This cross-level study of 77 samples from Korean 1st-tier suppliers participating in knowledge-sharing networks examined the impact of partnering(joint establishment of goal and joint problem solving system) on supplier relationship outcomes(competativeness improvement and innovative idea suggestion). The findings showed that joint establishment of goal and joint problem solving system were positively related to both supplier's competativeness improvement and its innovative idea suggestion. Whereas, joint problem solving system did account for a significant variance only in innovative idea suggestion. The findings, further, demonstrated that mutual trust moderated the relationship between joint problem solving system and supplier relationship outcomes. Implications for theory and practice are suggested.

The purpose of this paper is to show how psychopaths' psychological factors are expressed on the characters' visual styles in the make-up coordination of slasher films. Psychopath is an ordinary person who has suffered some terrible trauma (humiliation, the death of a loved one, rape, psychological abuse), and features a disorder that consists of multiple components ranging on the emotional, interpersonal, and behavioral spectrum. Slasher films are sub genre of horror films that psychopathy characters, namely, Leather Face, Michael Myers, Jason Voorhees, Kenny Hampson, Harry Warden, Freddy Kruger and Billy kill the unfamiliar victims by cruel weapons with mercilessly. Their aesthetic characteristics of make-up coordination were shown in concealment, cruelty and suggestion. The concealment was presented by killers' masks, the cruelty was represented by their weapons, and the suggestion, especially space-time and status was depicted by their garments.

YouTube is an OTT service that leads the home economy, which has emerged from the 2020 Corona Pandemic. With the growth of OTT-based individual media, creators are required to establish attractive storytelling strategies that can be preferred by viewers and elected for YouTube recommendation algorithms. In this study, we conducted a study on modeling that proposes a content storyline for creators. As the ability for Creators to create content that viewers prefer, we have presented the data literacy ability to find patterns in complex and massive data. We also studied the importance of compelling storytelling configurations that viewers prefer and can be selected for YouTube recommendation algorithms. This study is of great significance in that it deviated from the viewer-oriented recommendation system method and proposed a story suggestion model for individual creaters. As a result of incorporating this story proposal model into the production of the YouTube channel Tiger Love video, it showed a certain effectiveness. This story suggestion model is a machine learning text-based story suggestion system, excluding the application of photography or video.

This paper shows the feasibility of the suggestion that the angle distribution of incident sound to panels might be gaussian, instead of the conventional uniform distribution in the analysis of transmission loss of panels. To prove the suggestion, the problems with the diffuse sound field in a reverberation room are examined by case studies and the comparision of the prediction with the measurement of sound transmission loss of walls are performed. The results of the comparision show good agreement between the two values.

The constitutional court decide a negative expression in their judgement. It is a dismissal. In the dismissal, they suggest that the legislative body can resolve it and Parliament can an enactment or not for the physical therapist. Therefore, dismissal of constitutional court is not only dismissal but also it is a suggestion for legislation. Another suggestion of the constitutional court that study about curriculums of physical therapy department, duration of education, relation of between medical doctor and physical therapist, work contents of physical therapy and effect on national health.

This paper presents a suggestion for improvement of tension balancer in trolly wire system. In the overhead trolly wire systems, one of the most things is tension balancer. Because it can be automatically adjusted tension for expansion and contraction of overhead catenary system. In this paper, we introduce and suggest spring tension balancer(STB).

Purpose of this study is to suggest some modules to integrate schedule and change control. The study has been performed through the process of literature review, effect comparison of being not integrated and integrated of the schedule and change control, and finally suggest new integrated modules. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Suggestion of a Predicted Change Information Control Module: This nodule can be used to assess the impact of changes in advance and to prepare counteraction. 2) Suggestion of a Change Information Control Module: This module is used to update current schedule for the realized changes. 3) Suggestion of a Revision History Maintenance Module: This module is used to record schedule and cost revision history and to analyze the overall change trend.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate term suggestion services of major search portals, Naver and Google Korea. In particular, this study evaluated relevance and currency of related search terms provided, and analyzed characteristics such as number and distribution of terms, and queries that did not produce terms. This study also analyzed types of terms in terms of the relationship between queries and terms, and investigated types and characteristics of harmful terms and terms with grammatical errors. Finally, Korean queries and English queries, and popular queries and academic queries were compared in terms of the amount and relevance of search terms provided. The results of this study show that the relevance and currency of Naver's related search terms are somewhat higher than those of Google. Both Naver and Google tend to add terms to or delete terms from original queries, and provide identical search terms or synonym terms rather than providing entirely new search terms. The results of this study can be implemented to the portal's effective development of term suggestion services.

This paper proposes a fire shunt guidance system model based on rule, it presents suitable shunt route in real-time according to collected fire information of the building inside using wireless sensor networks. So, this system model is composed of the sensor alert module, the behavior suggestion module, and the emergency device control module. The sensor alert module uses rule-base algorithm that monitored the information to collect periodically in wireless sensor networks. And, the behavior suggestion module proposed a suitable behavior, this module supports to judge the fire area with danger sensor list. Additional, the emergency device control module controls a related emergency device according to the suggested behavior and to present on a control screen. We experiment the fire shunt guidance system based on Internet Web for operation verification of the proposed system. Consequently, this study supports people safety with the behavior suggestion according to the context information when an emergency situation happens.

This study aims to test factors on the success of Employee Suggestion Systems (ESS). Considering the difference between manufacturing and non-manufacturing firms in the use of ESS, this study analyzes the impact of the industrial sector. Partial Least Square (PLS) is employed to analyze data front employees in an automobile company and a bank. The result shows that there is no distinctive difference between two industries but there are some differences in the strength of the relationships such as e impact of pro-activity on idea generation, the work improvement on idea generation and idea generation on idea submission. Some suggestions for managing ESS in non-manufacturing firms are presented.
