The purpose of this study is to consider the characteristics of fashion paradigm on contemporary fashion in pursuit of social change towards 'slowness'. As for the research methodology, literature survey has been undertaken. The results of this study can be summarized as followings. First, eco-friendly ethics towards sustainability is in taking action. The concept of 'cradle-to-cradle' is realized through reuse, recycle, organic material, and no use of chemical. Second, local diversity is revolving quality and longevity. Good quality of fashion made by artisans and specificity in local area is to be kept last. Third, people are recast in roles from simple consumers to self-made producers of their clothes. Users of clothes are more active and skilled role in practice of handmade, reform, DIY, and open-source design. In Conclusion, the fashion paradigm of 'slowness' is about designing, producing, consuming and living better to combine ideas for sense of nature's time, culture's time and people's time.
Artist-in-residence which gets chances to create by artists' moving and encountering new culture is heightening its level in 21th century. Under the circumstance that issue of cultural diversity and the role of artists which is for city revitalization and sustainability are affect residency program in the midst of highly proceeded globalization that international exchange. Therefore, in the aspect of creative city, a new model is creating by reuse of abandoned industrial facilities and Asia or Eastern country become the subject in residency program management, the issue of cultural diversity is getting more important, programs based on project not just residence are managing. Furthermore, it has inter-country cooperating system in the rage of cultural management. It means that artists' space of creating activity has a new, social role in spontaneously we need to approach to following model in Korea, as well.
Sustainability is becoming more and more important in our everyday lives. Thus, it is apparent that more sustainable initiatives are incorporated in a building design concept to reduce operation costs and environmental impacts. However, will the construction cost go up if the building is going green - especially if it is a tall building? This is the question on everyone's mind. In the following paragraphs, we will look into a case study of a skyscraper in Nanning, China. That 411-metre skyscraper, Nanning China Resources Centre East Office Tower, is currently under construction. Designed to LEED-CS Gold standards, the building has adopted a number of sustainable design elements and operation practice, which indeed only accounts for a small percentage of the total construction cost.
The design and construction of supertall buildings has grown dramatically in recent years. This area of practice has traditionally fallen within the purview of a very small group of architects and engineers, but this is rapidly changing, as unprecedented growth and densification has spread to markets not traditionally known for high rise construction. The design community has been increasingly committed to the adoption of green and sustainable design, and the integration of smarter, cleaner technologies across the building spectrum. This paper examines current supertall design trends, and suggests that recently completed and planned projects are trending towards more sustainable solutions, and that a unique set of best practices are emerging specific to Supertalls.

Environmental matters are one of key issues of today's world. At this point, advanced countries are proposing and planning various kinds of policies for sustainable communities. Space designers in those countries are more concerned with regeneration or slow development than development and innovation. As the new government of Korea was started in 2008, it announced 'design Korea project' as key agenda for national competitiveness. But it seems that they are focusing on development of new town than the concept of preservation or regeneration on which most advanced countries put their bases. In these regards, this research starts with the idea that environmental factor in space design is very important and it is directly connected with human survival. With this idea, the researching team created experimental space titled 'regeneration' as one of eco-friendly education program. The team aimed at building up or 'designing one man space-one to one ratio' in deserted place with recycled stuffs. With the idea of 'regeneration' in space, the researcher aims at awakening the sense of environment and putting it into practice in daily living.

There has been great effect on development and usage of resources as well as technological development including everyday life pattern to maintain environmental sustainability, Also, It is tend to become negative for people's concern of nature ecosystem toward new technological developments because it is neither environmentally, nor naturally friendly. Therefore, our study is to implement expert education and research system which includes the trends and requests of our society with objectives as follows; First, Training industrial technology and policy maker who can understand and practice ecological ethics. Second, Educating people with expertise which can evaluate and complement the environmental friendliness about new industrial technologies. Third, Educating people who can develop technology which is environmentally friendly. Our new program requires various knowledges and balanced point of view. To this end, students are required to understand field of art and sciences including emerging eco-buddhism subject as well as field of state-of-the art environmental technologies such as recycling technology and clean production technology.

The world has been interested in sustainable development and to be considered important the three values(Environmental Integrity, Economic Growth, Social expandability) of sustainability. Also It is judged that Only three values of sustainability are limited to sustainable development. Five values; Green Star is suggested the answer for "The Future We Want". Four Rivers Project verified by Green Star, Green Star proposed new paradigm for sustainable development. And Expect the strong well-being country of Korea.

Based on this analysis it was found out that there are regions in Kazakhstan that differ from each other by most of key indicators of sustainable regional development and this tendency is increasing. Conclusions and recommendations. As a result of this analysis, the authors have substantiated a number of proposals on methods of analysis to be used, improvement of methods of regional development, implementation of institutional reforms, as well as improvement of regional statistics. The methodology report '2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories' shows higher tier method can be a good practice, which uses country-specific or plant-specific data when calculating greenhouse gas emissions by country. We review the methodology report to present principles of using plant-level data and also examine examples of using plant-level data in chemical and metal industry in 20 countries for the purpose of quality improvement of national greenhouse gas inventories. We propose that Korea consider utilizing plant-level data, as reported according to 'Greenhouse gas and Energy Target Management Scheme', in the following order as a preference. First, the data can be utilized for quality control of Korea's own parameters, when Tier 2 method is adopted and bottom-up approach is not applicable. Second, both plant-level data and IPCC default data can be used together, combining Tier 1 method with Tier 3 method. Third, we can also use acquired plant-level data and country specific parameters, combining Tier 2 method with Tier 3 method. Fourth, if the plant-level data involves all categories of emissions and the data is proven to be representative, we can apply Tier 3 method. In this case, we still need to examine the data to check its reliability by a consistent framework, including appropriate quality control.

The coffee price from the farm-gate level has been quite unstable in recent years because of the expansion of coffee cultivation, and the volatility of coffee price in the world market. The preference toward consumer's sustainable coffee has influenced on the coffee purchase by the world major coffee companies. With this background, Vietnam began to follow the trend of sustainable coffee cultivation by the major coffee export companies which cooperate with some certification authorities. However, a proposed program called 'Sustainable Coffee Program' in 2012 was initiated as public-private cooperation. This study attempts to examine how the program was initiated, and which organizations were involved in practice level, and what the program have achieved for sustainability. Finally, non-participant group was also considered on how they have been influenced from the existence of the 'sustainable coffee program' in direct and indirect manners.
