This research analyzed about inconsistence and cause of the audit result on national defense quality management system in certification company. Direction of research analyzes corelation with distribution by items at national defense quality management system standard by Investigated number and occurrence of examination report slight and critical incongruity on 2008 and 2009. Study finding slight and critical incongruity happened to first examination average 10.2 items, renewal examination average 7.0 items. By incongruity occurrence appeared high in item that there are a lot of examination item shares of standard requirement, it was studied by correlative thing between the examination with standard. Factor of incongruity occurrence was proved to comprehension insufficiency for quality management system, quality procedure insufficiency, didn't fulfil proceedings, business was unripe. In this papers, we contribute to propose direction for improvement of national defense quality management system comprehensive faculty elevation and national defense quality certification in this treatise.

In order to intensify an enterprise competition, quality inspection controls are very important issue. An organization or division of a company hopes which to acquire the quality inspection information be updated in real-time with respect to shop floor. In this paper, we develop a quality inspection control system for a Turbine/Generator production industry. The system compromises inspection scheduling module related to shop floor control (SFC) system, formal documentation control module, and formal inspection control module. In the quality inspection control system, ORACLE RDBMS is used for the database management system and ORACLE DEVELOPER 2000 is used for system development tool. The characteristic of this system is to support so it can enhance productivity and quality through inspection plans related to production scheduling.

On the process of Korean last half century's condensed economic growth, the contribution of quality management was very important. But if we continued the way in which U.S.A. developed and Japan revised, we would not be able to catch up the developed country. This paper says allegedly that we'd better introduce Korean Quality Management system, which is based on Korean traditional thought.

Purpose: Technology readiness assessment(TRA) used as a standard readiness assessment tool in the acquisition program of weapon system has some limitations in the comprehensive understanding of the complex system. Therefore, this research is intended to suggest a holistic maturity assessment method for the acquisition of high quality weapon system. Methods: Technology readiness level(TRL), manufacturing readiness level(MRL), integration readiness level(IRL) and system readiness level(SRL) developed to assess system maturities in the various aspects are compared and analyzed to draw an improvement avenue for the current readiness assessment method. Results: TRL, MRL, IRL and SRL have large differences in their maturity targets during the acquisition life cycle: technological performance, manufacturing capability, interface between components and total system, respectively. They complement one another's shortcomings Conclusion: To achieve a successful acquisition of high quality weapon system, multi-dimensional readiness assessment is required. Therefore, comprehensive readiness assessment using TRL, MRL, IRL and SRL will contribute to the acquisition of high quality weapon system through the accurate maturity information of overall system.

This study presents an analysis of healthcare quality indicators using data mining for developing quality improvement strategies. Specifically, important factors influencing the inpatient mortality were identified using a decision tree method for data mining based on 8,405 patients who were discharged from the study hospital during the period of December 1, 2000 and January 31, 2001. Important factors for the inpatient mortality were length of stay, disease classes, discharge departments, and age groups. The optimum range of target group in inpatient healthcare quality indicators were identified from the gains chart. In addition, a decision support system was developed to analyze and monitor trends of quality indicators using Visual Basic 6.0. Guidelines and tutorial for quality improvement activities were also included in the system. In the future, other quality indicators should be analyze to effectively support a hospital-wide continuous quality improvement (CQI) activity and the decision support system should be well integrated with the hospital OCS (Order Communication System) to support concurrent review.

The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the effect of the ERP quality (system quality, information quality, service quality) on the performance (end user satisfaction, user's performance, system utilization) of business, 2) to conduct the causal-effect analysis between outcome variables (user's satisfaction, user's performance, system utilization) of ERP in the contract foodservice management company. The questionnaires were distributed to 260 end users (dietitians, foodservice management managers) in charge of managing the institutional foodservice such as the office (government agencies, factories), schools (universities, middle and high school) and hospitals which were managed by contract foodservice management company 'C' in Seoul and Kyunggi. The surveys were performed from July 26, 2004 to July 30. 2004. Two hundred and fifty (250) questionnaires were responded (response rate: 96.2%). The statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS Win (11.5). And the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, pearson correlation, simple and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results showed that among the 3 factors (system quality, information quality, service quality), the system quality and information quality were proved to have an effect on the user's satisfaction and user's performance significantly (p < .05). The influence of ERP quality (system quality, information quality, service quality) on system utilization were testified to be statistically significant (p < .05). The user's performance were affected significantly by system utilization (p < 0.001) and end user's satisfaction (p < 0.001). As a conclusion, to improve user satisfaction, which is the ultimate performance variable of an ERP system, high quality of an ERP system is the pre-requisite. And the user satisfaction and performance of business would be higher with the better quality ERP system. When constructing ERP system for the contract foodservice management company, we should improve system utilization and user satisfaction altogether so that user's performance could be ultimately enhanced and we should make efforts to enhance the quality level of ERP. Background : There have been many studies and efforts about quality management in health services, but there were not founded quality assessment on social services. This study was designed for understood level of quality on social service, identified for correlation factors of quality assessment on social services in general and teaching hospitals in Korea. Methods : The subjects of this survey were 80 leaders of social service units. The survey data from each subjects were measured to evaluate level of quality that service provider perceived of sample hospitals. Social worker's attitude of quality assurance activities, perception of quality assurance system in that hospitals were measured. Under the method of one-way ANOVA, t-test and correlation, associated factors of quality assessment in social work service was analyzed. Results : The major findings were as following ; First, the level of quality perceived showed less score, especially the lowest was the score of quality of outcome. Second, social worker's attitude of quality assurance activities showed high score, but quality assurance system of hospitals showed less score. Third, the level of quality assurance system of hospitals, social worker's attitudes of quality assurance activities. Conclusion : The quality of social work service correlated positive hospitals's quality assurance system, social worker's attitudes of quality assurance activities. Therefore, to assure the proper level of quality, qualified for hospitals system of quality assurance, and needed to a educational program for enhanced social workers's attitudes in quality assurance activities.

A objective quality assessment for the evaluation performance of a video transmission system as a basic step for construction of digital video transmission system between the spots and headquarter. Due to a limit of an analog video transmission system and the developments of various digital media and digital video standards, the need of introduce of a digital system are increased gradual1y, At this points. previously performance evaluations are performed and the quality assessment is the most important thing. We can be divided quality assessment method by the subjective quality assessment and objective quality assessment. The subjective quality assessment method has some problems which are required high cost and much time to evaluate the quality, And because existing objective quality assessment method such that PSNR are based on an analog form, the correlation with subjective data is very low. Therefore we design a new objective quality assessment method using Gabor wavelet transform reflecting HVS(Human Visual System), Designed objective quality assessment method is superior to other objective method such that PSNR or EPSNR In this paper, we proposed objective quality assessment using Gabor wavelet can be used for performance evaluation and verification of video transmission system.

This research investigates the relationship between the information quality, service quality, and system quality of lodging apps and the users' expectations, level of satisfaction, and intent to continue using them. For this objective, 418 respondents participated in a survey. To evaluate the hypotheses, the collected data were examined using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical software. This study constructed a model using information quality, service quality, system quality, expectancy, satisfaction, and intention to continue using the pre- and post-use relationship of users of accommodation applications. The results of testing the hypotheses indicated that system quality had no significant effect on expectancy, system quality and service quality had no significant effect on satisfaction, and all other hypotheses had significant effects. The conclusion of this research is that the app's system quality, including access speed, access barriers, and privacy, does not satisfy pre- and post-use expectations. In addition, the system quality and service quality of the application have little effect on the app's satisfaction. The information quality of the application has a considerable impact on expectation confirmation and satisfaction, expectation confirmation has an impact on satisfaction, and expectation confirmation and satisfaction have an impact on intention to continue using.
