The development of information communication and artificial intelligence technology requires the intelligent command and control (C2) system for Korean military, and various studies are attempted to achieve it. In particular, as a volume ofinformation in the C2 workflow increases exponentially, this study pays attention to the collaborative filtering (CF) and recommendation systems (RS) that can provide the essential information for the users of the C2 system has been developed. The RS performing information filtering in the C2 system should provide an explanatory recommendation and consider the context of the tasks and users. In this paper, we propose a contextual pre-filtering CARS framework that recommends information in the C2 workflow. The proposed framework consists of four components: 1) contextual pre-filtering that filters data in advance based on the context and relationship of the users, 2) feature selection to overcome the data sparseness that is a weak point for the CF, 3) the proposed CF with the features distances between the users used to calculate user similarity, and 4) rule-based post filtering to reflect user preferences. In order to evaluate the superiority of this study, various distance methods of the existing CF method were compared to the proposed framework with two experimental datasets in real-world. As a result of comparative experiments, it was shown that the proposed framework was superior in terms of MAE, MSE, and MSLE.

The 4th industrial revolution came deep into family life and changed the way of housework and care. The change in the family caused by the technological change of the 4th industrial revolution is remarkable in terms of socialization of housework. In this study, the socialization of housework, which is accelerating in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, was examined focusing on the change in the aspect of "household service" through the "platform". Since 2015, when technological changes in the 4th industrial revolution began to decline, related newspaper articles were extracted for daily and economic newspapers nationwide and analyzed big data. The results of big data analysis show that the platform economy using the 4th industrial revolution technology is rapidly spreading the socialization of housework not only at the business level but also at the public policy level. It has been confirmed that support for household services through the platform is growing into a new business area of companies, and at the public policy level, it is being treated as an important policy task in supporting work-family balance or responding to infectious diseases. This study is meaningful in that it provided an opportunity to reflect on the roles and tasks of the family, market, and state for housework and care in the future through changes in housework and care caused by the 4th industrial revolution technology.

In this paper, we aim to build a gentrification analysis model and examine its characteristics, focusing on the point at which rents rose sharply alongside the recovery of commercial districts after the gradual resumption of daily life. Recently, in Korea, the influence of social distancing measures after the pandemic has led to the formation of small-scale commercial districts, known as 'hot places', rather than large-scale ones. These hot places have gained popularity by leveraging various media and social networking services to attract customers effectively. As a result, with an increase in the floating population, commercial districts have become active, leading to a rapid surge in rents. However, for small business owners, coping with the sudden rise in rent even with increased sales can lead to gentrification, where they might be forced to leave the area. Therefore, in this study, we seek to analyze the periods before and after by identifying points where rents rise sharply as commercial districts experience revitalization. Firstly, we collect text data to explore topics related to gentrification, utilizing LDA topic modeling. Based on this, we gather data at the commercial district level and build a gentrification analysis model to examine its characteristics. We hope that the analysis of gentrification through this model during a time when commercial districts are being revitalized after facing challenges due to the pandemic can contribute to policies supporting small businesses.

The Purpose of this study is to construct an objective and systematic analysis Model based on Big Data to improve the transportation convenience of citizens and formulate efficient policies in Urban Information and Public Transportation accessibility in sustainable Smart Cities following the 4th Industrial Revolution. It is also to derive the methodology of developing a Big Data-Based public transport accessibility and policy management Platform using a sustainable Urban Public DB and a Private DB. To this end, Detailed Living Areas made a division and the accessibility of basic living amenities of Gwangju Metropolitan City, and the Public Transportation system based on Big Data were analyzed. As a result, it was Proposed to construct a Big Data-based Urban Information and Public Transportation accessibility Platform, such as 1) Using Big Data for public transportation network evaluation, 2) Supporting Transportation means/service decision-making based on Big Data, 3) Providing urban traffic network monitoring services, and 4) Analyzing parking demand sources and providing improvement measures.

This study is intended to learn about the factors appearing in parenting stress and the copying strategies by targeting marriage immigrant women who are raising middle and high school student. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted on seven participants of Marriage Migrant Women who are living in Seoul and Gyeongi area. Generally to say, first of results showed that the personal factors, family factors, social factors and enculturative factors were found out as the factors of parenting stress of them. Secondly, problem-centered and emotion-focused coping strategies for the factors of stress were the main ways. Specifically, as the individual factors, the self-efficiency was coped with problem-focused ways and the parenting roles were coped with emotion-focused ways. As the family factors, child's activity and sociality impact their school adjustment and their mother's parenting stress and, various copying strategies were used depending on the different situation. For the social factors, looking for family supporting as the active problem-focused coping ways were used in husband's family and looking for emotional comfort as the emotion-focused coping ways were used in parents' home. In the case of enculturative factors, the emotion-focused coping strategies were used for the Public gaze and the prejudice around them that caused overwhelming sense of helplessness.

This study will observe the following subjects based on the railroad: First, the development of St. Pancreas Station, which is the gateway to London from other Europe continent, and King's Cross Station, which connects all the intercity within London. Second, the planning characteristic of urban regeneration case which was driven from Camden district, the center of King's Cross Central, which is located in between the two stations, St. Pancreas and King's Cross. Third, based on the the two stations and urban regeneration, this study attempts to investigate the direction of urban regenerating plan and its detailed strategy. As a result, King's Cross Station, St. Pancreas Station and the King's Cross Central area, which is an adjacent area from the two stations, were a slum for a long time. However, the two close stations played a role as the United Kindom and London's railroad network by sharing the common denominator of having the international high-speed railway among the Europe continent and being the connection of National railroads within London. Eventually, based on such potential of railroad traffic, King's Cross Central area was newly regenerated. The consequence of this study has shown that not only the physical modernization of buildings, implementation of compact railroad network supporting both ground and underground of each area or traffic connection was organized in London, but also secured the pedestrian way for easier transfer and planned and allocated facilities by considering citizen's publicness and multilateral use.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government is building and operating digital twin-based urban spatial information to solve various problems in the city and provide public services. Two essential factors to ensure the stable utilization of spatial information for the implementation of such a digital twin city are the latest and quality of the data. However, it is time-consuming and costly to maintain continuous updating of high-quality urban spatial information. To overcome this problem, we studied efficient urban spatial information construction technology and the operation, management, and update procedures of construction data. First, we demonstrated and applied automatic 3D building construction technology centered on point clouds using the latest hybrid sensors, confirmed that it is possible to automatically construct high-quality building models using high-density airborne lidar results, and established an efficient data management plan. By applying differentiated production methods by region, supporting detection of urban change areas through Seoul spatial feature identifiers, and producing international standard data by level, we strengthened the utilization of urban spatial information. We believe that this study can serve as a good precedent for local governments and related organizations that are considering activating urban spatial information based on digital twins, and we expect that discussions on the construction and management of spatial information as infrastructure information for city-level digital twin implementation will continue.

National parks are one of the important types of protected area management systems established by IUCN and a management model for implementing effective conservation and sustainable use of natural and cultural heritage in countries around the world, and they assume important roles in conservation, scientific research, education, recreation and driving community development. In the context of big data, this study takes China's Liaohe National Park, a typical representative of global coastal wetlands, as a case study, and using Python technology to collect tourists' travelogues and reviews from major OTA websites in China as a source. The text spans from 2015 to 2022 and contains 2998 reviews with 166,588 words in total. The results show that wildlife resources, natural landscape, wetland ecology and the fishing and hunting culture of northern China are fully reflected in the perceptions of visitors to Liaohe National Park; visitors have strong positive feelings toward Liaohe National Park, but there is still much room for improvement in supporting services and facilities, public education and visitor experience and participation.
This study was conducted to explore and understand the meaning of stigma of families having old people admitted to nursing home within the Korean culture. Data collection was performed through in-depth interviews and participant observations which were recorded and transcribed verbatim with the consent of the participants. The key informants were 12 people having the aged family member in nursing home. The data was collected from October 2008 to February 2009 until completed. Data were analyzed utilizing the taxonomic analysis method developed by Spradley. As a result, 24 themes, 8 categories and 4 cultural domains are founded from the cases. The cultural domains resulted from the analysis are: 『Incompetence of Oneself: 'Adaptation to Inevitable Realities', 'Difficulty of Economic Independence', 'Difficulty of the Subjective Self-assertion'』, 『Contradictoriness of Decision Making: 'Decision Making Different from Own Mind', 'Conflicts between Neighboring'』, 『Self-rationalization of Decision Making: 'Self-comfort of Decision Making'』, 『Shifting Responsibility: 'Services Different from that of Family', 'Laking in Sincerity of Responsible Institution'』. Theoretical model about stigma of the family having old people admitted to nursing home by the research result in the above was able to be confirmed that it was expressed with the original form of thought of recursive system which continuously showing the inconsistency of decision making, rationalizing decision making, and shifting one's own responsibility in the process of accomplishing the duty of supporting old people. Based on the results, I discussed the meaning of stigma of families having old people admitted to nursing home and provided recommendations for future research.

This study is based on the design project of 'Sun-Garden' within the Solaseado Solar Power Plant located in Solaseado, which is a New City being developed in Haenam, Jeollanam-do. The purpose of this study is to create an integrated and sustainable energyscape that harmonizes energy infrastructure with the natural environment, while supporting the city's carbon neutrality agenda. To achieve this, design principles were established by considering three key aspects. The first aspect is economic, which seeks to create multifunctional spaces that integrate nature and technology, pursuing long-term sustainability while generating additional economic value. The second aspect is natural, emphasizing the creation of planting environments that conserve and enhance ecosystems, introduce region-specific species, and maintain ecosystem services and sustainable resource use. The third aspect is landscape, offering sensory and educational experiences to visitors and functioning as a landmark that symbolizes the carbon-neutral garden city of Solaseado through the aesthetic harmony of nature and technology. Through the creation of the 'Sun-Garden,' the Solaseado Solar Power Plant exemplifies a sustainable energyscape development model that merges economic, environmental, and landscape aspects beyond the conventional energy production facility. This project is expected to provide guidelines and implications for future energy infrastructure design, contributing to global energy transition efforts.
