In this paper, We analysis actual condition of education about information communication ethics in elementary school and survey negative side effects of information communication ethics, such as, the circulation of unsound information, game addiction, the misuse and overuse of information. we survey recognition level of information communication ethics on the teachers who responsibles the education of the elementary school students and make some suggestions to develope education of information communication ethics based on research results.

The rapid pace of adoption of mobile handsets has created new mobile financial services. The success of mobile financial information systems will depend on consumer self-efficacy and a sound business model. Self-efficacy has been described as the belief that one is capable of performing in a certain manner to attain certain goals. This is directly related to consumer behavior, but it also affects consumer behaviors indirectly through its impact on goals. And self-efficacy influences the challenges that people take on as well as how high they set their goals. The objective of the study to investigates the effect of self-efficacy on mobile financial information systems. In order to do that, self-efficacy, mobile financial information systems reliability, mobile financial information systems use intensity are conceptualized by survey questionnaire. Our empirical analysis based on 462 survey data shows that self-efficacy effects on mobile financial information systems quality. In addition we also found that self-efficacy effects on mobile financial systems reliability and usage intention. And we found that mobile financial information systems reliability effects on mobile financial systems use intention. And we also found that mobile financial information systems usage intention effects mobile financial systems quality.

In this study, a farm map utilization strategy for sustainable agricultural environmental resource management was derived. In addition, it is intended to present an efficient method of providing farm map-related services. As a result of the demand survey, the additional information required for the farm map includes 29% of information on crops grown on farmland, 21% of management-related information such as the owner or business entity, 17% of topographical information including slope, 15% of agricultural water information, 17% of land status information, and the addition of functions. 2% was investigated. As a result of intensive interview survey, it was found that it can be used for information on crops cultivated by agricultural businesses, actual cultivated area by township, arable land consolidation division boundary, and management of agricultural promotion zones. The farm map can be used as basic data to efficiently manage agricultural environmental resources. Since the status of support for individual farms or lots, such as soil improvement agent support and organic fertilizer support, may belong to personal information, it can be processed and provided in units required by administration or policies, such as administrative boundaries, subwatersheds, and watersheds. It can serve as a basis for executing the direct payment currently supported only by individual farms, even in a community unit that manages environmental direct payments.

The National Nutrition Survey in Japan (NNS-J) started in 1945 and has provided information on dietary intake and health status of Japanese citizens to the public and policymakers for more than half a century. We summarized several relevant issues on the survey in this report : the current framework of the NNS-J in accordance with the Nutrition Improvement Law, utilization of the survey for nutrition and health policy in Japan, the Health Promotion Law recently enacted in 2003, the national plan for health promotion and disease prevention (Health Japan 21), and possible measures to improve the survey systems under the new law. We also mentioned implementation structures of regional health and nutrition surveys, because the Health Promotion Law designates an active role of local governments on promoting health for their citizens, which will enhance the needs for appropriate assessment of health and nutrition conditions in each community as well as the monitoring at the national level. Survey is the most frequently used research method in consumer studies. Especially, most researches related to family economic behavior, one area of consumer studies, have been performed using the data of the Family Income and Expenditure Survey(FIES) conducted by National statistic Bureau recently. To extend the usage of the FIES, it was suggested that one person household and rural and fisherian household should be included in the sample. Information on the income of the non-wage earners should be reported as well.

This study area located in HoNam High-Speed railway soft ground section. So it carried out the boring survey, field survey and test of laboratory. It collected the engineering data of ground and the data for the establishment arrangement. The investigation did a soil investigation in Nonsan. The investigation item excuted seismic piezocone penetration test, s-wave seismic refraction survey, ps logging test, density logging test which is a physical exploration and boring. Eventually, results of geotechnical and shear-wave survey are useful for ground information in soft ground that has identified the characteristics of geological responses and elastic modulus.

Continuous seismic refraction, reflection and echo-sounder surveys conducted at Koyna Project site provided geotechnical information which helped in choosing the alignment for Head race tunnel and in designing and choosing the site for Lake Tap. Seismic refraction survey both on land and in shallow water determined depths to bedrock and helped in inferring the bedrock quality. Seismic reflection survey mapped the subsurface stratigraphy with high resolution. Reservoir-bed and bedrock contours drawn from the results of the survey helped in choosing the tunnel alignment and the lake tap position cost effectively. It was inferred from the results of the survey that the geology and the quality of rock do not change unexpectedly around the site for extension of Head race tunnel and the lake tapping. The bedrock levels evaluated by seismic survey agreed remarkably well with those inferred in boreholes having Rock Quality Designation 90 percent or more.

Recently, although researching and developing of safety and maintenance on domestic infrastructure facilities in KOREA are important, there has been very little research regarding on a comprehensive and integrated survey of actual condition. Therefore this study asserts the necessity of the survey process of actual condition by period planning(short-term, middle-term, long-term). The purpose of this study is to investigate current situation and to suggest the whole process method, and to establish survey process of actual condition on domestic infrastructure facilities.

We present the second data release from the SAMI Galaxy Survey. The data release contains reduced spectral cubes for 1559 galaxies, about 50% of the full survey, having a redshift range 0.004 < z < 0.113 and a large stellar mass range 7.5 < log($M_*/M_{\odot}$) < 11.6. This release also includes stellar kinematic and stellar population value-added products derived from absorption line measurements, and all emission line value-added products from Data Release One. The data are provided online through Australian Astronomical Optics' Data Central. Our poster presents stellar/gas kinematics on the metallicity-mass plane and highlight several galaxies from the SAMI Galaxy Survey that have interesting stellar and gas kinematics.
