Objective: The purpose of this study was to understand the teacher's role as play supporter in a carry out play generated curriculum and develop and implement an action plan in order to indoor free play. Methods: Participants were 14 kindergartners (9 boys, 5 girls) and one teacher. Processes of planning-implementation and observation- reflection were repeated in a cyclical procedure and the 3rd action plan was conducted based on strategies to support children's play. Results: Children experienced the following: Continuing and immersive play, play filled with experiments and challenges, play to make together, attitude to enjoy novelty and respect differences, and play of trial and error. And the researcher changed the following: Be sensitive to the child's words and actions, finding the 'real interest' of children in 'waiting', acquiring the perception that 'children are the masters of play', seeing the value of learning in children's expressive play, and gain confidence in play support. Conclusion/Implications: This study suggested the need for teacher to have patience and demonstrate reflective thinking in order to support children's play.

Through 'Local Theme Science Museum' aid program that is one of emphasis promotion strategic project by 2007 'Science.Technology.Cultural Project Plan', raises status of scientific technique by national core ability because all people expand base that understand and support scientific technique, and forms a social atmosphere which is scientific technique is important which scientific technique can be spread widely on national life and society whole, and proceeds target that expand local science museum facilities by a base of local science culture spreading and popularization. Accordingly, to plan balanced regional development and utilize to an advanced base of local science culture spreading because offer a science culture experience opportunity to local inhabitants, 'Local theme science museum' project is doing for that establish more 100 science museums for national.public.private institution in whole country until 2012 year. Support 39 projects to 2008 from 1999 thereby, in January, 2009, 13 'Local theme science museum' is opened and operated. This study examined arrangement preferentially about 'Science.Technology.Cultural Project Plan' that is background of 'Local theme science museum' project. Since surveying science museum which is on opening and operation at the present and analyzed actual conditions and facilities and investigated specification necessity and direction of 'Local theme science museum'. Hereafter, to seek plan for propriety of project by characteristic and difference of 'Local theme science museum' is purpose of this study. Now, need set and promotion of following specification direction for right activation of proceeding 'Local theme science museum' by each area. First, differentiation of theme and justifiability of building, Second, propriety of site position, Third, maximization of synergy effect by mixing concept of 'Specialized Economic Zone for Regional Developmental Policy' and Ecomuseum's 'Theme center'.

방송 서비스 고도화를 위한 활성화 방안 연구의 주요사항과 필요성은 3분야의 카타코리를 통해 고찰되었으며 이러한 방안의 대안으로서 단순결합을 벋어난 융합의 서비스가 확립되고 있는 현실에서 방송환경 서비스 고도화의 작업으로 개념적 3단계 제안과 아울러 수요자 고도화 등의 구체적인 제안으로, 박물관 체험과 유적지 답사 등의 실시간 서비스, 기술 개발 모델 TV 수신기 및 정보 모니터를 생산, 개별적 자아개발 퍼스널 방송 통신 융합 프로그램 개발 등과 같은 내용 제안이 이루어졌다. 연구 방식은 방송 서비스 고도화 지원 사업의 전반적 내용의 연구를 통해 그 특성과 방향을 진단하고 활성화 방안을 위한 서비스 환경 개선을 위해 제안이 이루어졌으며 방송시스템 고도화를 위한 기술적 program적인 부분에서의 대 내외 서비스 고도를 위한 기대효과도 예측해 보았다. 단계별 주요단계수립 제안을 통해 수요자 및 방송 환경의 고도화의 중장기적 계획 진행이 이루어져야 한다는 내용이 결론으로 제안 되었고, 이것은 향후에도 더욱 구체적 단계의 계획 설계가 심도 있게 연구가 진행될 분야로서 남아있다.

Although national and regional environmentally friend agriculture (EFA) and food development programmes such as the Life-Food Development Plan (LFDP) have been established in Korea, some policy measures in these programmes seem to be unsuitable for Korean organic farming development. Policy measures tend to support external input purchases of organic fertilizers rather than market development actions such as providing consumer information, research, education, training and statistical data collection. The development of an organic action plan (OAP) for Korea is therefore considered essential for the sustainable future of organic farming in Korea. The purposes of OAP are 1) to define and set the clear goals/targets for the organic sector development, 2) to integrate various organic stakeholders and public institutions in partnership, 3)to focus on specific issues with tailored measures and 4) to integrate and develop different policy measures (Stolze, 2005). Most EU member state countries have developed their own OAPs and each reflects its own priorities with regard to organic sector development. This study compares and contrasts the Welsh, England and EU OAP with the Korean Jeonnam Life-Food Development Plan (LFDP) in order to facilitate the development of the organic food and farming sector in Korea. Early action plan, for example, the first Welsh OAP(1999) focused support on developing the supply of organic products whereas later action plans (e.g. England OAPs in 2002 and 2004 and the second Welsh OAP in 2005) focussed more on developing consumer demands for organic products. The EU OAP (2004) also aims at market support related to consumer demand and then organic farming production for its environmental and other social benefits. OAPs not only provide specific issue-solving tools but also perform a role as providing a focus for organic sector development as a whole. The Korean LFDP provides issue-solving tools but plays no regulatory role such as policy development, harmonizing various policy measures and conflicting factors and providing evaluation tools for further development. A national-level OAP could also facilitate international trade of organic products. To achieve better harmonized and sustainable approaches for the Korean organic industry, National- as well as regional- regulatory policy systems are urgently required in the form of an Organic Action Plan.

본 연구는 정신장애인의 일차적보호제공자가 더 이상 보호를 제공할 수 없을 때를 대비한 평생계획(재정계획, 주거계획, 법적 보호)에 초점이 있다. 따라서 1994년 이후 지역사회중심의 국가적 정신보건전략을 체계적으로 수행하고 있는 뉴질랜드 정부의 정책과 지역사회에서 포괄적 서비스를 제공하고 있는 NGO의 평생계획을 위한 구체적 서비스를 조사하여 우리나라에의 적용가능성을 찾고자 하였다. 조사결과 첫째, 재정계획 면에서 뉴질랜드 정부는 소득보장으로 장애급여와 기타 수당을 지급하고, 고용촉진을 위해 고용주에게 임금을 보조하는 형태의 재정적 지원을 한다. 그리고 지역사외의 NGO는 구직과 고용 유지를 위한 자원연결과지지 서비스를 제공한다. 둘째, 주거계획으로 정부는 주택보조와 자립지원을 통해 거주지 마련을 지원하고 NGO는 지지적 주거를 통해 지역사회에서 생활하는데 필요한 주거와 포괄적 지지를 동시에 제공하고 있다. 셋째, 법적 보호는 신상 및 재산보호법(PPPR Act)하에 법원이 신상관리와 재산관리를 도울 복지후견인과 재산관리인을 지정하는데 이들은 정신장애인의 존엄성과 자기결정권에 대한 존중을 전제로 관리할 것으로 의무화하고 있다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구자는 우리나라의 지역사회정신보건센터와 사회복귀시설의 역할과 기능을 임상서비스와 사회적 서비스로 구분하여 정신보건전달체계가 보다 소비자의 욕구에 반응할 것을 제안하였다. 또한 장애인의 생계와 장애로 인한 추가비용을 감당할 수 있도록 장애수당을 현실화할 것과 지지적 주거의 확대와 지원의 필요성을 제기하였다. 그리고 정신장애인의 법적 보호를 위해 성인후견인 제도의 도입을 제안하였다.

In the motor manufacturing system with the properties of short delivery and order based production, the process plan is performed individually for each order by the expert of process plan after the completion of the detail design process to satisfy the specification to be required by customer. Also it is hard to establish the standard process plan in reality because part routings and operation times are varied for each order. Hence, the production planner has the problem that is hard to establish the production schedule releasing the job to the factory because there occurs the big difference between the real time to be completed the process plan and the time to be required by the production planner. In this paper, we study the decision supporting system for the process plan based on knowledge base concept. First, we represent the knowledge of process planner as a database model through the modified POI-Feature graph. Then we design and implement the decision supporting system imbedded in the heuristic algorithm in the client/server environment using the ORACLE relational database management system.

The purpose of the city planning is to share the future image of the area where all citizens sympathize and to function as tools to implement a policy. Recently, the city of Seoul has established the community plan to manage the city as neighborhood units, but there are several issues that need to be addressed, such as lack of practical strategies. Therefore, this study studied the neighborhood unit plan in terms of feasibility. The comparative analysis is the masterplan of the City of Seattle in the U.S and the city of Yokohama in Japan, which are known to accomplish advanced urban planning. As a result, three factors were needed; there are 1) a masterplan that acts as an action plan, 2) administrative support tools such as financial and human resources that encourage people to participate in urban planning with enthusiasm, and 3) a management system that continuously manages the plan itself. This result is expected to be a reference for the establishment of method for the implementation of neighborhood unit plan in Seoul.
