Luminosity profile of the late type spiral galaxy NGC 2403 was obtained using the PDS scan of the plate. Some physical parameters (scale length, total magnitude, central brightness, disk to bulge ratio and concentric indices) were calculated from the brightness distribution. Total mass and the mass to luminosity ratio were estimated from the fitting of various mass models.

어린이들은 어른에 비해 신체조건이나 정신조건이 연약해 특별한 보호가 필요하다. 어른이 돌보아주는 것이 마땅하지만 경제적 여건 등으로 혼자 남겨질 수 밖 에 없는 경우 이를 대신할 로봇이 필요하다. 어린이를 위협하는 위험요소들 중 환경오염과 안전사고에 대한 문제를 파악한 후 해결방안을 제시하였다. 로봇의 대상으로 어린이들이 선호하는 펭귄을 선정하였고 아이디어스케치, 3D 렌더링을 진행하여 최종모델을 제작하였다. 가상 시나리오를 통해 로봇의 사용 사례를 제시하였다.

Morphological luminosity parameters$(\mu_e,\;r_e,\;\mu_0,\;\alpha^{-1})$ and D/B were estimated from the decomposition of surface brightness distributions of 28 extra galaxies. Decomposition was made using the standard non-linear least square fitting method and we used the seeing convolved model to get the central brightness of these galaxies. Masses and $M/L_B$ were calculated using rotational velocities of these galaxies from the fitting to the generalized Toomre's mass model.

PDS was used to get the structure of two barred spiral galaxies NGC 1313 and NGC 1365. The result shows that NGC 1365 has both a deep spheroidal component and an exponential disk, but NGC 1313 has only an prominent exponential component. The luminosity profiles indicate that KGC 1313 is in type I and NGC 1365 belongs to type II. The length scales $({\alpha}^{-1})$ were derived from the exponential luminosity distributions as 1.64 kpc for NGC 1313 and 2.49kpc for KGC 1365.

착상은 정상적으로 발육한 건강한 배아와 자궁내막과의 만남으로 이루어진다. 따라서 착상을 이해하려면 배아의 발달 과정 및 배아가 착상시 극복해야 하는 정상적인 과정, 즉 배아와 자궁조직과의 접촉, 혈관 연결, 착상 내막 조직의 변화 및 모체 면역체계의 변화 등에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 배아에 염색체 이상 등이 동반되는 경우 건강한 signal로 자궁내막을 변화시킬 수 없으며 결과적으로 착상의 실패를 가져오게 된다. 착상과정에 있어 배아는 스스로의 정상적인 발달과정을 통하여 자궁내막의 변화를 일으킬 뿐 아니라, 또한 모체의 면역기전으로 부터 스스로를 보호할 능력을 갖추게 되므로 건강치 못한 배아는 자연도태된다.
