This case study aims at investigating the factors which make venture firms successful. It analysedthree high-performance venture firms originated from the government-financed rese arch institute, the company and the university on the viewpoint of 'dynamic capability' theory. In this case study, technology integration capability and administrative innovation capability were identified as success factors of the three venture firms. The study also presented the role of the incubating organizations. Although incubating organizations supported technological and managerial resource-building of the entrepreneurs, there was not active interactive-learning between venture firms and incubating organizations after spin-off.

The purpose of this study is to develop a personal computer aided 3-D geometric modeller. To perform this study, we set up a cube, a cylinder, and a prism as a primitive in the first segment of this study. By modelling the 3-D object through their transformation, addition, and subtraction, we proved the validity of the developed algorithm and its computer program. Some examples show the results of applying the program to modelling a few simple shape of the machine parts. These results met the first aim of this study.

Stage costumes perform not only the instrumental but also the expressive functions. The major goal of this study is to develop the functional and aesthetic costume designs for musical players considering the characteristics of instruments, players' postures. This study will increase the related market size and the players' choices and move aurally and visually more. The scope of this study is restricted to the musical costumes for female adult soloists playing the wind and string instruments. This study is composed of theory research, empirical research and manufacturing a real costume.

This thesis is concerned with a study of spatial characteristics of Korean traditional architecture in visual perception. This study, therefore has been made of principles of visual perception. range of visual perception in architectural environment, spatial characteristics of Korean traditional architecture, and example case studies are exhibited. The architectural compositional principles of parts selected in process of study could be selected to facilitate comparison with the perceptual psychology. The result of this study can be used to construct Korean architectural plans. elevations. form and spatial and order pertinent to human understandings and existances on the priority of wholeness and the relationship of parts to visual perception.

The purpose of the study is to introduce a model for learning-teaching mathematics using graphing calculator. This study consists of four main chapters. In chapter III, there are some Teaching Procedures and reports. Graphing calculator was used as a tool in understanding mathematical concepts and solving given problems. Also there is an example of performance assessment on second-grade students in high school. This study left much to be desired and has to be followed by a continuing study to make it better.

The major purpose of this study was to find the influencing factors in explaining search patterns of product attributes in formation and to find if significant differences exist in search outcomes by search patterns. The data for this study were collected in a survey and the final sample consisted of 327 respondents purchased refrigerator 340 purchased bed. The important findings of this study are as follows: First the variables related to search cost-benefit play an important role in identifying search patterns for each of product attributers. The findings of this study provide some implications regarding consumer education programs and consumer information providing policies.

This study aims at integrating the sociological study of technology and the economic study of technological learning. It is argued that the sociological approaches of innovation have some strong points in criticizing technological determinism, but have some weak points in explaining how the knowledge base for innovation is accumulated. On the contrary, the economic approaches of innovation have strong points in explaining technology accumulation, but ignore socio-political process of innovation. This study suggests the model which integrates the socio-political process and technological loaming process.

This study aims to propose planning guides and general suggestions in the remodeling of general hospitals. Among the many goals in the hospital remodeling, this study focuses on the enhancing the 'healing environment' to existing building. Accordingly this study analyzes design criteria for 'healing environment' through the case study of 'A' hospital which has been remodeled recently, and compares those criteria with actual execution.

This study as a series of the previous study, "A Study on the Methodology for Planning Safety Prevention, " is to find out what method will be the best for efficient safety instruction using a questionware with the five questions. Based on the answers from directly working labors, this study has been processed with procedures as follows； 1) Review on general safety instruction. 2) Distribute questionwares to only on-the-job labors. 3) Analyze the results from questionwares. 4) Conclude efficient method from the results analyed.
