A study on the Influence of Family-Friendly Program on Organizational Life and Job Commitment and Performance -Focusing on police officer organization-

  • Investigations into family-friendly company culture have been carried out for various companies and conglomerates. But there has never been such investigation for police organization, so this investigation is intended to see the effect on organizational commitment and job performance of the organization culture that makes use of family-friendly program for the police organization. To this end, how the internal factors of family-friendly organization culture affects organization commitment and job performance is empirically analyzed with structural equation modeling. And it is found that family-friendly program has significant effect on organizational life and welfare, and the welfare, in return, is found to have significant effect on job performance.

  • The need for this study must be considerable, as being activate of green roofs research that the organization and construction obtain access to more development technologies. Nevertheless, the green roofs system has begun to apply since 1980's, the green roofs technology was restricted to develop without verification of technologies such as a load or water leakage. There is a limit as urethane waterproofing to almost domestic waterproofing materials and methods of construction for general green roofs. The introduction of materials and methods of construction which are appropriated to property of green roofs could be a decisive factor in a long-range durability and economical maintenance cost, moreover, it support to variety construction system and organization. This present paper describes a necessity of waterproofing and root barrier system is one of the sub-organization based on green roofs construction, which have enormously large impact on the durability.

병원종사자의 공공서비스동기와 영향요인 (Antecedents of Employee's Public Service Motivation in Healthcare Organization)

  • Purpose / Approach : This study aims to analyze the level of public service motivation and its antecedents by using survey data of 1,498 professional employees in public and private hospitals. Findings : Among job-related, organization-related, and socialization-related factors of professional employees, the socialization factors have a strong effect on individual's overall and the four sub-dimensions of public service motivation. While the effect of organizational identification is prominent in the public hospital, professional identification is more powerful in the private hospital. Person-job fit and person-organizational value fit also play a significant role in determining public service motivation. Organizational vision salience in public hospital has negative effect on public service motivation and attraction-to-public-service dimension. The significant determinants and its effect size are different according to hospital type and each sub-dimension of public service motivation. Practical Implications : The empirical findings show that individual's level of public service motivation in hospitals could be enhanced through the interaction between individual and their organization, and various organization-related factors. Further implications of the study are discussed from human resource management perspective in hospitals.

  • 본 연구에서는 리더십이 조직유효성에 어떤 과정을 거쳐서 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자, 변혁적 리더십의 하위요인들을 독립변수로 놓고, 조직유효성의 하위요인들을 종속변수로 설정하면서, 조직(직장)에서 가장 중요한 사람과 일에 대한 관계 중 리더에 대한 조직구성원의 관계를 신뢰로 설정하고 조직구성원과 일의 관계를 자기효능감으로 설정하면서 이 두 요소가 어떻게 작용을 하는지 조사하였다. 검증 결과 독립 변수들의 하위요인들 모두가 신뢰에 영향을 주었고, 그 신뢰는 조직유효성에 정의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 그러나 변혁적 리더십의 모든 하위요인들은 자기효능감에는 유의한 영향을 주지 못하였다. 그러나 신뢰가 자기효능감에 영향을 주었고, 그 결과 자기효능감은 조직유효성의 모든 하위요인들에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

경남 지역 대기환경기준 설정을 위한 기초조사 (Basic Survey for Establishing Regional Air Quality Standards in Gyeongnam)

  • This study provides a basis for research to establishing air quality standards in Gyeongnam. The trends and deviations in air quality concentrations and short-term environmental standards were analyzed. Furthermore, the regional standards and World Health Organization's (WHO) air quality guidelines (AQGs) were taken into account. The annual average PM10 standard for cities anc counties ate 40 ㎍/㎥ and 30 ㎍/㎥, respectively. SO2 and NO2 are achieving national standards and need to be strengthened to the minimum regional standard and WHO AQGs. The PM2.5 standard, which has not reached national standards, needs to be set at the level of national standards, and is also the target level for 2024 of the Gyeongsangnam and national PM2.5 management plans.

프로세스 영역 의존성을 이용한 TMMi 레벨 1 단계화 방안 (A Decomposition Method for TMMi Maturity Level 1 using Process Area Dependency Analysis)

  • 국내 소프트웨어 테스트 성숙도 수준은 TMMi 기준으로 대부분 레벨 2 이하다. 성숙도 개선의 첫째 조건은 현재 성숙도 수준을 정확히 아는데 있다. TMMi에는 레벨 1 정의가 없지만, 같은 레벨 1 조직이라도 성숙도 수준은 분명 차이가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 레벨 1 조직의 성숙도 수준을 정확히 파악하고, 레벨 1 조직이 개선 노력을 줄이면서 레벨 2를 달성하는 방안을 제시한다. 레벨 2에서 의존성이 있는 서브 프랙티스를 해당 프로세스 영역과 그룹화해서 레벨 1을 3단계로 새롭게 정의했다. 의존성을 이용한 이유는 의존성 있는 프랙티스 끼리 묶어 프로세스를 개선하면 프랙티스 여러 개를 한꺼번에 달성하는 효과를 얻을 수 있기 때문이다. 3단계화 적정성을 검증해서 레벨 1 조직의 성숙도 수준을 정확히 평가했고, 다음 단계 개선 목표와 방향을 구체적으로 설정할 수 있음을 알았다.

초등 교사의 과학 교육 과정의 구성에 대한 인식과 과학의 본성에 대한 관점과의 상관 (The Relation of Elementary School Teachers' Point of Views about the Organization of Science Curriculum and the Nature of Science)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between elementary school teachers' points of view about the organization of the science curriculum and their views on the nature of science (NOS). We surveyed 132 elementary school teachers' view points about these two kinds of views, analyzed the data by their variables, and compared the two viewpoints with their personal details. The elementary school teachers thought the science curriculum should be emphasized through the process more than contents. They thought the contents of the science curriculum should be integrated rather than separated. As teachers' career progressed, they focused on the contents more than the process. On the other hands, because elementary school teachers showed the NOS views as relativism, deductivism, decontextualism, content, and instrumentalism, when we plotted sub-viewpoints of NOS in process-content dimension, we thought it would be similar distributions with point of views on the organization of science curriculum. However, there was no meaningful relation. This showed that teachers' views on the organization of the curriculum and the NOS are totally different. These findings suggest further research is needed to find how factors influence elementary school teachers' views on the organization of the science curriculum and what inclinations can occur in science classes with their different views.

간호사의 MBTI 성격유형과 학습조직화와의 관계 (A Study on MBTI Personality Type and Learning Organization)

  • Purpose: This study was to investigate the degree and pattern of learning organization and MBTI personality type in clinical nurses. Methods: The participants were 685 nurses working in the 8 general hospitals located in Seoul and Incheon. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires from April 1 to August 30, 2004. The data were analyzed using SAS program for descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: The most frequent identified personality type was ISTJ and the least identified personal types was ENFJ. In 4 preference patterns, Extroversion, Sensing, Thinking and Judgement were identified a dominant index in each categories. The mean score of learning organization was 3.47 and the mental model was got the highest score. The EI index had a significant positive correlation with personal mastery. However the TF index had a negative correlation with personal mastery, systems thinking, and mental models, and also the JP index had a negative correlation with 5 learning organization sub categories. Conclusion: With these results, it was identified that the preference patterns on MBTI had the significant correlation with learning organization. So these results will be used to develop the more effective strategies to increase learning organization based on nurse's personality types.

Sorption of Tc(IV) in Saline Solutions - II. Sorption on MX-80, Illite, Shale and Limestone in Na-Ca-Cl Solutions

  • Technetium has been identified as an element of interest for the safety assessment of a deep geological repository for used nuclear fuel. In this study, the sorption of Tc(IV) onto MX-80 bentonite, illite, and shale in ionic strength (I) 0.1-6 mol·kgw-1 (m) Na-Ca-Cl solutions at pHm = 4-9 and limestone at pHm = 5-9 was studied. Tc(IV) sorption on MX-80 increased with pHm from 4 to 6, reached the maximum at pHm = 6-7, and then gradually decreased with pHm from 7 to 9. Tc(IV) sorption on illite gradually increased with pHm from 4 to 7, and then decreased as pHm increased. The sorption properties of Tc(IV) on shale were quite similar to those on illite. Tc(IV) sorption on limestone slightly increased with pHm from 5 to 6 and then seemed to be constant at pHm = 6-9. Tc(IV) sorption on all four solids was independent of ionic strength (0.1-6 m). The 2 site protolysis non-electrostatic surface complexation and cation exchange model successfully simulated the sorption of Tc(IV) onto MX-80 and illite and the optimized values of surface complexation constants were estimated.
