본고에서는 무역보험과 환위험이 우리나라의 수출에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 먼저 공적분 검정을 통해 적어도 하나의 공적분 벡터가 존재하는 것을 확인하였고, CCR, DOLS, FMOLS와 같은 공적분 벡터식과 오차수정모형을 추정하였다. 설정된 모형 내 변수들이 수출에 미치는 영향의 방향이 무역보험, 세계경기, 상대가격, 는 양(+)으로, 환위험과 실업률은 음(-)으로 나타났다. 또한 모형1의 오차수정 모형의 경우 단기 불균형에서 균형으로의 조정역할은 세계경기와 상대가격이 하고 있으며, 모형2의 오차수정모형의 경우 단기 불균형에서 균형으로의 조정역할은 환율변동성이 수행하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 다음으로 충격반응분석 결과 모형 1과 모형 2에서 무역보험 충격에 대한 수출의 반응은 충격을 받은 시점에서 2개월까지는 상승하고, 이후에는 상승세가 둔화되면서 상승효과가 소멸되는 것으로 나타났다. 모형 2에서 환율변동성 충격에 대한 수출의 반응은 충격을 받은 시점에서 4개월이 되는 시점에서 가장 큰 폭으로 하락하고 빠른 속도로 감소하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 결과적으로 우리나라의 경우 무역보험은 수출촉진을 위한 무역정책의 역할을 수행하며, 환율변동성 확대는 환위험을 증가시켜 수출을 위축시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 무역보험의 정책적 지원이 확대되어야 하며, 외환시장의 다변화와 거래 규모 확대가 필요하다.

Jaundice is one of the most common gastrointestinal conditions found in neonatal period, and most jaundice is benign. But because of the possibility of bilirubin toxicity, every newborn infants must be examined to identify the development of severe hyperbilirubinemia. To prevent the development of severe hyperbilirubinemia, promote and support successful breast-feeding, perform a systemic assessment before discharge for the risk of severe hyperbilirubinemia, provide early and close follow-up program, and treat with phototherapy or exchange transfusion or other therapeutic modalities, if indicated, are recommended.

The diastereoselectivity of Diels-Alder reactions were studied on the silica surface supported with different concentrations of cerium ion as efficient Lewis acid catalysts under solvent-free conditions. The results showed that the diastereoselectivity of reaction was highly improved in these conditions. The cerium ion was grafted on silica surface by using ion exchange method.

Compared with unicast, multicast over wireless ad-hoc networks do not support reliability due to their inability to exchange request-to-send/clear-to-send (RTS/CTS) and ACK packets with multiple recipients. Although several media access control (MAC) layer protocols have been proposed to provide reliable multicast, these introduce additional overhead, which degrades system performance. A novel MAC protocol for reliable wireless multicast is proposed in this paper. By adapting orthogonal frequency division multiple access characteristics in CTS and ACK packets, the protocol achieves reliability over wireless multicast with minimized overhead.

Land reform was performed in most under-developed countries after liberation from colonialism. In Griffin's thesis, the objectives of the land reform were classified in to three categories based on their ideology. Under capitalist ideology, emphasis was placed on the property ownership, so there has been existed large farms and various tenancy systems. But in this study the characteristics of capitalism was defined as deligence and thrift, and parity exchange. Land reform, tenants must have their own land, is the basic solution to support these characteristics.

In this paper, we present implemetnations of subcontract management system using intranet. Subcontract management is including the support functions such as process control, official documents exchange, and transmission of subcontract management policy carried out by a big companys subcontract management department. By the use of the developed system, both big company and subcontract company are expected to have benefits from a consistent management of information and a strong access function through the internet. Also, it will reduce time lag ocurred a legacy management between two companies in the past.

Within this contribution, an overview of recent research performed in the radiochemistry division at KIT-INE is given. Examples are taken from R&D activities performed within the HGF NUSAFE programme, but also from studies performed within collaborations on the national and international level. It finally may contribute to increased interaction and exchange of KIT-INE with Korean research groups interested in nuclear waste disposal topics.

This paper describes how using the XPS Document technologies of Windows Vista support and enhances interactions with the structural design and construction process. It illustrates the document workflows and the document life cycle in a typical construction base knowledge system. It provides engineers and decision makers and implementers with information about this new technology and how they can apply it to their design and construction models. The paper also highlights opportunities for the new format of data exchange in the recent efforts to develop National Management System Standards for Transportation Applications to benefit from these emerging technologies.

전해질막을 사용하는 알칼라인 연료전지는 최근 들어서 시스템 구성이 비슷하고 전해질막의 종류만 다른 기존의 양이온 교환막 연료전지를 대체할 수 있을 것으로 기대를 모으고 있다. 특히, 알칼라인 연료전지에서는 비백금계 저가 촉매가 사용 가능하여 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 알칼라인 연료전지 시스템에 적용하기 위한 고성능, 고내구성 음이온 교환막을 제조하기 위하여, 두 종류의 다공성 지지체인 폴리벤조옥사졸 지지체와 폴리에틸렌 지지체에 Fumion FAA 이오노머를 함침시켜, 기존의 Fumion 시리즈의 막보다 우수한 기계적 강도를 가지면서 높은 이온전도도를 유지할 수 있는 함침막을 제조하고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 최종적으로 지지체-함침막이 성공적으로 제조되었고, 이온 전도도와 기계적 특성이 지지체의 성질에 따라 서로 다른 결과를 보여 주었다. PE 지지체에 Fumion 이오노머를 함침시킨 함침막에서는 우수한 기계적 특성이 얻어졌지만, 이온전도도는 감소하였으며 특히 높은 온도에서 성능감소가 더욱 증가하였다. 반면에 PBO 지지체에 Fumion 이오노머를 함침 시킨 경우에는 PBO의 높은 염기성으로 인하여 함침 후에 높은 이온 전도도를 보였지만, Fumion-PE막에 비하여 상대적으로 낮은 기계적 특성을 나타내었다. 결과적으로 지지체-함침막 제조 시 알칼라인 연료전지의 운전조건에 따라 지지체의 특성을 충분히 고려하여 연구를 진행할 필요가 있다는 결론을 얻었다.

Recently, housing market & circumstances considering society change have changed dramatically. Such changes have affected system exchange of apartment housing greatly and promoted new housing system breaking with bearing wall structure. From this point of view, this study examined ultimate systematic items for promoting better housing system after extracting existing building regulation and housing regulation. This study only analyzed system change considering skeleton(support) with housing regulation, building regulation and fire service law. Consequently, apartment housing will intend residential open building breaking with existing bearing wall structure by promoting change of skeleton & infill system afterward.
