High-speed rail study needs to focus on passenger movements as a key element of the planning process. A particular challenge is obtaining comprehensive information on high-speed rail passenger movements. A national preference stated survey was conducted from October to November of 2011 to meet this challenge through direct personal interviews of travelers between Seoul and Busan (the so called Kyung-Bu corridor). Over 40 interviewers were hired and trained to conduct personal interviews at several stations along locations within Kyung-Bu Seoul and Busan corridor. A total of 4,550 travelers were interviewed, furnishing an extensive database on high-speed rail passenger movements. The methodology and procedure employed to collect the national data for Korean high-speed train KTX are described. Specific issues investigated include survey design, questionnaire and strategy. Lessons learned from the high-speed rail passenger movement study provide insights for other countries contemplating similar high-speed rail studies.

본 연구에서는 공중 및 지상장비에 따른 3차원 공간정보 구축의 핵심요인을 분석하고 선호도 조사를 통하여 품질 향상 방안을 도출하였다. 이는 3차원 공간정보 구축을 위한 개별 기술 요소에 대하여 품질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사하고, 개선이 요구되는 우선순위를 파악하여 이에 대한 요인 평가 및 대안기술 개발과 적용 등의 자료로 활용하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 3차원 공간정보를 바라보는 집단 간 견해차의 선호도 조사를 통하여 공간정보 및 측량에 종사하는 전문가 집단과 일반적으로 3차원 공간정보를 경험한 비전문가 집단을 대상으로 동일성 유무를 계량적 기법에 의해 판단하였다.

본 연구에서는 기존에 구축되어져 있는 도로점용 현장 조사를 위한 정보 검색 기능과 현재 실제 현장에서 도로점용 현장조사에 사용하고 있는 문서 및 프로세스 분석을 통하여 도로점용민원 현장조사 방안을 제시하는 것으로 하였다. 국민의 권익과 밀접한 관계가 있는 도로점용민원의 허가여부 판단 및 불법점용현황 등을 파악하기 위해서는 기 허가된 위치등 점용정보에 대한 손쉬운 획득이 중요함에도 불구하고, 점용위치를 나타내는 도면 등이 종이로 관리됨에 따라 업무담당자가 기존 도로점용 정보파악이 용이하지 않는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 건설인허가시스템에서 관리하는 도로점용정보와 UMPC등 모바일 기기를 활용하여 전자공간과 물리공간이 융합된 도로점용민원 현장조사 도구를 개발하여 활용함으로써, 도로점용 인허가업무의 효율성을 높이고자 하였다.

우리나라는 3면이 바다로 해양을 활용하고 지키는 것이 국력의 근간이 된다고 볼 수 있다. 최근 IOT와 5G망에 보급되며, 통신 인프라를 바탕으로 다양한 정보를 제공하려고 하는 시도가 민,관에서 계속되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정부 기관 'K' 에서 제공하는 해양 정보 서비스(KOXX 웹서비스, KBH 웹서비스 AJH 앱서비스)의 서비스 개선을 목적으로 온라인 설문조사를 진행하였다. 온라인 설문조사를 통해 국민들의 해양정보 필요성에 대한 조사와 정보 수집에 주로 사용하는 사이트를 조사하였다. 아울러 정부기관 'K'에서 제공하는 KOXX 웹서비스, KBH 웹서비스 , AJH 앱서비스의 사이트의 UX, UI 문제점과 개선점에 대한 설문조사를 이어서 진행 하였다. 정부기관 'K' 의 해양정보 서비스에 대한 인지도와 사용 경험을 확인하였다. 이후, FGI의 전 단계로 다양한 사용자들에게 실제 서비스를 이용하게 한 후의 사용성도 조사하였다. 여기서, 단순히 제공 서비스 홈페이지 및 어플리케이션의 디자인만을 보고 평가하는 것이 아닌 실제 사용자의 해양정보 수집에 대한 경험을 조사하였다. 그 결과 사용자들은 접근성과, 정보의 신뢰도, 제공매체, 제공 정보의 중요도 등 해양 정보서비스와 관련된 다양한 의견을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과는 다양한 연령대와 직업군을 가진 사용자들이 요구하는 해양 관련 데이터와 정보제공의 방안을 확인할 수 있는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

As the IT industry developed, the information held by the company soon became a corporate asset. As this information has value as an asset, the number and scale of various cyber attacks which targeting enterprises and institutions is increasing day by day. Therefore, research are being carried out to protect the assets from cyber attacks by using the attack graph to identify the possibility and risk of various attacks in advance and prepare countermeasures against the attacks. In the attack graph, security metric is used as a measure for determining the importance of each asset or the risk of an attack. This is a key element of the attack graph used as a criterion for determining which assets should be protected first or which attack path should be removed first. In this survey, we research trends of various security metrics used in attack graphs and classify the research according to application viewpoints, use of CVSS(Common Vulnerability Scoring System), and detail metrics. Furthermore, we discussed how to graft the latest security technologies, such as MTD(Moving Target Defense) or SDN(Software Defined Network), onto the attack graphs.

The huge size of Internet does not allow ordinary information seekers to search information with ease. Now, it is almost impossible to navigate the ocean of information without effective search tools. Web search engine has been the most effective technology for information retrieval on WWW. But recently, the need for new search tools on WWW or Internet has increased drastically. Currently, there are many on-going researches on the related topics. In this survey, we categorize the new search tools into four types: monitoring systems, filtering systems, browsing assistant systems, recommending systems. These example systems are examined. We are especially interested in WWW information filtering. It is studied how to apply the information filtering techniques to WWW, The application is not so straightforward like Email, Newswire filtering systems. As a result of this study, a simple WWW information filtering system is proposed.

호저에 매몰되어 있을 가능성이 있는 미폭발 매설물의 탐지를 위해 수상자력탐사를 수행하였다 자력계는 2개의 총자력계를 이용한 자력변화율측정기(magnetic gradiometer)를 사용하였으며, 수상에서의 위치 측정은 실시간 이동측량(real time kinematic survey)으로 수행하였다. 위험물의 크기를 가정하여 예상 이상반응을 계산하고 이들에 대한 탐지 가능성을 살펴보았다. 조사선의 면적이 좁아 조사선 및 자력계 외 다른 장비의 자성이 측정에 영향을 미쳤으며 이들은 조사선의 방향이 바뀜에 따라 크기의 변화가 있었다. 이들은 이동평균법에 기초하여 영향을 제거하도록 하였다. 탐사결과 호저에 매설되어 있는 관로의 노선이 파악되어 탐지능력을 간접적으로 확인할 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 기업 등에서 사원이나 고객을 대상으로 민감한 정보를 얻기 위한 조사에서 응답자들이 정직하게 응답하기를 거리는 질문들에 대하여 응답자의 비밀을 노출시키지 않고서 보다 정확한 정보를 얻을 수 있는 방안으로 간접응답기법인 확률화응답기법을 인터넷 상에서 사용할 수 있도록 구현하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 DB 환경에 바탕을 두어 기존의 온라인 설문조사 시스템과 연계하여 자료를 공유할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 독립된 스팟 서베이(spot survey)가 가능하도록 구현하고자 한다.

The primary purpose of this study is to investigate ASP (Application Service Provider) vendor attributes that affect ASP client satisfaction. From the relevant literature, ASP vendor attributes that might affect the ASP client satisfaction were derived from which the survey questions were formulated. The survey was conducted among the companies that have adopted ASP. Through the factor analysis of the survey results, the following vendor attributes - vendor's IT infra structure, service reliability, service flexibility, vendor stability, IS maturity, information sharing - were derived ; and the relationships between those attributes and ASP client satisfaction were explored. The result of this study revealed that IT infra, service flexibility, vendor stability are related to ASP client satisfaction. The customer satisfaction factors in the traditional outsourcing -- reliability, IS maturity, information sharing were proved to be not applied in ASP environment. This study provides ASP vendors with guidelines on how to improve their ASP strategies to satisfy clients. The results of this study can also be used by client companies as a decision basis for ASP vendor selection.

Current and planned deep multicolor wide-area cosmological surveys will map in detail the spatial distribution of galaxies and quasars over unprecedented volumes, and provide a number of objects with photometric redshifts more than an order of magnitude bigger than that of spectroscopic redshifts. Photometric information is statistically more significant for studying cosmological evolution, dark energy, and the expansion history of the universe at a fraction of the cost of a full spectroscopic survey, but intrinsically carries a bias due to noise in the distance estimates. We provide convolution- and deconvolution-based algorithms capable of removing this bias -- thus able to exploit the full cosmological information -- in order to reconstruct intrinsic distributions and correlations between distance-dependent quantities. We then show some direct applications of our techniques to the VIMOS Public Extragalactic Redshift Survey (VIPERS) and the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) datasets. Our methods impact a broader range of studies, when at least one distance-dependent quantity is involved; hence, they will be useful for upcoming large-volume surveys, some of which will only have photometric information.
