있다. 본 논문에서는 마르코프 모델을 이용하여 소프트웨어 결함허용 기법 중에 복구 블록과 N-버전 프로그래밍의 모델을 제시하였다. 또한 열차제어시스템의 신뢰도를 시간 변화에 따라 분석하였다. 프로그램의 결함 발생률, 수용테스트 결함발생률, 보터의 결함발생률은 고정시켰다. 그래서 시간과 신뢰도 사이의 관계를 Matlab 프로그램을 이용하여서 제시하였다. 같은 수의 대체블록이 있는 경우에 신뢰도 분석결과 복구 블록의 신뢰도는 N-버전 프로그래밍의 신뢰도보다 높게 해석되었다.

창호통합형 배열회수 환기시스템의 열성능 및 경제성 평가 (An Analysis on Thermal Performance and Economic of Heat Recovery Ventilation System Integrated with Window)

  • This study is intended to analyze the thermal performance and evaluate the applicability about non-duct type heat recovery ventilation system integrated with window. Eventually, economic analysis of the system is conducted according to building energy saving ratio of it. As results of the thermal performance, the U-factor of the window conducted on the basis of KS F 2278 appears to $1.8W/m^2K$, and the effective heat exchange efficiency of the ventilator conducted on the basis of KS B 6879 appears 49.95% for cooling, 66.89% for heating. In the applicability evaluated by TRNSYS 16, the caes of applying the heat recovery ventilator integrated with window is found to reduce the cooling or heating load by 2.9% or 13.5% than the non-ventilator case. The results of economic analysis taking a side of consumer is verified as the payback is 3 years, and the accumulated earning is 1,408,133 won in terms of '600,000 won/unit' for initial cost, 10 years for useful life of the system.

  • 본 논문은 KC-100 소형민항기의 스핀시험을 위해 장착될 스핀회복장치의 설계 및 지상활주 전개 시험에 대해 기술하였다. 스핀회복장치에 대한 상세 설계 단계에서 공력, 구조, 안정성, 조종성 등에 대한 해석적 결과를 토대로 낙하산 단위면적당 라이저 길이, 낙하산 다공성, 낙하산 펼침 시간, 및 전개방법 등의 설계 변수를 결정했다. 본 시스템의 검증을 위해 항공기에 스핀회복장치를 장착한 상태에서 기능점검 후 KC-100 고속활주 중 스핀슈트 전개를 수행했다.

  • 지금까지 재 제조에 필요한 자동차 중고부품은 주로 정비업체에서 회수하여 사용하였으나, 회수체계가 정비되어 있지 않아 자동차 중고부품 수집에 많은 시간과 경비가 소요되었으며, 폐차업체에서 생산되는 많은 자동차 중고부품은 재 제조에 활용되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 시스템은 폐차장, 정비업체 등에서 자동차 중고부품 정보를 입력하고, 재 제조업체에서는 이들 정보를 이용하여 재 제조에 필요한 자동차 중고부품을 회수할 수 있게 함으로써 자동차 중고부품 회수체계를 확립하고 자동차 중고부품의 안정적 수급 방안을 마련할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 본 시스템은 자동차 부품 재 제조에 필요한 자동차 중고부품을 수집 관리하기 위한 물류정보시스템으로 DISRMPA(Distribution Information System for Recovery and Management of used Parts of an Automobile)라고 부른다.

  • A Teaching and Operating Expert System (TOES) was designed in order to perform a task effectively which is inaccessible to man. Once an error occurs in the middle of the task operation, the automatic mode is converted into a manual mode. After recovering the error by the manual mode, the manual mode should be converted into the automatic mode. It was necessary to improve the manual mode in order to increase the availability of a man-robot system, a part of the human interface technique. Therefore, the Error Recovery Expert System must be constructed and developed.

  • An isothermal analysis was conducted to develop the design tool of an aquifer thermal energy storage system. Taejeon aquifer was chosen for the analysis, and the variation of FRE(Fluid Recovery Efficiency) with respect to the aquifer natural velocity and thermal load were investigated. The analysis results were compared with those of ATESSS(Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage System Simulator) and agreed within 2% of discrepancy. It is recommended, based on the result of this study, that the system may be suitable for a large volume of hot or chill thermal energy storage system, such as for district heating or cooling.

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the method and the apparatus for recovering freon-11 used in a process for increasing the filling capacity of tobacco. The first, the theoretical recovery rate of freon-11 was calculated from vapour pressure and thermodynamic properties of freon-11. The second, the usability of theoretical data was evaluated by the comparison between the theoretical data and the experimental data from the pilot plant. The result obtained under the present experiment condition was quite similar to the rate at 15kg/cm2 and 5$^{\circ}C$, but the theoretical data evaluated were 0.1 to 0.3% lower than the experimental data at 20 to 25kg/cm2 and 5$^{\circ}C$. The recovery rate of the cooling and the compression system was about 95% with freon-11 used in this system and that with freon-11 concentrate of waste gas was about 3 to 3.6% at 20 to 25kg/cm2 and 5$^{\circ}C$.
