The reasonable prediction of time-dependent deformation of prestressed concrete(PSC) box girder bridges is very important for accurate construction as well as good serviceability. The long-term behavior is mostly influenced by the probabilistic characteristic of creep and shrinkage. This paper presents a method of statistical analysis and sensitivity analysis of creep and shrinkage effects in PSC box been taken into account - model uncertainty, parameter variation and environmental condition. The statistical and sensitivity analyses are performed by using the numerical simulation of Latin Hypercube sampling. For each sample, the time-dependent structural analysis is performed to produce response data, which are then statistically analyzed. The probabilistic prediction of the confidence limits on long-term effects of creep and shrinkage is then expressed. Three measure are examined to quantify the sensitivity of the outputs of each of the input variables. These are rank correlation coefficient(RCC), partical rank correlation coefficient(PRCC) and standardiozed rank regression coefficient(SRRC) computed on the ranks of the observations. Three creep and shrinkage models - i. e., ACI model. CEB-FIP model and the model in Korea Highway Bridge Specification - are studied. The creep model uncertainy factor and the relative humidity appear to be the most dominant factors with regard to the model output uncertainty.
This study is to experientially verify that market orientation affect organizational performance toward social service marketization. social service marketization put pressure upon financial environment in nonprofit human service organizations and exacerbate competition between nonprofit human service organizations and profit organizations each other. For survival, nonprofit human service organizations in social service market where various supply organization participate needs sensitivity to the environment. For this purpose the need of introduction of market orientation is being raised. At this point this study is useful that measure the level of market orientation and analysis impact of market orientation toward organizational performance in nonprofit human service organizations. Data was collected from busan nonprofit human service organizations in participate voucher program, number of total organization is 92. The level of market orientation was 3.63. Analysis of the impact of market orientation to organizational performance used regression analysis through structural equation modelling. As a result of the analysis, market orientation was affected by organizational performance. Based on the results, this study suggests that nonprofit human service organizations should need market orientation centered organization management and sensitive response toward external environment.
Recently, in construction equipment machinery production, development has focused on environmentally-friendly functions to improve existing production capacity. For excavators as well, emphasis has been placed on response to environmental regulations, miniaturization, and noise reduction, while technology is being developed considering cost reduction and safety.Accordingly, the front support, an inner reinforcement part of the excavator, as well as high-strength steel plates to improve safety and reduce weight, are being applied.However, in the case of high-strength materials, Springback occurs in the final formed part due to high residual stress during product forming. Derivation of a forming or product shaping process to reduce springback is needed. Accordingly, regarding the front support, an inner reinforcement part of the excavator, this study derived a method to improve springback and secure shape stiffness through analysis of the springback occurrence rate and springback causes through a forming analysis.As for the results of analyzing the springback occurrence rate of existing products through forming analysis, springback of -22.6 mm < z < 27.35 mm occurred on the z-axis, and it was confirmed that springback occurred due to the stiffness reinforcing bead of the upper and middle parts of the product.To control product residual stress and springback, we confirmed a tendency of springback reduction through local pre-cutting and stiffness reinforcement bead relocation.In the local pre-cutting model, springback was slightly reduced by 5.3% compared with the existing model, an insignificant reduction effect. In the stiffness reinforcement bead relocation model, when an X-shaped stiffness reinforcement bead was added to each corner portion of the product, springback was reduced by at least 80%.The X-shaped bead addition model was selected as the springback reduction model, and the level of stiffness compared to the existing model was confirmed through a structural analysis.The X-shaped bead additional model showed a stress springback of 90% and springback reduction of 7.4% compared with the existing model, indicating that springback and stiffness will be reinforced.
The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of depression on the effect of forest recreation satisfaction on psychological well-being of customers using forest recreation resources and provide basic data for improving psychological well-being. As for the analysis data, a survey was conducted on 450 customers using forest recreation resources, and the final 355 people were selected as subjects of the survey after removing non-response and insincere responses from 377 copies collected. For analysis, the SPSS WIN 23.0 and Amos 21.0 programs were used, and the mediating effect of depression was verified through descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and structural model of major variables. The study results showed, first, that forest recreation satisfaction had a negative(-) effect on depression. Second, depression was found to have a negative(-) effect on psychological well-being. Third, depression had a complete mediating effect in the relationship between forest recreation satisfaction and psychological well-being. Based on these results, it is meaningful in that programs and practical and policy suggestions were made to improve psychological well-being.

This research recognizes the importance of the study on leadership for the management of enterprises. Among the financial institutes, the employees at the banks were targeted in this study to empirically analyze the effects of superiors' leadership (transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and servant leadership) on the subordinates' self-leadership and organizational effectiveness (organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior). In particular, this study analyzed the influencing relationship between the superior's leadership style and the subordinates' self-leadership, to identify the leadership style most suitable for enhancing the subordinates' self-leadership and to further determine if it can lead to the enhancement of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The employees at approximately 50 branches of domestic large corporate banks located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area were targeted, and the survey was conducted in the form of self-response questionnaire. The statistical analysis was conducted on a total of 338 valid data by using structural equation modeling analysis. The result of the analysis was as follows. The transformational and servant leadership of the superior had a positive effect on the self-leadership of the subordinate, and transactional leadership did not show a significant effect. Furthermore, self-leadership was shown to have a positive effect on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.

Recently renewable energy such as offshore wind energy takes a higher interest due to the depletion of fossil fuel and the environmental pollution. This paper deals with multi-body dynamics (MBD) analysis technique for offshore wind turbine system considering aerodynamic loads and Thevenin equation used for determination of electric generator torque. Dynamic responses of 5MW offshore wind turbine system are evaluated via the MBD analysis, and the system is the horizontal axis wind turbine (HAWT) which generates electricity from the three blades horizontally installed at upwind direction. The aerodynamic loads acting on the blades are computed by AeroDyn code, which is capable of accommodating a generalized dynamic wake using blade element momentum (BEM) theory. In order that the characteristics of dynamic loads and torques on the main joint parts of offshore wind turbine system are simulated similarly such an actual system, flexible body modeling including the actual structural properties are applied for both blade and tower in the multi-body dynamics model.
Purpose - This research examined the effect of hedonic and utilitarian eating-out motivations on the evaluation of restaurant selection attributes in a fashion premium outlet. Additionally, the influence of experimental and functional attributes on customers' preference for hedonic eating-out motives and utilitarian eating-out motives, and variation of moderating effects through the gender was examined. Research design, data, and methodology - A survey was conducted to verify the established research hypothesis. The questionnaire items for the research were modified to fit the situation of the present study. In order to elaborate the questionnaire, the literature of the previous researchers was reviewed and supplemented. The survey conducted 207 online questionnaires for consumers who have visited domestic fashion premium outlets from July 4, 2017 to July 27, 2017. A total of 207 questionnaires were collected, and a total of 206 questionnaires were used for the empirical analysis after excluding one inappropriate response. In order to verify the reliability and validity of the measured variables, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were performed using SPSS 20.0. Next, the structural equation model (SEM) statistical method was used to test the hypotheses of the study. Results - Hedonic motivation had more influence on experimental attribute importance than the functional attribute importance of the restaurant. However, this result was different depending on the gender. The effects of hedonic motives on empirical attributes were more influenced by female groups, and when influencing functional attributes, male groups were more influenced. However, it was statistically significant (p <0.05) in the female group only when the hedonic eating out motives influenced empirical attributes. Conclusions - This study analyzed the effect of eating-out motivation on the restaurant preference attributes and suggested practical implications. First, customers with hedonic eating-out motivations were evaluating experiential attributes to be more important than functional attributes. Second, for customers who are motivated to use practical eating-out habits, companies should provide services that meet practical and economic needs. In particular, female customers visiting restaurants need differentiated marketing strategies that make them feel new experiences rather than practical ones. In addition, it is necessary to study more complex and integrated studies which will influence restaurant selection attributes of premium outlets customers by adding various eating out motives and selection attributes.

Earthquakes are almost impossible to predict and take place in a short time. In addition, there is little time to take aggressive action when an earthquake occurs. Therefore, there are more casualties and property damage than with other natural disasters. Recently, earthquakes have been occurring all over the world. As the number of earthquakes increase, studies on the safety of structures are being carried out. On the other hand, there are few studies on the electric facilities, which are relatively non - structural factors. Currently, electrical equipment in Korea is often not designed for earthquake safety and is quite vulnerable to damage when an earthquake occurs. Therefore, in this study, modeling was conducted through ABAQUS similar to an actual cabinet panel and 3D dynamic nonlinear analysis was performed using a natural seismic. According to seismic zone I and normal ground rock conditions of the power transmission and transmission facility seismic design practical guide, the maximum response acceleration of the performance level was 0.157g. In this study, however, it was not safe to reach the limit state of 30% of the analytical result at 0.1g for the general cabinet panel. From the results, the seismic fragility curve was derived and analyzed. The derived seismic fragility curve is presented as a quantitative basis for determining the limit state of the cabinet panel and can be utilized as basic data in related research.
Among the methods for enhancement of load-carrying capacity on flexural concrete member, recently, a concept is being investigated which replaces the steel in a conventional reinforced concrete member with a fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) shell. This study focuses on modeling of the structural behavior of concrete surrounded with FRP shells in flexural bending members. A numerical model of fiber cross-sectional analysis is proposed to predict the stress and deformation state of the FRP shell and concrete. The stress-strain relationship of concrete confined by a FRP shell is formulated to be based on the constitutive law of concrete in multi-axial compressive stress state, in assuming that the compression response is dependent on the radial expansion of the concrete. To describe the FRP shell behavior, equivalent orthotropic properties of in-plane behavior from classical lamination theory are used. The present model is validated to compare with the experiments of 4-point bending tests of FRP shell concrete beam, and has well predicted the moment-curvature relationships of the members, axial and hoop strains in the section, and the enhancement of confinement effect in concrete surrounded by FRP shell.

The present study has extended OpenSees, which is an open-source software framework DOS program for developing applications to idealize geotechnical and structural problems, for the static analysis of axial load capacity and settlement of single piles in MS Windows environment. The Windows version of OpenSees as improved by this study has enhanced the DOS version from a general purpose software program to a special purpose program for driven and bored pile analysis with additional features of pre-processing and post-processing and a user friendly graphical interface. The method used in the load capacity analysis is the numerical methods based on load transfer functions combined with finite elements. The use of empirical nonlinear T-z and Q-z load transfer curves to model soil-pile interaction in skin friction and end bearing, respectively, has been shown to capture the nonlinear soil-pile response under settlement due to load. Validation studies have shown the static load capacity and settlement predictions implemented in this study are in fair agreement with reference data from the static loading tests.
