The hearing aid chip described in this paper is an analog & digital mixed system. The design focuses on the$\mu$DSP core. This $\mu$DSP core includes internal time delays to two inputs from front and rear microphones. The paper consists of two parts; one is the composure and signal processing algorithm of digital hearing aids and the other is Verilog HDL codes for$\mu$DSP cores. All digital modules in the design were coded and synthesized by Verilog HDL codes which were verified by Mentor Graphics and Synopsis semiconductor chip design tools.

Along with the development of creative design ideas, how to effectively present design concepts is also an important consideration on housing plan process. This could consequently make it possible to automate presentations. In spite of such needs of presentations any significant efforts for the systematic design presentation have not been made yet. The research goals established in order to solve these problems are to develop structures of presentation and analyze the cases of it. This paper explains structures of housing plan presentations in two ways: the compositional elements of panel presentations and the relationships among the elements. The elements include a project title, a synopsis, design concepts, building layouts, floor plan1 and 2, longitudinal and latitudinal elevations, sections, projection and perspective views, and model photographs. Among various relationships among panel compositional elements this study uses relationships based on the Gestalt theory, the balance theory by Rudolf Arnheim and the optical array theory by Gibson. The relationships investigated on the basis of the visual perception theories include the relationships between compositional elements and background space, visual weight balance, horizontal and vertical balances, grouping, and visual layout patterns.

We perform intelligent substation construction of 154kV class with KEPRI. The intelligent substation is build in Gochang 765kV testing facility and consists of electronic instruments, digital control panel, remote monitoring and diagnosis system, and digital relay system. Rogowski coil type CT(RCT) and capacitive voltage divider(CVD) are applicable for instrument transformer of conventional type. Digital control panel(UP) replaces local panel which is drived by mechanical operation. For monitoring condition of GIS and TR, various sensors are used. In this paper, we report the synopsis and the progress state of project.

This study is to compared with 7-ga mathematics textbooks of 13 types in the middle school by 7-th curriculum. A synopsis of the Analysis and comparison about the contents of these textbooks is as follows. -The order of contents almost is same about the title and contents in 13 types of textbooks. -It is very important that the definition of terminology should be simple and correct. I investigated the terminology in thirteen textbooks of material at 7-th curriculum. -Most of their textbooks present the motivation of learning mathematics with resource of life such as a story of mathematics and famous mathematicians. -The chapter about numbers and operations has the biggest volume of all. -The evaluation of lessons presents at the each end of chapters with many problems as levels.

본 연구에서는 대학수학 교육을 향상시키기 위한 참조 지표를 얻기 위하여 AHP를 이용하여 대학수학 성취도 요인의 상대적 중요도를 추정하는 방법을 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 AHP의 개요 및 역사를 고찰하고 설문조사에 의해 얻은 자료를 통해 쌍대비교행렬을 작성하고 고유벡터방법으로 중요도를 추정하였다.

The Purpose of this writing is a presentation of small turbine efficiency measuring method, applicable new technology, and several analysis result for real turbine. Measurement methods of hydraulic efficiency written in here are extracted from small turbine applicable international code(IEC, ASME). It includes brief synopsis of 'Current meter method' and 4 other methods and ASFM as a new small turbine applicable technology. And several analysis of test result are for recently performed domestic small turbine result in korea. Through this presentation of extracted code, I hope that it make other small turbine concerner be familiar to perform an efficiency test. for small turbine. And, some analysis of that, make other to feel the importance of efficiency test.

Rogowski coil type CT(RCT) and capacitive voltage divider(CVD) are introduced compared with the instrument transformer of conventional type. Digital control panel(DCP) replaces the LCP(local control panel) which is drived for mechanical operation. For the monitoring of the condition of GIS and TR, various sensors are used. In this paper, we mention the synopsis and report the progress state of project.

In the early 1980s, attention focused on the possibility that pressurized thermal shock (PTS) events could challenge the integrity of a nuclear reactor pressure vessel (RPV) because operational experience suggested that overcooling events, while not common, did occur, and because the results of in-reactor materials surveillance programs showed that RPV steels and welds, particularly those having high copper content, experience a loss of toughness with time due to neutron irradiation embrittlement. These recognitions motivated analysis of PTS and the development of toughness limits for safe operation. It is now widely recognized that state of knowledge and data limitations from this time necessitated conservative treatment of several key parameters and models used in the probabilistic calculations that provided the technical of the PTS Rule, 10 CFR 50.61. To remove the unnecessary burden imposed by these conservatisms, and to improve the NRC's efficiency in processing exemption and license exemption requests, the NRC undertook the PTS re-evaluation project. This paper provides a synopsis of the results of that project, and the resulting Alternate PTS rule, 10 CFR 50.61a.

Maekmoondong-Tang is prescription recorded on Zang‘s ${ulcorner}$Synopsis of the Golden Chamber${\lrcorner}$ for the first time. It can be used in abnormal rising of qi, asthma, swelling throat ect. So it is observed influence of Maekmoondong-Tang on respiratory aspect of allergic asthma patient, we have significant result and report it. We used egg-white and ovalbmuin (OVA) to induce asthma in experimental animals for observe what maekmoondong-Tang have an effect on asthma. And it is observed respiratory aspect and obtained next conclusions. 1. Number of total respiration in group that is prescribed Maekmoondong-Tang slightly increased than in control group. 2. Number of abnormal respiration in group that is prescribed Maekmoondong-Tang decreased than in control group significantly.

SF_6 gas has been increasingly used as the insulating and arc-suppressing medium in switchgears which are used as the protection devices of power system. Nowadays, with these trends, SF_6 load break switches have rapidly substituted for the air or oil-type load break switches, in order to get higher reliability. And, the national standard was made for reliability assessment of SF_6 gas load break switch and testing facilities was also set in KERI(Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute ). This paper introduces the synopsis for the reliability assessment requirements specified in the standard and the assessment results.
