유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 정보화 사회에서는 공간정보에 대한 실제적인 모습과 정확한 위치정보가 요구되고 있다. 공간정보의 대국민 서비스가 이뤄지기 위해서는 공간정보의 표준화가 필요하다. 국제표준(International Standard)은 세계 각국에서의 각종 규격 기술 용어 등의 호환성을 확보하고 상호교역을 촉진시키기 위해 일정한 기준과 표준 형태를 국제 간 합의를 통해 규정해 놓은 것을 말한다. 국제표준안은 국제표준화기구(ISO : International Organization for Standardization)에서 제정하고, 지리정보분야의 국제 표준안은 ISO TC(Technical Committee) 211 에서 담당한다. ISO TC 211에서 추진 중인 토지행정도메인 모델(LADM : Land Administration Domain Model)은 토지와 관련된 행정 법, 공간 측량 등의 국제표준화를 제정하여 각 국가의 토지 관련 시스템과 데이터를 효율적으로 관리하고자한다. 본 논문에서는 토지행정도메인 모델 부분 중에서 측량과 관련된 표준화 진행 상황과 내용을 소개하고 국내지적정보모델을 비교 연구하였다.

복합표본설계에 기초한 범주형 조사자료는 통상적인 피어슨 카이제곱검정에 필요한 조건을 만족하지 못한다. 그러나 많은 조사연구에서 복잡한 표본설계 방법을 적용하고 있지만, 종래의 피어슨 검정결과를 제시하고 있다. 본 연구는 복합표본설계에 의한 범주형자료의 동질성검정에 대한 실증분석을 통해, 종래의 피어슨 검정과 불편검정인 왈드검정, 표본설계를 반영한 비율추정치를 사용하는 피어슨 검정을 비교하였다. 분석결과, 종래의 피어슨검정은 표본설계를 반영하는 검정들에 비해 통계량 값이 매우 크고, 유의확률이 심각하게 작게 나타나는 것을 확인하였다. 복합표본설계를 반영하되 추정량의 분산을 아는 경우와 모르는 경우의 비교에서는 범주수, 설계효과행렬의 고유치들의 평균과 표준편차에 영향을 받는 것을 확인하였다.

Objectives This study aimed to develop Korean medicine clinical practice guidelines for myofascial pain syndrome that can actually be applied clinically. Methods A text message containing a link to an online survey was sent to 26,987 Korean medicine doctors registered with the association of Korean medicine. The survey period was from December 29, 2023 to January 19, 2024. Results There were 2,762 Korean medicine doctors who responded to an online survey over a three-week period. Awareness of the standard clinical practice guidelines of Korean medicine was 74.5%, and utilization was 35.8%. The most frequently used diagnostic tool was a numerical evaluation tool, the treatment tool was acupuncture, and the prognosis management guidance was lifestyle guidance. Conclusions If standard Korean medicine clinical practice guidelines for myofascial pain syndrome are developed based on the results of this survey, guidelines that are highly usable in clinical settings will be developed.

Purpose: To find out whether the self-care ability measurement used for visiting health care provide an appropriate standard to select service methods using a Delphi survey and to offer basic data that can improve the measurement. Method: A Delphi survey was done with 39 people consisting of theoretical professionals, field managers, and practitioners engaged in visiting health care. Result: It was found that items and weighted points in the currently used self-care ability measurement needed adjustment. Therefore, a modified evaluation standard was presented by domains, items and detailed items. Finally, the self-care ability measurement is composed of 4 domains, 11 items and 19 detailed items. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it presented an evaluation standard applicable directly to business practice by supplementing problems in the existing self-care ability measurement. This study suggests the need to develop various measurements for elderly households based on community.

This study analyzed that the infant carrier standard affects the satisfaction of certification. Baby Carrier Safety requirements in the Republic of Korea is enforceable by court duty certification. Therefore, a test was conducted to compare with the safety requirements of the United States and Europe and the survey was conducted to know how much manufacturers and importers are satisfied with the certification. According to the test result, there is a difference between domestic and foreign safety requirements about flame retardancy. As a result of the survey, The satisfaction of the certification is proportionate to the one of product standard.

This study was carried out to furnish information for the appropriate standard work time measure and applicate system development that help for korean manufacturers. As a research methodology of the study, the questionnaire survey by sampling nine hundreds registerd corporation, was conducted to find the scientific management technique level (for especially standard work time). By crossectionally analyzing the survey results, placed primary emphasis on the study to comparison with employee scale and types of industry classify. The contents of subjective study art as follows; (1) Establish state of standard time(S. T) (2) Mainly technique for establish S. T (3) Institute level and correctness of S. T (4) Practical use of S. T (5) Performance rating and Allowance rate (6) Advantage and disadvantage to application results.

Statistical analysis of data is an integral part of research projects in all scientific disciplines including the plant pathology. Appropriate design, application and interpretation of statistical analysis are also, therefore, at the center of publishing and properly evaluating studies in plant pathology. A survey of research works published in the Plant Pathology Journal, however, cast doubt on high standard of statistical analysis required for scientific rigor and reproducibility in the journal. Here I first describe, based on the survey of published works, what mistakes are commonly made and what components are often lacking during statistical analysis and interpretation of its results. Next, I provide possible remedies and suggestions to help guide researchers in preparing manuscript and reviewers in evaluating manuscripts submitted to the Plant Pathology Journal. This is not aiming at delineating technical and practical details of particular statistical methods or approaches.

For evaluation of maritime power, the attributes of sea power are identified in this paper by system analysis method. A many fundmental factors of sea power are selected by survey of the extensive and thorough literatures on maritime power. And the factors are classified into 11 standard attributes by cluster method. The 11 standard attributes are as follows: geographical condition, character of territory, character of the people, maritime will of the government, shipping power, navel power, shipbuilding power, fishing power, ocean research and development, dependence on seaborne trade, number of ocean population. As the sub-attributes of the standard attributes, 37 composite factors and some basic factors are defined through careful survey and discussion with some experts. As the result of this study, the maritime power is systematically identified as maritime power system. And it is realized that the evalution of maritime power system is the hybrid MADM problem with both quantitative and qualitative factors.

본 연구에서는 표준현장실습학기제의 도입의 가능성과 무급운영이 가능한 자율 현장실습학기제 운영가능성에 대해서 살펴보고, 현장실습기관들을 대상으로 설문조사를 함으로써 이들의 인식조사를 기반으로 한 대응전략을 제안해 보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 실습기관의 직무관련 교육시간의 배정시간을 포함하여 운영시간 및 운영방식에 대해서는 매우 낮은 인식을 보여주고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 표준현장실습의 도입상황에 대해서 매우 낮은 인지도를 보여 주었고, 표준현장실습의 내용, 표준현장실습 운영서 및 협약 내용, 표준현장실습 내용 변경 사실, 표준현장실습 수행시 실습 지원비, 표준현장실습 근로계약에 관한 구체적인 내용, 실습기관의 요건 충족도 등에서 매우 낮은 인식도를 보여 주었으며, 다만 표준현장실습의 도입 배경에 대해서는 이해하고 공감하는 것으로 보인다. 이를 기반으로 본 연구에서는 설문조사를 포함한 문헌연구를 기반으로 표준현장실습 도입시 고려 사항으로, 표준현장실습학기제 적용제외 대상으로 법개정, 표준현장실습학기 또는 자율현장실습학기제 채택 고민, 현장실습기관의 충분한 확보 및 공유, 그리고 현장실습매뉴얼의 개발과 공동활용 등이다.

Standardized parenteral nutrition is required to improve patient's safety, clinical appropriateness and to increase uniformity between institution and institutions. We assessed the consistency with the American society for parenteral and enteral nutrition (A.S.P.E.N.) practice guideline for PN by evaluating current practice process for parenteral nutrition formulation in inpatients pharmacies in Korea. Each question in this survey was based on 2007 A.S.P.E.N. recommendations of standard parenteral nutrition formulation, the American society of health-system pharmacists (ASHP), and the United State Pharmacopoeia (USP) Chapter 797 guideline for compounding parenteral nutritions. All 90 Korean society of hospital pharmacist (KSHP) member directors of pharmacy were requested to respond to the survey in order to compare the survey results to ASHP national survey of pharmacy practice in hospital settings (2002) in compliance with A.S.P.E.N. guideline. We had final response rate of 35.6%. 25 (100%) hospitals complied with this Garb guideline (response rate was 84.4%) which was the highest compliance. Only 17.9% of hospital pharmacies were actively involved in complications monitoring. Monitoring complications and efficacy were least in compliance with the A.S.P.E.N. guideline. 69.0% of Korean pharmacists adjusted medication dosage based on disease state or monitoring laboratory data in compliance with the A.S.P.E.N. guideline. Over 50% of the hospital pharmacies failed to provide and evaluate staff training in aseptic manipulation skills periodically. Korean hospital pharmacies need to comply with the standard practice guideline for compounding sterile preparation in order to provide better quality of parenteral nutrition service for specific patient population.
