Recently, Korean government has been initiating various schemes for reactivation of the marginal farmland use. However, although about ten years have passed from the introduction of the marginal farmland redevelopment projects in 1995, there have been very few research works on their systematic and objective appraisal. Therefore, this study checked the statutory concept and development schemes of the marginal farmland, firstly. Ant through case studies on 5 completed project sites and questionnaire/interview surveys on local government officers/private developers, problems and suggestions on project implementation were analysed. Finally, in consideration with analysed results and suggestions together, tentative project directions and reaction schemes on marginal farmland development were proposed.

This paper investigated the qualitative introduction status of domestic major construction company. And that focused on a point of suggestions about CM at Risk introduction. The survey analysis showed that three importan suggestions. First, the biggest obstacles factors to CM at Risk introduction that related laws is lagging amendment. Second, we have to improve the available hands ability in domestic major construction company. And last, we have to do that using uncomplicated design and standard design form. Consequently, environmen analysis for the introduction and example project is urgently required.

This paper aims to examine directives and its adjacency pair directives-responses in the Chinese textbook Hanyu Kouyu from the speech act theory, and give some suggestions for Chinese speaking instruction. For analysis of directives, it is important to consider context surrounding it at first. Context includes space for speaking, person who speak with, adjacent speech act, etc., so this paper considers context firstly before explaining directives and discusses how each element of context effects interpretation of its meaning. From the politeness perspective, directives and rejection as one of the responses are easy to be FTAs(face-threatening acts) fundamentally, so they are required to have some strategies for minimizing the threat, and it is found that there are strategies for positive face and negative face in the textbook. In the textbook, it is also examined that directives-responses contribute for interlocutor to accomplish social acts, for example, negotiating, insisting, maintaining, making alternative ideas, etc.

The purpose of this study is to examine interventions and supporting systems by dementia stage, take a look at dementia insurance policies in Korea and the United States, and present Korean private insurance programs for dementia patients. According to the study, our suggestions of a design of private insurance products for Korean dementia patients are as follows. First, the products should support people aged 80 and older. Second, new products should include the mild stage dementia in the insurance coverage. Third, non-pharmacological treatments, such as the cognitive stimulation, the cognitive training, and exercises need to be covered through the new private insurance. Fourth, the private insurance should be contained home health care services in its coverage. These suggestions can reduce the dependence of the public insurance, help people choose appropriate treatments for themselves, and give people a good opportunity to improve the effect of dementia treatment and to increase the satisfaction of patients and their families.

The purpose of this study is to examine and apply Blended Learning to Chinese reading class and give some suggestions for Chinese reading class for realizing the interactive model for reading. For learner's improvement in Chinese reading level, various teaching methods need to be applied to Chinese reading class. Among teaching methods, this article tried to apply Blened Learning in terms of interaction, because Blended Learning can follow the general trend that all of people use laptop, smartphone, etc., and also can be contribution to reading as performance in foreign language learning. As a result, Blended Learning can make learner prepare class for giving online contents, and can make teacher and learner have more chances of interaction in class for improving reading competence.

This paper discusses the design, implementation, and potential use of an ontology-based mobile pediatric consultation and monitoring system, which is a smart healthcare expert system for pediatric patients. The proposed system provides remote consultation and monitoring of pediatric patients during their illness at places distant from medical service areas. The system not only shares instant medical data with a pediatrician but also examines the data as a smart medical assistant to detect any emergency situation. In addition, it uses an inference engine to infer instant suggestions for performing certain initial medical treatment steps when necessary. The applied methodologies and main technical contributions have three aspects: (a) pediatric consultation and monitoring ontology, (b) semantic Web rule knowledge base, and (c) inference engine. Two case studies with real pediatric patients are provided and discussed. The reported results of the applied case studies are promising, and they demonstrate the applicability, effectiveness, and efficiency of the proposed approach.

Purpose: There are several KPI(key performance indicators) models: BSC(balanced scorecard), IPOO(Input-process-output-outcomes) indicators, QCDP(quality-cost-delivery-productivity) indicators. This paper analyze these models and gives some suggestions to help the effective usage of KPI. Methods: This paper reviews and summarize the criteria to evaluate the PI(performance indicators) through literature review. Evaluation and analysis on the PI factors of the KPI developing models is performed by the criteria. Results: Criteria to evaluate the PI, which can be used to evaluate the goodness of PI is suggested. This paper also proposes some suggestions for the KPI models and their factors for the effective development of PI in the organization. Conclusion: This research will help the managers to develop and select useful PI and KPI for their business and processes.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution is currently leading humanity into a super-connected, super-intelligent, and super-converged society through key technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data. Blockchain technology has the potential to lead social innovation that will improve the mutual harmony and understanding of the complex structures of human society as well as various phenomena (e.g., antagonism, confrontation, and ideological conflict). With such progress in social innovation, blockchain technology will result in a fairer and more transparent human society. In addition, blockchain technology is emerging as a core infrastructure technology, and its growth and expansion are expected to bring about revolutionary improvements to nearly all fields of development and research. In this paper, we briefly outline the main features of blockchain technology. Through a further analysis of its ecosystem, we intend to offer suggestions for a more robust and efficient development of blockchain-related industries.

This paper is based on Yanbian University's physical test data, and uses statistical analysis methods to study the relationship between college students' physical test scores to promote college physical education. Firstly, using gender as categorical variables, we conduct a general analysis of students in different majors and different grades, and obtain the advantages and disadvantages of male and female college students; then we use Decision Trees and Random Forest algorithms to conduct modeling analysis to provide valuable suggestions for relevant departments of the university. the aiming of this research analyzing about the undergraduates physical test is that giving universities the targeted suggestions to improve the college graduate rate and promote the overall development of higher education, lay the foundation for achieving universal health.

The current study aims to determine digital transformation (organizational, technical, and human resources) requirements at Saudi universities from Umm Al-Qura University faculty members' perspectives. The researcher used a quantitative approach based on the descriptive analytical design. To answer the questions of the study, the researcher used the questionnaire as a data collection tool. The questionnaire was sent electronically to faculty members working in colleges and institutes affiliated with Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Saudi Arabia. The questionnaire consisted of the three dimensions of digital transformation: organizational; technical; and human resources requirements. The results showed that requirements related to human resources came first with an average of 2.25 then the organizational requirements with an average of 1.95, and in the last, technical requirements came with an average of 1.64. In addition, some suggestions were given by the participants (faculty members) related to the mechanism that could contribute to implementing digital transformation at Saudi universities. Likewise, at the end of the study, the researcher has given some suggestions related to the implementation of digital transformation requirements at Saudi universities.
