의류산업의 생산 자동화 현황과 그에 따른 생산기획 및 관리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Production Planning and Management for Automated Clothing Manufacture)

  • The goals of this study are to suggest the guidance for automated clothing manufacture by analysis the technology of the automated manufacturing facilities and to propose how improve the efficiency of the production planning and management for automated clothing manufacture In this study, the research about the automated clothing manufacturing machines and the analysis about the modules and functions of apparel information systems were performed. In order to understand the factory automation of the larger clothing firms, the case study method was used. The case study samples were 3 clothing firms. The results and suggestions are as follows: 1. An information technology for automated clothing manufacture has enabled the computer integrated manufacturing system to connect production planning and management part with each work station on the factory floor. 2. The apparel information system to integrate and manage manufacturing informations from each workstation and the apparel CAD system are used in the department of production planning. At the cutting room, there are automated manufacturing machines like an automatic spreading system and an automatic cutting system. Sewing room has the computer controlled unit production system and semi-automated sewing machines. In addition, in the finishing room, an automatic packing machine and a press system are used and besides a warehousing system has been developed. Considering these available technology, for better product efficiency, it is necessary to consider and utilize the specific character of these automatic manufacturing machines and computer system whether they proper to each product style. 3. Most of the clothing manufacturers are in the stage of semi-automated manufacture. In order to improve the manufacturing environment, it is needed to gradual procedure of manufacturing automation with considering the firm's financial condition, existing facilities and staffs operating machines. The case study sample firms are in the high degree of manufacturing automation. They can accomplish the flexible manufacturing system to link the information system with each work station menufacturing system by computerized control. For the case of the firm having already used the computer integrated manufacturing and managing system, it is necessary that the function to deal with drawing information is added to the retaining module of the apparel system.

전통 꽃문양을 활용한 여성 생활한복용 직물디자인 개발 (The Development of Woman's Daily Hanbok Textile Design Appling Korea Traditional Flower Pattern)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop design for daily hanbok with Jacquard textile design developed by using the traditional patterns that suit the needs and lifestyles of the middle and old aged group. This study will also develop Jacquard textile design that has elaborate and luxurious patterns and abundant expression of colors using the traditional patterns that suit the needs and lifestyles of the middle and old aged group. Developing daily hanbok design for woman's casual and formal occasion will contribute to fashion business significantly by popularization of daily hanbok as one of the important fashion genre. The "Texpro Design CAD V8.21" program was used for the textile design. A total of 2 designs were developed as the Jacquard textile design with traditional patterns using flower motifs. One type of fabric was produced for each of the textile design with a color selected from "Pantone Color Chips". And finally, four woman's daily hanbok design for either casual or and formal style were developed and these daily hanboks were consisted of one set of jacket and trouser, durumagi, one set of jacket and skirt and one set of vest and trouser. And the actual garments were constructed and the design procedure and the photos of these works were presented. This study showed the possibility of producing highly sensible daily hanbok that suits the fashion trend of middle aged women and the widening of consumer range and the creation of new market by developing Jacquard textile design.

3차원 쉐이핑 기술을 활용한 스포츠 브래지어 개발 (Development of Sports Brassiere Pattern Using 3D Shaping Technology)

  • This study used 3D technology to develop a multi-functional sports brassiere with increased comfort and fit that can be worn as a base layer during exercise or as underwear. A 75A size industrial lingerie figure was used to develop a standard pattern. 3D tools for scanning and pattern making, such as Vivid 910, Geomagic Design X, 2C-AN and Yuka CAD were used. The sports brassiere was designed as a tank top style with dual structure and linings attached to a pad utilized with a sport brassiere mold cup. 3D outer and lining's pattern was differently developed in consideration of the body's curvature with pad's shape and structure. Shoulder and neck part reduction rates were adjusted to increase the neck areas fit that considered the nude pattern's structure due to uncomfortableness felt by wearers who were uncomfortable with the neck areas fit on existing brand products. The reduction rate was also set differently on each part. For example, the reduction rate on outer side panel was set strongly to increase the breast's volume. Two products, developed by a 3D sports brassiere and previously released product, were worn on 8 subjects in their 20's to evaluate fit, comfort, and purchase preferences. The evaluation proved that newly developed 3D products were superior to comparative products. The results of the clothing pressure measurement indicate that the newly developed sports brassiere's front part had less pressure on upper bust and shoulder areas compared to comparative products as well as showed less pressure on the back side, which shows improved wearing comfort compared to comparative products.

패션문화상품을 위한 텍스타일 디자인 개발 - 한국전통문양을 중심으로 - (Development of Textile Design for Fashion Cultural Products - Focusing on Traditional Korean Patterns -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한국전통문양의 문헌고찰 및 활용 사례의 분석을 통해 활용되는 문양의 종류와 문양의 상징적 의미를 살펴보고, 패션문화상품의 전통문양활용 실태를 토대로 문양의 상징성을 적용하여 텍스타일 디자인을 시도함으로써 패션문화상품 디자인 개발에 발전적 인 방향을 모색하고자 하였으며, 패션문화상품을 위한 텍스타일 디자인 개발 프로세스는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 패션문화상품을 광범위한 패션의 일부로 간주하여 2005년부터 2007년까지 최근 3년 동안 S/S 시즌의 패션트렌드를 살펴보고 이를 반영한 컨셉을 설정하였다 둘째, 패션문화상품에 많이 활용되고 있는 문양을 중심으로 텍스타일 디자인을 위한 문양을 선정하였다. 셋째, 패션문화상품 디자인 개발을 위한 아이템을 선정하고, 전통문양의 상징적 의미에 따라 아이템의 문양을 선정하였다. 넷째, 텍스타일 디자인에 활용할 모티브를 발췌하여 패턴의 배열방법에 따라 전개하였다. 끝으로, 전개된 텍스타일 디자인은 텍스타일 CAD(Tex pro)와 Illustrator 10을 활용하여 아이템별 도식화에 적용하고, 이미지로 제시하였다. 이상과 같은 디자인 프로세스를 통하여 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 전통문양을 이용한 패션문화상품 디자인은 전통 문양 의미적 측면 외에 문양에 내재된 상징적 의미를 적용함으로써 한국의 전통미의식에 대한 이해와 철학적 접근이 이루어 질 수 있다. 둘째, 전통공예품이나 민예품에 사용되어 오면서 소비자에게 진부한 문양으로 인식된 전통문양은 형태를 변형하거나 간결한 형태로 단순화하여 이미지를 강조하고, 트렌드를 반영한 스타일 및 색채의 적용으로 현대적 감각의 디자인으로 재창조될 수 있다. 셋째, 전통 문양을 응용한 디자인은 표현기법과 제작방법에 따라 다양한 이미지와 시각적 효과로 표현될 수 있으며, 이에 활용범위가 확대되어 다양한 아이템에 적용될 수 있다. 넷째, 패션문화상품에서의 전통문양은 우리 고유의 독창적인 디자인 요소로 활용될 수 있어 고부가가치 상품개발을 위한 디자인 영감의 원천으로 활용될 수 있다. 향후 전통문양을 응용한 문화상품개발을 위해서는 전통문양에 대한 이해를 토대로 다양한 접근과 시도가 이루어져 다양한 상품이 개발되어져야 할 것으로 본다.
