Recently, Product and contents using virtual reality technique is spreading quickly. Visualization using virtual reality technique is provide a differentiated experience with existing visualization methodology by giving enhanced immersiveness to users. This paper is make a suggestion to a new methodology of stereo-scope visualization and talk about this utilization possibility. We proposed the design method of stereo-scope realization system that is composed at least two screen. through which users will feel more immersiveness and experience to virtual reality. The suggestion system of this paper will widely used in various industry such as virtual reality exhibitions, shows, games, training programs, etc.

KS K 0051(2009) was established in 1990 and revised in 1994, 1999, 2004 and 2009. Recently the structure of apparel production and distribution are changing like as small quantity batch production, increase of importing abroad apparel and increase of on-line shopping mall. Based on Social and economic conditions, examine the potential for use of KS K 0051(2009) standard sizing system for female adult's garments are needed. Through which, it was intended to suggestion for the revision of standard sizing system for female adult's garments which can facilitate communication among consumer, producer and sellers. The improvement point was discussed through review of the current KS K 0051 (2009) and abroad standard sizing system for female adult's garments, ISO 3637(1977), ISO 4416(1981), BS EN 13402-2(2002), BS EN 13402-3(2004), JIS L 4005(2001) and GB/T 1335.2(2008). Also, the revision of standard sizing system for female adult's garments was suggested using data of 6th Size Korea. As a result of this study, in the revision, formal wear, casual wear, training wear and under wear were separated to simplify the classification and the classification of body type were excluded. Also, it is possible that size designation was simplified through optional notation and letter code based on bust girth could be marked together in casual wear.

The new approach is a kind method of restoring temporary defect. Here, it is important for the defect not to occur problems of both local effect and global system. A basic concept is that it measures remaining prestress of PSC structures during the defect is restored. This study suggested new approach for measurement of remaining prestress. Two important results are obtained. First, safety problems, local stress concentration and global system, are very satisfied. Second, measurement value exists within error bound $\pm$ 1% in comparison with known value.

In this paper, we suggested and verified the effective traffic information transfer methods using the GPS (Global positioning system) and voice broadcasting. We suggested four traffic information selection methods with their testing algorithms. A traffic information transfer simulation system is developed for testing the recommended methods. In the result, we compared and analyzed efficiency of suggested methods.

This paper examines the statistical process that should be performed with caution in the composite material qualification and equivalency process, and describes statistically significant considerations on outlier finding and handling process, data pooling through normalization process, review for data distributions and design allowables determination process for structural analysis. Based on these considerations, the need for guidance on statistical process for aircraft manufacturers who use the composite material properties database are proposed.

With the service suggesting additional extended or related query, search engines aim to provide their users more convenience. The extended or related query suggestion service based on popularity, or by how many people have searched on web using the query, has limitations to elevate users' satisfaction, because each user's preference and interests differ. This paper will demonstrate the design and realization of the system that suggests extended query appropriate for users' demands, and also an improvement in the computing process between entering the first search word and the subsequent extension to the related themes. According to the evaluation the proposed system suggested 41% more extended or related query than when searching on Google, and 48% more than on Yahoo. Also by improving the shortcomings of the extended or related query system based on general popularity rather than each user's preference, the new system enhanced users' convenience further.

This paper is designed to make a research into the process of the formation and introduction of design management system necessary for the strategic utilization of design at a management love on the part of domestic small business. This paper is limited to the study of the general problems ralated to the design management of the domestic small business companies producing consumer goods. 1 made an examination of the necessity of the introduction of design management and of the necessity of design development in connection with the administrative features of small business, identifying the actual condition of design by the small business and discussing the actual situation of design management and tasks to tackle. lastly, 1 made a suggestion of the process, whose aim lies In the inside establishment of the design management system deemed desirable for the domestic companies. 1 have come to the following conclusions. First, small business should make use of design development so as to keep their competitiveness and to enhance their administrative features. Second,. design can serve as a means for making a speedy response in the companies'differentiation strategies arid strategies for markets with a lot of opportunities. Third, the utilization of design at an administrative love on the part of the small business works in the light of enterprise communications, organizations, business and marketing and so on. Fourth, the majority of small business are weak when it comes to organization, manpower and environment in relation to design. So it is necessary to introduce and construct the design management system. Fifth, the managers of the small business should first of all take a strong interest in and have a renewed understanding of the importance of design. I made a suggestion that the small business should carry out a process constructing the design-management system based on the design organization and manpower, but stopped short of confirming my suggestion in a corroborative way.

A role of Distribution Automation System(DAS) is required to be changed from observing and control to complex and various new system including functions which monitoring, control, prediction, operation and management of EMS type according to be gradually Smart Grid of distribution operation system for development of further power system industrial. IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission) published communication standards which interface and data model of distribution operation system to IEC 61968 and of host system like EMS(Energy Management System) to IEC 61970. So far, each standards are emphasizing themselves, but if they are applied by designed integration of the standards, it could be more efficiency system. So, in this paper, integration application of IEC standards and structure of further distribution operation system to use them are proposed by gradually increasing importance of communication protocols, functions and roles in further distribution management system considering Smart Grid.

The problem of establishing weapon system safety especially during the development process has been one of the very important fields related with public safety in advanced countries such as USA, UK and so on. These countries have launched strong policies on system safety to reduce the chance of accidents. However, the Republic of Korea (ROK) has limited experiences and application of the system safety on domestically produced weapon systems. Therefore, it is imperative that the government starts a comprehensive and systematic policy on system safety to reduce the occurrence of potential accidents during the development of weapon systems. In this paper, we analyze system-level activities needed through the life-cycle of the weapon systems and provide a suggestion for application of the system safety.
