이중 이온빔 스퍼터링 방식을 사용한 채널 간격 50 ㎓ 광통신용 협대역 투과 필터의 제작 및 특성 (Fabrication and optical characteristics of 50 ㎓ narrow band pass filter for fiber optical communication using dual ion beam sputtering technique)

  • 본 연구는 이중 이온빔 스퍼터링 증착법으로 제작한 채널 간격 50 ㎓ 광통신용 협대역 투과 필터에 관한 연구이다. Ta$_2$ $O_{5}$ 단층박막의 특성 분석을 통해 공정 조건을 최적화 하였으며, DPS 필터 예비 증착을 통해 0.1 nm 이하의 박막두께 균일성을 확보하였다. 1/4 파장 광학박막 두께를 기본으로 하여 총 216층으로 구성되고 4개의 간격층을 갖는 채널 간격 50 ㎓ 협대역 투과 필터를 설계하였고, 파장 가변 레이저를 사용한 비접촉 광학 두께 제어 시스템을 사용하여 증착하였다. 박막 증착시 발생하는 스트레스를 줄이기 위하여 열팽창 계수가 큰 유리 기판을 사용하였으며, 비접촉 광학 두께 제어 시스템의 오차를 줄이기 위하여 협대역 투과 필터의 제작에 앞서 기판의 뒷면에 무반사 증착을 수행하였다. 이렇게 제작된 채널 간격이 50 ㎓인 협대역 투과 필터의 광학 특성은 삽입 손실이 0.40 ㏈, 잔물결이 0.20 ㏈이며,-0.5 ㏈와 -25 ㏈에서의 투과 대역폭이 각각 0.20 nm, 0.60 nm로 광통신에서 사용되는 사양을 만족하였다.하였다.

  • 양빈이 수행된 해빈의 침식률 산정을 위한 물리기반 해빈 지형모형이 제시되었다. 동수역학 모형은 OpenFOAM에 기반 한 tool box인 IHFOAM으로 구성되며, Morphology 모형은 부유사를 대상으로 한 이송확산방정식, 소류사 이송을 포함한 표사 수지 개념으로부터 유도된 Exner 식으로 구성하였다. 표사 이송여부, 부유사 농도저면 경계치, 소류사 이송률 산출과정에는 Shields Diagram, 삼차원 수치 모의된 유동계 정보로부터 직접 산출된 저면 전단응력이 활용된다. 본 논문에서 제시된 지형 모형을 검증하기 위해, 경사가 1/6인 단조 해안에서의 천수과정, 쇄파과정, 이에 따른 저면 변화를 수치 모의하였다. 모의결과 비선형 천수과정에서 예상되는 왜곡되고 왜도된 저면전단응력이 비교적 정확히 모의되었다. 또한 전빈에서 진행되는 쇄파로 인해 부유되고 침식된 표사가 up-rush에 의해 후빈으로 이동되어 형성되는 swash bar와 up-rush 정점에서 방향을 바꾸어 먼 바다 방향으로 진행되는 back-wash에 의해 쓸려간 표사가 수심증가에 따라 back-wash 흐름 강도가 약해지면서 퇴적하여 형성되는 breaker bar가 성공적으로 모의되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

내진해석 조건에 따른 도로터널 내진성능평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Seismic Performance Evaluation of Road Tunnel according to Seismic Analysis Conditions)

  • 안정된 지반에 터널건설시 단계별 굴착, 지보재 설치 과정 등에서 지반에 응력변화가 발생하게 된다. 공용중인 구조물의 안전성평가를 위해 시설물의 안전 및 유지관리 실시 세부지침(2019)에서는 굴착단계를 반영한 수치해석을 수행하도록 제시되어 있다. 그러나 내진성능평가의 경우 명확한 방법이 제시되지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해석방법을 달리하여 수치해석을 수행하고 결과 값을 비교·분석 하였다. 수치해석 결과, 수평방향으로 작용한 지진파에 따른 변위 값은 해석방법에 따른 차이점을 찾을 수 없었다. 하지만 굴착터널의 안전성평가 항목인 부재력 평가결과 평가 방법에 따라 결과 값이 큰 차이가 나타났으며, 강도설계법으로 검토시 철근 유·무에 따라 구조물이 안전성을 만족하지 못하는 형태로 검토 될 수 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이런 연구결과를 토대로 해석방법을 명확히 제시하고 관련 기준에 반영하는 것을 제안한다.

결합된 초음파-충격 반향 기법 기반의 일반 지하구 구조체의 건전도 평가에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental study on structural integrity assessment of utility tunnels using coupled pulse-impact echo method)

  • 터널과 공동구와 같은 지하구조물의 공용연수가 증가하고 노후화로 인한 사고로 인하여 안전 관리의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 다만, 민간이 관리 주체인 일반 지하구의 경우 시설물 안전 및 유지관리 세부지침이 미흡하여 안전 관리가 부실한 상황이다. 또한 일반 지하구는 기본 설계 정보가 부족하고 안전 관리자가 안전 진단을 수행하기 위한 공간이 협소하여 기존 비파괴 검사법들의 적용에 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 박스형 일반 지하구의 안전 진단을 위한 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있는 구조물의 두께·철근 유무와 철근 깊이·내부 결함의 유무 및 깊이 등을 판단할 수 있는 품질 평가를 위한 초음파법과 충격 반향 기법 바탕의 비파괴 검사 방법을 제안하였다. 일반 지하구의 실제 현장 조건에서의 제안한 방법의 유효성을 검토하기 위해 콘크리트 벽체 모형 실험체들을 제작하여, 본 연구를 통해 제안한 방법론을 검증하였다. 초음파 신호와 충격 신호를 활용하여 신호를 인가하여, 다채널로 구성된 가속도계를 통해 신호를 수집하고, 최종적으로 모사된 시편의 두께 및 내부에 삽인 된 철근과 구현된 결함의 깊이를 도출하였으며, 실측치와의 비교를 통해 예측한 깊이가 설계한 깊이와 효과적으로 부합하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 일반 지하구 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 안전 진단 방법의 도출에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The frame and leaflet of the polymer valve were made from polyurethane, To evaluate the hemodynamic performance of the polymer valve a comparative study of flow dynamics past a polymer valve and a St. Jude Medical prosthetic valve under physiological pulsatile flow conditions in vitro was made. Comparisons between the valves were made on the transvalvular pressure drop, regurgitation volume and maximum valve opening area. The polymer valve showed smaller regurgitation volume and transvalvular pressure drop compared to the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. One of the major problems in EIT has been the inaccessibility of internal voltage or current data in finding the internal impedance values. We propose a new image reconstruction method using internal current density data measured by NMR. We obtained a two-dimensional current density distribution within a phantom by processing the real and imaginary MR images from a 4.77 NMR machine. We implemented a resistivity mage reconstruction algorithm using the finite element method and sensitivity matrix. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury. The procedure has the following three distinct stages. First, the initial center is estimated by the initial center estimation algorithm which is applied to decimated image. Second, the center estimation algorithm is applied to original image and then best-fit elliptic model estimation is processed. Third, best-fit boundary is detected by the cost function which is based on the best-fit elliptic model.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury. 생명기후분석시스템(BioCAS)을 이용한 폭염 건강위험의 검증 - 서울시 건물규모를 중심으로 - (Evaluation of Health Impact of Heat Waves using Bio-Climatic impact Assessment System (BioCAS) at Building scale over the Seoul City Area)

  • 생명기후분석시스템(BioCAS)을 이용하여 서울시 전역의 폭염사례일 기온, 인지온도(PT), 초과사망률($r_{EM}$) 분포를 분석하였다. 분석 해상도는 25m 였으며, 사례일은 2012년 8월 5일이었다. 분석 결과는 관측된 사망률 및 내원환자수 자료와의 비교를 통해 평가되었다. 2004년에서 2013년의 폭염 원인인 사망률 자료와 2006년에서 2011년의 국민건강보험공단의 폭염 내원환자수 자료를 이용하여 행정구별 폭염 건강위험 자료를 추출하였다. 자료 비교를 위한 공간 해상도는 사망률 및 내원환자수 자료의 해상도인 행정구 단위였다. BioCAS에서 분석된 사례일 최고 인지온도 및 초과사망률 분포 자료는 행정구별 공간 평균, 최대, 최소 및 누적값으로 변환된 후 건강피해자료와 상관분석이 수행되었다. 분석 결과 일 최고 인지온도 및 초과사망률의 공간 평균값은 건강피해를 설명하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 대신 일 최고 인지온도의 공간 최솟값은 사망률과, 공간 최댓값은 내원환자수와 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(각각 r=0.53, r=0.42). 즉, 밀집된 건물에 의해 생겨나는 공간 최댓값은 낮 동안의 일사병 발생과 내원환자수 증가에 영향을 주었고, 식생에 의해 나타나는 공간 최솟값은 밤 동안의 열 스트레스를 감소시켜 사망률에 영향을 주었던 것으로 판단된다. 한편 분석된 초과사망률($r_{EM}$)은 공간 최댓값과 내원환자수가 상관관계가 있었지만(r=0.52) 사망률과의 상관관계는 인정되지 않았는데, 이것은 연령별 인구구성 차이에 따른 기저 폭염위험도 차이 등 행정구별 불균일성을 고려하지 못한 한계가 나타난 것으로 판단된다. 개별 건물과 식생의 열적 효과는 공간 평균보다 최대, 최소 등 그 분포가 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 고해상도 분석기술은 도시의 건강영향평가를 통해 도시개발에 관한 경제성 분석에 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

한반도 남동부 지진의 지각매질 특성 및 지진원 특성 변수 연구 (Analysis of the Characteristics of the Seismic source and the Wave Propagation Parameters in the region of the Southeastern Korean Peninsula)

  • 내진설계에 이용되는 지반진동과 관련된 주요 입력자료는 지진재해도 및 지반 응답스펙트럼 등이 있고 이러한 지진재해도 및 지반 응답스펙트럼을 평가하기 위하여 지역특성에 고유한 감쇠식이 필수적이다. 지역특성에 적합한 지반진동 감쇠식의 계수를 결정하기 위해 지진원 변수 및 지진파 전달특성 변수가 반드시 필요하고 본 논문에서는 지진원 변수 및 지진파 전달특성 변수를 평가하였다. 지진원 변수 및 지진파 전달특성 변수는 관측 지반 지진동에 대해 비선형적인 지배방정식을 이루고 있는 모델을 이용하였다. 이러한 비선형 지배방정식에 대한 수치해석 알고리즘을 통하여 지진원 변수 및 지진파 전달특성 변수 전체를 동시에 구하였다. 지반진동 자료는 주로 한반도 동남부 지역에서 발생하여 경상분지 주변 관측망에서 관측된 지반진동 자료를 이용하였다. 분석결과에 의하면 3개 지진원의 모멘트 지진규모(Mw)는 각각 2.9, 3.1 및 3.2로 분석되었다. 또한 3개 지진원의 코너 주파수는 각각 8.2, 6.9 및 8.3 Hz로 분석되었다. 그리고 지각 심부의 비탄성 감쇠율(Qo) 및 주파수 지수값 (${\eta}$)은 약 211 및 0.63으로 평가되었다. 지각 천부의 비탄성 감쇠율(${\kappa}$)은 각각의 관측소에서 약 0.02에서 약 0.06의 범위의 값을 가지고 있는 것으로 평가하였다. 결론적으로 하부지각 및 상부 지각의 비탄성 감쇠율 값을 미국 중동부와 서부와 비교할 경우 미국의 서부지역과 유사한 값을 보여주었다. 또한 지진원의 특성도 응력강하값 만을 고려한다면 역시 미국의 서부지역과 유사한 값을 보여주었다.TEX>의 범위로서 관측치와 거의 일치하였다. 그리고 분석유역의 양수 전의 모의발생분석 결과를 이용하여 지하등수두분포와 유속벡터를 산정한 결과 지하수 유동분포는 높은오름과 문석이오름 등에서 월랑봉, 용눈이오름 및 손자봉 등 각 방향으로 고르게 유출되고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석결과는 MODFLOW모델과 비교할 때 일치된 결과를 나타내었다.기 등 벼 생육의 질적인 변화를 보이는 시기에 따라 나누어 분석하는 것이 변화추이를 더 잘 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 모든 군에서 법랑질에 대한 광중합 복합레진의 미세전단 결합강도는 화학중합 복합레진보다 통계학적으로 높게 나타났다 (p < 0.05). 4. 모든 접착제와 법랑질 계면은 긴밀한 접합을 나타내어 화학중합 복합레진과 접착제 간에 비적합성이 나타나지 않았다.이를 나타내었다. (F = 49.705, p = 0.000) 3. B-IM군의 Ra 증감율은 F 군에 비해 210.72%감소되었으며, B-8 군과 B-15군의 Ra 증감율은 B-IM군에 비해 각각 35.49%와 51.35% 증가되었다. 4. FE-SEM 관찰에서 B-IM 군은 매우 평활한 복합레진 표면을 나타내었고, B-8 군은 전체적으로 평활한 복합레진 표면을 보였지만 표면에 수직으로 아주 얕은 흠집을 나타내었다. B-15 군은 복합레진 표면의 중앙에서 B-8군보다 더 넓고 불규칙한 수직의 흠집을 나타내었고, B-18군은 복합레진 표면 전체에 넓은 흠집을 나타내었다.교적 낮은 농도의 영양염류를 가지고 있고, 많은 처리수량을 요구하는 부영양화된 저수지의 수질개선을 위해서는 높은 수리학적 부하조건에서 시간당 정화량을 늘리는 관리방법이

Interface structure and anisotropic strain relaxation of nonpolar a-GaN on r-sapphire

  • The growth of the high-quality GaN epilayers is of significant technological importance because of their commercializedoptoelectronic applications as high-brightness light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and laser diodes (LDs) in the visible and ultraviolet spectral range. The GaN-based heterostructural epilayers have the polar c-axis of the hexagonal structure perpendicular to the interfaces of the active layers. The Ga and N atoms in the c-GaN are alternatively stacked along the polar [0001] crystallographic direction, which leads to spontaneous polarization. In addition, in the InGaN/GaN MQWs, the stress applied along the same axis contributes topiezoelectric polarization, and thus the total polarization is determined as the sum of spontaneous and piezoelectric polarizations. The total polarization in the c-GaN heterolayers, which can generate internal fields and spatial separation of the electron and hole wave functions and consequently a decrease of efficiency and peak shift. One of the possible solutions to eliminate these undesirable effects is to grow GaN-based epilayers in nonpolar orientations. The polarization effects in the GaN are eliminated by growing the films along the nonpolar [$11\bar{2}0$] ($\alpha$-GaN) or [$1\bar{1}00$] (m-GaN) orientation. Although the use of the nonpolar epilayers in wurtzite structure clearly removes the polarization matters, however, it induces another problem related to the formation of a high density of planar defects. The large lattice mismatch between sapphiresubstrates and GaN layers leads to a high density of defects (dislocations and stacking faults). The dominant defects observed in the GaN epilayers with wurtzite structure are one-dimensional (1D) dislocations and two-dimensional (2D) stacking faults. In particular, the 1D threading dislocations in the c-GaN are generated from the film/substrate interface due to their large lattice and thermal coefficient mismatch. However, because the c-GaN epilayers were grown along the normal direction to the basal slip planes, the generation of basal stacking faults (BSFs) is localized on the c-plane and the generated BSFs did not propagate into the surface during the growth. Thus, the primary defects in the c-GaN epilayers are 1D threading dislocations. Occasionally, the particular planar defects such as prismatic stacking faults (PSFs) and inversion domain boundaries are observed. However, since the basal slip planes in the $\alpha$-GaN are parallel to the growth direction unlike c-GaN, the BSFs with lower formation energy can be easily formed along the growth direction, where the BSFs propagate straightly into the surface. Consequently, the lattice mismatch between film and substrate in $\alpha$-GaN epilayers is mainly relaxed through the formation of BSFs. These 2D planar defects are placed along only one direction in the cross-sectional view. Thus, the nonpolar $\alpha$-GaN films have different atomic arrangements along the two orthogonal directions ($[0001]_{GaN}$ and $[\bar{1}100]_{GaN}$ axes) on the $\alpha$-plane, which are expected to induce anisotropic biaxial strain. In this study, the anisotropic strain relaxation behaviors in the nonpolar $\alpha$-GaN epilayers grown on ($1\bar{1}02$) r-plane sapphire substrates by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVO) were investigated, and the formation mechanism of the abnormal zigzag shape PSFs was discussed using high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM).
