The study examines factors that influence shopping intention of online consumers in Vietnam. Studied factors include consumers' attitude, subjective norms, perception of behavioral control, perception of usefulness, perceived risks and trust. The expansion of Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) are used as basic theories. We have surveyed people who have experiences on online shopping. There are 836 selected questionnaires that are qualified for data processing. The collected data are analyzed through a process which starts from scale reliability test to exploratory factor analysis (EFA), correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results show that shopping intention of online consumers are positively affected by their attitude, subjective norms, perception of behavioral control, perception of usefulness and trust. In contrast, online shopping intention is negatively affected by the perceived risks that online shopping could bring. Among those factors, the perception of risk is shown to have the strongest influence to online shopping intention. The findings of this study suggest that managers and retailers can apply cash-on-delivery method and design their website with user-friendly interface to enhance online shopping intention of consumers. The Government is also recommended to fulfill the law system to reduce customers' perception of financial risks.

The purpose of this research was to identify the relationships between attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, intention and safer sexual behavior in experienced university students of sexual intercourse. The research participants were 388 students of university in Seoul. Considering the extremely private and sensitive topic of this research, data collection was performed through online and mobile media from April 1 to 14, 2013. Collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 Programs. As a results, safer sexual behavior had a meaningful relationship with subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, intention of safer sexual behavior. Based on these results, it is suggested that the results the of this research are used to develop nursing intervention strategies for the promotion of sexual health, such as sex education programs or sex counseling programs targeting university students.
Previous studies indicate that information and communication technology (ICT) adoption is affected by innovation influence such as usefulness, ease of use and self-efficacy. Most of these studies, how-ever, bypassed imitation influence such as subjective norms, word-of-mouth, and advertising, specifically, interactive innovation having critical mass in technology acceptance research. Thus, this study focuses to investigate imitation influence in individual adoption of mobile communication technology. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the causal relationships between initial acceptance and the intention to use in terms of a holistic approach. The results of this study show that there is an imitation influence including word-of-mouth and subjective norms, from the prior adopters to potential adopters, and mass advertising through TV or news-paper commercials in the ICT diffusion process. In addition, this imitation influence also stimulates innovation influence such as perceived usefulness. Finally, this study provides a set of guidelines to mobile communication equipment manufacturers and ICT vendors in developing effective strategies for technology diffusion.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to review the previous studies on the characteristics of the image search service provided by using artificial intelligence, the social impact characteristics, and the moderating effect of perceived anthropomorphism, and conduct empirical analysis to identify the constituent factors affecting purchase intention. To clarify. Through this, I tried to present theoretical and practical implications. Research design, data, and methodology: Research design was that characteristics of image search service (ubiquity and information quality) and social impact characteristics (subjective norms, electronic word of mouth marketing) are affected by mediation of satisfaction and flow, therefore, control of perceived anthropomorphism have an effect on purchase intention to increase. For analysis, research conducted literature review, and developed questionnaires, so that EM firm which is a specialized research institute has collected data. This was conducted on 410 people between the 20s and 50s who have mobile shopping experiences. SPSS Statistics 23 and AMOS 23 had been used to perform necessary analysis such as exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, feasibility analysis, and structural equation modeling based on this data. Results: first, ubiquity, information quality and subjective norms were found to have a positive effect on purchase intention through satisfaction and flow parameters. Second, satisfaction and flow were found to have a mediating effect between ubiquity, information quality, and subjective norms and purchase intentions. However, there was no mediating effect between eWOM information and purchase intention. Third, perceived anthropomorphism was found to have a moderating effect between information quality and satisfaction, and it was found that there was no moderating effect on the relationship between information quality and flow. Conclusions: The information quality of image search services using artificial intelligence has a positive effect on satisfaction, and it has been found that there is a positive moderate effect of perceived anthropomorphism in this relationship, which may be an academic contribution to the distribution science utilizing artificial intelligence. Therefore, it is possible to propose a distribution strategy that improves purchase intention by utilizing image search service and anthropomorphism in practical business and providing a more enjoyable immersive experience to customers.
With the development of information and communication technologies, popularization of smart phones, and relaxation of the government regulation, mobile easy payment service is rapidly growing as a major financial service. Therefore, this study examines factors that influence the intention to use mobile easy payment service through empirical analysis. We collected 386 responses by survey and formed structural equation modeling with AMOS 22.0. The results show that technical factors(relative advantage, security), individual factor(self-efficacy), situational factors(trust in prior services and satisfaction of prior services) had a positive effect on the perceived value. In addition, perceived value had a positive effect on the intention to use mobile easy payment services. Lastly, subjective norms are closely related to the relationship between perceived value and intention to use mobile easy payment services. The results can be expected to provide useful references to the Fintech related industry fields.
The implementation of Knowledge Management Systems does not guarantee knowledge sharing within organizations because knowledge sharing cannot be mandated. Although previous investigations have attempted to identify the motivational factors that facilitate knowledge sharing, the results of these studies cannot be easily applied across organizations due to the highly context specific nature of knowledge sharing. Societal culture, as well as organizational culture, affects knowledge sharing behavior. This is why successful knowledge sharing initiatives in the United States, for example, may prove ineffective in another country with a very different culture like China. Therefore, it is clearly important to understand the effects of different societal cultures on individuals' knowledge sharing behaviors. The principal objective of this study is to deepen our understanding about the impact of national culture on an individual's knowledge sharing intention. In order to achieve this goal, field data was collected from 197 employees from a variety of companies and organizations in two countries-Sweden and China. In a collectivistic culture such as China, anticipated reciprocal relationships have been shown to directly affect individuals' attitudes toward knowledge sharing, and the organizational climate has also been shown to affect subjective norms to a significant degree. Subjective norms can influence intentions to share knowledge indirectly through attitudes. In the highly individualistic culture of Sweden, one's sense of self worth and anticipated reciprocal relationships have been shown to profoundly affect individuals' attitudes towards knowledge sharing. In both countries, anticipated extrinsic rewards have been shown to exert no detectable effects on respondents' knowledge sharing attitudes, and subjective norms and organizational climate have been determined not to affect knowledge sharing intentions directly. Rather, in both cases, knowledge sharing intentions have been shown to be directly affected by attitude.

Purpose: This study was conducted to compare self-care behaviors and self-care behavior related factors for groups of patients with good, inadequate and poor glycemic control. The study was based on variables of the Theory of Planned Behavior by Ajzen, habit and family support. (1991). Methods: Participants were 134 patients with type 2 diabetes (good glycemic control group: 57, inadequate glycemic control group: 40, poor glycemic control group: 37). Self-care behaviors, intention to self-care behavior and self-care behavior related variables (attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, habits and family support) were measured. Data were collected from August 12 to September 25, 2014 and were analyzed using $x^2$-test, Fisher's exact test, ANCOVA, and logistic regression with SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: Among the three glycemic groups, there were significant differences in self-care behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, family support, and habits. Multinomial logistic regression showed that poor blood glucose probability was associated with duration of diabetes mellitus, method of DM therapy, perceived behavior control and habits. Conclusion: The study findings reveal the important role of self-care behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, family support, and habits in blood glucose control in adults with type 2 diabetes.
Purpose: This study was done to examine differences in mammography screening according to breast cancer and social network characteristic. Methods: Data were collected from 187 married women 35 years and older who were using public health centers, health promotion centers, cultural centers, obstetrics and gynecology hospitals or other relevant community sites. Data were collected between October 24 and December 4, 2008. Data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 15.0 program. Results: The participation rate for mammography screening was 35.3%. The following general and breast cancer characteristics showed statistically significant differences: religion, family incomes, regular medical-care, general health examinations during past 2 years, and history of breast disease. The following social network characteristics showed statistically significant differences: social norms and subjective norms. Using logistic regression analysis, regular medical-care, breast cancer risk appraisal, social norm, and subjective norms were highly predictive of subsequent mammography. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that it is important to develop and provide tailored intervention programs through integrated socially mediated programs. By consciously including social network and support systems, breast cancer detection efforts would not end as a one-time event, but naturally build on network structure of adults women, thus facilitating regular mammography screening.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to use the theory of planned behavior, past habit and moral obligation to better understand the behavior of physical therapists (PTs) and occupational therapists (OTs) in protecting the medical information of patients. Methods: We conducted a survey using self-writting questionnaires structured within the framework of the theory of planned behavior to understand to analyze information from 103 clinical PTs and OTs in their efforts to protect patient medical information. Results: The PTs and OTs' medical information protecting behavior was 2.85 mean points. That point failed to reach 1.0 points. Behavior intention was 3.83 mean points. That was judged to be improved. Behavioral intention was closely correlated with behavior, behavioral attitude, subjective norms, behavior control, and past habit. Variables related to the theory of planned behavior, attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control all explained 50% of the behavioral intention of PTs and OTs regarding future divulgence of patient information. The past habits of PTs and OTs were also a significant predictor in explaining the behavioral intention to protect a patient's medical information (p<0.01). Conclusion: Revising the behavioral attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, and past habits of PTs and OTs helped improve their behavior regarding protection of the medical information of patents.
