  • Concrete secondary product that use cement is increasing application from reason of shortening etc.. of construction period in construction site. Manufacture method of construction of this concrete secondary product there is hot-check method, direct spray method, press method, extrusion molding method etc.. Also, I am using reinforcement boating certainly in this process. In most case, We have used asbestos by reinforcement fiber until early 90s but use from human body hurtfulness controversy is felt constraint. Therefore, application of principal parts fiber is increasing. But, to replace asbestos, because must satisfy all lubricating ability, productivity etc.. class, it is the very difficult matter to replace asbestos. In this study, I wished to do Test about asbestos principal parts possibility at extrusion process to charge shape or form making test piece because mixs polypropylene fiber etc. by plan that replace asbestos in cement extrusion molding product and measures bending strength and elasticity.

  • PURPOSE: This study examined the effects of the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and knee function index on the knee strength and endurance in the national male field-hockey athletes. METHODS: Twenty-four male field-hockey athletes with a painful knee who trained at the national training center in 2019 were enrolled. The VAS and knee function index questionnaire were used to evaluate the degree of pain and functional state of the knee. The muscle strength and endurance of the knee were measured by Biodex (System 4, USA). The Pearson product moment correlation was performed to examine the effects of the VAS and knee function index the of knee on the strength and endurance. In addition, the VAS and knee function index and muscle strength and muscle endurance were examined to determine the relationship using Simple Linear Regression. The statistical significance level was α=.05. RESULTS: An analysis of the correlation between VAS and knee function index and muscle strength and muscle endurance revealed the VAS and knee function index to be statistically significant (r = .700). In addition, the extensor muscle strength, knee VAS (r = -.457), and knee function index (r = -.414) were also statistically significant. A 1-point increase in the VAS and knee function index was associated with an approximately 9.881 and 1.006 extensor muscle strength. CONCLUSION: The VAS and knee function index of field-hockey athletes are related to the strength of the knee extensors. Therefore, field-hockey athletes should develop a program to strengthen the extensor muscle strength of the knee.

  • Paper angle, environment friendly packaging material, has been mainly used as an edge protector, But, in the future, paper angle will be applied to package design of heavy product such as strength reinforcement or unit load system (ULS). Therefore. understanding of buckling behavior fur angle itself, compression strength and quality standard are required. The objectives of this study were to characterize the buckling behavior by theoretical and finite element analysis, and to develop compression strength model by compression test for symetric and asymetric paper angle. Based on the result of theoretical and finite element analysis, as applied load level was bigger and/or the length of angle was longer, incresing rate of buckling of asymmetric paper angle was higher than that of symmetric paper angle. Decreasing rate of minimum principal moment of inertia significantly increased as the extent of asymmetric angle increased, and buckling orientation of angle was open- direction near the small web. Incresing rate of maximum compression strength (MCS) for thickness of angle decreased as the web size increased in symmetric angle. MCS of asymmetric angle of 43${\times}$57 and 33${\times}$67 decreased $15{\~}18\%$ and $65{\~}78\%$, and change of buckling increased $12{\~}13\%$ and $62{\~}66\%$, respectively.

  • Aluminium and its alloys are widely used in brazing various components in automotive industries due to their properties like lightweight, excellent ductility, malleability and formability, high oxidation and corrosion resistance, and high electrical and thermal conductivity. However, high machinability and strength of aluminium alloys are a serious concern during casting operations. The generation of porosity caused by dissolved gases and modifiers affects seriously the strength and quality of cast product. Brazing of Al and its alloys requires careful monitoring of temperature since theses alloys are brazed at around the melting temperature in most of the aluminium alloys. Therefore, the development of low temperature brazing filler alloys as well as superior strength Al alloys for various engineering applications is always in demand. In various heat exchangers and automotive applications, poor strength of Al alloys is due to the inherent porosities and casting defects. The unstable mechanical properties is therefore needed to be controlled by adding various additive elements in the aluminium and its alloys, by a change in the heat treatment procedure or by modifying the microstructure. In this regard, this article reports the effect of various elements added in aluminium alloys to improve microstructure, brazeability, machinability, castability as well as to stabilize the mechanical properties.

  • The fabrication method used for mineral hydrate is similar to that of ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete), but the fabrication of normal slurry with a considerable amount of a foaming agent is difficult due to material separation and collapse of the slurry. Therefore, the development of fabrication methods for normal slurry is necessary. The final product, mineral hydrate insulation, has excellent thermal properties but poor strength characteristic given the many pores. In this study, in order to fabricate normal slurry, the viscosity and foaming time of the slurry were controlled. The mixing ratio of the starting material and the polypropylene fiber was controlled to improve the strength. Mineral hydrate with polypropylene fiber showed a higher strength than that without this type of fiber. Specifically, the compressive strength of mineral hydrate with 2% polypropylene fiber added to it was more than 40% higher than that without the fiber.

  • The effect of alloying elements of Ag-Cu-Zr-X brazing alloy on the microstructure and the bond strength of $Al_2O_3/Ni-Cr$ brazed steel joint was investigated. The reaction layer, $ZrO_2$ (a=5.146 ${\AA}$ , b=5.213 ${\AA}$ , c=5.311 ${\AA}$ )was formed at the interface of $Al_2O_3/Ni-Cr$ steel joint by the redox reaction between alumina and Zr. The addition of An and Al to the Ag-Cu-Zr brazing alloy gave rise to changes in the thickness of the reaction product layer and the morphology of the brazement. Sn caused the segregation of Zr was decreased b Al the $ZrO_2$ layer formed at the Ag-Cu-Zr-Al alloy was thinner than that of $ZrO_2$ formed at the Ag-Cu-Zr-An alloy. The fracture shear strength was strongly dependent on the microstructure of the brazement. Brazing with Ag-Cu-Zr-Sn alloy resulted in a better bond strength than with Ag-Cu-Zr or Ag-Cu-Zr-Al alloy.

  • Stone powder sludge is a by-product of the manufacturing process of crushed sand. Most of it is dumped with soil in landfills, and the disposal of stone powder sludge causes a major environmental problem. This paper investigates the applicability of stone powder sludge in fly ashbased geopolymer. For this, stone powder sludge was used to replace fly ash at a replacement ratio of 50% and 100% by weight. The compressive strength of the samples was measured and scanning electron microscopy/ energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM/EDS) analysis and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were performed. The test results indicated that the optimum level of the alkali activator ratio ($Na_2SiO_3$/NaOH) for fly ash-based geopolymer using stone powder sludge was 1.5. The strength development is closely related to the NaOH solution concentration. In addition, the compressive strength of the sample cured at $25^{\circ}C$ was significantly improved between 7 days and 28 days, even though the strength of the sample showed the lowest value at 7 days. Microscopy results indicated that a higher proportion of unreacted fly ash spheres remained in the sample with 5M NaOH, and some pores on the surface of the sample were observed.

  • This study dealt with the influence of the replacement ratio of rapidly-chilled steel slag on fluidity and compressive strength of unsaturated polyester polymer concretes. The rapidly-chilled steel slag used in this study, a by-product which is produced by refining pig iron during the manufacture of steel, was controled by a air-jet method which rapidly cools substance melted at a high temperature. Experimental results show that fluidity and compressive strength of unsaturated polyester polymer concretes increase with increasing replacement ratio of rapidly-chilled steel slag. Use of rapidly-chilled steel slag was found to be effective for improving fluidity and compressive strength of rapidly-chilled steel slag.

  • Non-sintering cement was manufactured with briquette ash. Alkali activator for compression bodies used a NaOH solution. In order to apply alkali-activated briquette ash and the non-sintering cement to concrete, several experimental studies were performed. It was necessary to study the binder obtained by means of a substitute for the cement. This study concentrated on strength development according to the concentration of NaOH solution, the curing temperature, and the curing time. The highest compressive strength of compression bodies appeared as $353kgf/cm^2$ cured at $80^{\circ}C$ for 28 days. This result indicates that a higher curing temperature is needed to get a higher strength body. Also, geopolymerization was examined by SEM and XRD analysis after the curing of compression bodies. According to SEM and XRD, the main reaction product in the alkali activated briquette ash is aluminosilicate crystal.
