공공디자인 개선사업의 추진실태 분석에 관한 연구 - 대구시 동성로 공공디자인 개선사업을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Analysis of Project Implementations at Public Design - Improving Project for Public Design in Daegu, Dongseong Street -)

  • Dongseong-ro public design was reformed for a short time to be short of connection and riffle effect of another project and to have limitation on long term and integrated development, so that systematic plan from beginning of the project was needed to produce synergy effects. The purpose of the study was to investigate reformation of Dongseong-ro public design and to check on existing development project again and to take actions against future projects in advance and to reexamine and make long term plan from point of view of development of downtown. This study investigated reformation of Dongseong-ro public design of Junggucheong office of Daegu that was done from May 2007 to December 2010. The study consisted of purpose of the project, scope, time, the committee of promotion, questionnaire survey, residents' participation and follow up to suggest reformation based on questionnaire survey. This study had limitation of investigation into internal materials of 'Dongseong-ro public design reformation's master planning service' of Junggucheong office of Daegu. Further studies were needed to investigate empirically.

  • This study is change of the street space of the port city of Yokohama and the transformation process of the canal. modern port city Yokohama is a region that was responsible for the development of East-West maritime transport routes in Japan in the 17th century and the inland transportation through fishing villages and ports. it has also grown rapidly as a regional port and new port. In particular, through the revitalization of trade between foreign settlements and Japanese residents in the port area, the existing fishing area became a modern port city space. Yokohama went through the following process and grew into a modern port city. The construction of the port harbor and the maintenance of existing logistics functions, the formation of the central horizontal axis through maintenance of the fishing village, the construction of the logistics movement route to the inland area through the construction of the canal, the expansion of the horizon for fire prevention and fire restoration, The formation of a new settlement space according to the movement, the transformation of the existing religious axis by the combination of the elaboration and the introduction of modern transportation, and the spatial connection between the inland cities.

장소마케팅 개념을 도입한 화양읍 농촌중심지 활성화 사업 계획 (A Revitalize Rural Hub Project in Hwayang-eup by Introducing the Concept of Place Marketing)

  • In a situation in which rural areas are declining, local governments are seeking to revitalize areas by place marketing. Place marketing, defined by various efforts to promote the image of a place, has been used as an economic tool. As a result, the image has been over-promoted and marketing has been driven in a perfunctory manner, so individual residents' lives and experiences have been ignored. Thus, in addition to the traditional types of cultural place marketing and economic place marketing, this study established a 'project for rural revitalization of Hwayang-eup' so that it could be applied to political place marketing aimed at inducing internal investment and improving the welfare of local residents. To implement this project, the concept was set up as building network organization, sustainable development and symbiotic relationship, and various H/W and S/W plans were developed. First of all, in terms of political place marketing, the Hwaeyang Oulim Center was constructed to strengthen the capacity of local autonomous organizations. In terms of cultural place marketing, we explored cultural resources at the village level and created a small community space. In terms of economic place marketing, the landscape around the main street and the township was reorganized to create a cultural business space for urban and rural exchanges. The reinterpretation of place marketing seen through this project was first, it was more process-oriented than results, second, it was important to induce the community-participating village-making project, and finally, the role of experts was important to expand the community movement.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate tendencies on land use in the housing site development district by grasping the characteristics of changes of building use at the borders of single-detached housing area for planning single-detached housing area in the future. It is divided the borders of detached housing areas into three types, educational facility, parks and green spaces, and apartment complex, and then analyzed the characteristics of each location after a field study. It is summarized as follows. First, there were stationery and flour-based meal stores in adjacent borders near educational facilities, suitable for students' interest and motion patterns, and it is required to consider about frequent children's action in the street. Second, there are many facilities for park users and residents, such as educational institutes and restaurants in adjacent to borders near parks. In borders neighboring buffer green belt areas, warehouses and vacant sites were mainly distributed. And the revitalization of streets was lower than others, because a road was used as a parking space. Third, there were realty dealers, food stores, and laundries which provide the dwellers with service in adjacent borders near multi-family housing.

  • Small local businesses such as corner shops and street markets have been severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and declining consumption. A community currency is a local currency that can be used to exchange for one of the local currencies within an online community. Community currencies can be effective not only in supporting small businesses, but also in helping the local economy more vibrant, benefiting consumers in the community. An important goal of Community Currency is to foster a vibrant local economy by building mutually beneficial relationships between local business owners and customers. The purpose of this study was to identify how the existing community currencies of participating SMEs and self-employed in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do metropolitan areas contributed to commercial revitalization by category and to suggest a new or better approach to community currency operation. It also focused on presenting the best solutions for the future direction of mobile community currencies, measures that are better than current currency operations, revitalize the community and develop the economy.

지속가능한 도시재생을 위한 도시기본계획 평가에 관한 연구 (Evaluation of local comprehensive plan for sustainable urban regeneration)

  • The goal of this study is to examine municipality comprehensive plans by recognizing the problem that adverse impacts of urban regeneration impede the sustainability of specific renewal project. 10 major cities in Korea that are experiencing urban decline were chosen for the study area and plan evaluation indexes were adopted based on the sustainable urban regeneration principles in terms of environmental, social, and economic aspects. Plan evaluation was conducted by employing the content analysis method and developed assessment indexes for three sectors (factual basis, goal/objective, and policy/action) of plan. The findings show that policies, such as 'expansion of parks in urban area,' 'pedestrian-oriented street improvement project,' and 'countermeasures for local industry revitalization,' should be fundamentally included in adopting sustainable urban regeneration plans. Plan scores regarding sustainable urban regeneration had an insignificant relationship with the status of administrative district and plan adopted year. This is because metropolitan municipalities, including Ulsan, Daejeon, and Daegu, received relatively low plan score compared to local governments like Goyang and Suwon. Also, Daegu and Suwon, which established their comprehensive plan in 2018 obtained lower score than Seoul and Incheon, where its plans were created before 2015. Evaluation protocol and indexes that were suggested in this study can be used while reorganizing each locality's comprehensive plan, and thus, play as one of major bases in preparing future sustainable urban regeneration projects.

인지된 근린환경요인이 지역주민들의 자전거이용만족도에 미치는 영향 -상주시를 대상으로 (Analysis for Impact Perceived Neighborhood Environmental Factors on Resident's Satisfaction of Bicycle Use)

  • 본 연구는 자전거이용 활성화를 위한 기초연구로 지역주민들이 인지하는 근린환경요인이 자전거이용만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 상주시를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 순위형 로짓모형을 이용하여 인지된 근린환경요인과 자전거이용만족도의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 자전거도로의 질, 자전거 편의시설의 질, 주요시설의 접근성, 자전거이용시 안전성, 가로환경의 다양성 등이 자전거이용만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 결과를 토대로 자전거 이용환경 설계 시 고려되어야 할 사항들을 제시하였다.

옥외간판디자인에서 캘리그라피 활성화 방안 - 인천시 계양구 중심으로 - (Revitalization Plan of Calligraphy in Outdoor Store Sign Design - Focus on the District of Gyeyang at Incheon -)

  • 감성마케팅의 시대라 불리는 요즘 현대인들에게 감성을 불러일으킬 수 있는 독립된 서체인 캘리그라피는 광고, 북디자인, 영화타이틀, 포스터, 패키지, BI, 패션에 이르기까지 다양한 분야에 활용되어지고 있다. 이에 인천시 계양구를 중심으로 캘리그라피를 사용한 옥외간판 100곳을 선정하여 업종별 캘리그라피 사용현황 및 활용실태와 표현도구별 분류, 색상 사용분석을 통해 캘리그라피가 옥외간판에서 활성화 될 수 있는 개선방안을 연구하였다. 그 결과 요식업종 뿐만 아니라 금융권이나 기업체 등 다양한 업종에서의 시도가 요구되어지며, 고비용으로 전문가에게 의뢰해 제작되어진 프랜차이즈의 브랜드 로고타입에서만이 아니라 영세 개인상점에서도 저비용으로 질 높은 캘리그라피 제작을 위해 지역사회를 중심으로 다양한 캘리그라피 교육프로그램 개발이 필요하겠다. 또한 세계화의 흐름 속에서 한글의 아름다움을 알리고 우리만의 독특한 거리 문화 창조를 위해 다양한 도구와 질감 표현들이 요구되어지며, 앞으로 옥외간판에서의 캘리그라피에 대한 연구들이 활성화 되어야 할 것이다.

거리쇼핑용 보행자 네비게이션의 개발 (Developing a "Walking" Navigator for Street Shoppers')

  • 서울도심의 경제는 날로 악화되고 있고, 활성화시킬 대안이 필요한 실정이다. 그 대안으로 본 연구에서는 워나비.쇼나비 정보시스템을 개발한다. 쇼나비시스템은 보행자들이 쇼핑할 때 상점의 이름, 위치, 주력상품 및 가격 등에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 한편, 워나비시스템은 차량네비게이터와 유사한 기능을 보행자를 위해 수행하는 시스템으로 보행으로 쇼핑하는 사람들에게 길안내의 역할을 하게 된다. 이 시스템을 이용하게 되면 보행자들은 가장 빠른길, 편안한 길, 즐거운 길 등 다양한 보행경로정보를 이동 중 제공 받게 되고 동시에 대중교통정보도 제공받을 수 있다. 워나비.쇼나비 시스템을 실제 작동시키기 위해 필요한 정보통신기술로는 GPS와 RFID 기술을 복합한 방식을 제시했다. 이 시스템을 통해 보행을 활용한 쇼핑이 활성화되고 활기찬 도심으로 거듭날 것을 확신한다.

전통시장 관련법 개정 방안에 대한 고찰 : 성남 모란시장을 중심으로 (Consideration of the Traditional Market-Related Law Revision Plan: Focus on Moranjang in Seongnam)

  • 우리나라의 유통산업분야에는 아직도 법적·제도적 보완시책이 부족하며, 특히 전통시장을 비롯한 중소 영세상인들에 대한 보다 체계적인 육성·지원방안이 시급한 실정이다. 이러한 전통시장을 지원하기 위해 2004년도에 제정된 전통시장 특별법의 지원대상과 범위는 종전에는 단위시장으로 국한하였으나, 이후 시장 및 상점가, 시장활성화구역, 더 나아가 상권활성화구역을 지정하여 지원할 수 있도록 확대시켜왔다. 그러나 전통시장 활성화 및 지원에 관한 기준이 되는 특별법이 전통시장의 개념을 다소 획일적으로 규정함으로 인해 무등록시장에 대한 법률적 개념의 미비함과 같은 문제점을 지니고 있다. 여기서 무등록시장이란 특별법에서 정한 계량화된 기준을 충족하지 못함에 따라 실제 시장기능 수행여부와 무관하게 법률적인 전통시장에 포함되지 않는 시장을 일컫는다. 본 연구는 이러한 특별법 규정에 대한 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 찾고자 논의를 전개한다. 사례는 모란민속5일장을 중심으로 한다. 본 연구는 새로운 시각으로 접근하고자 한다. 즉, 경험적인 측면에서 현실에 직접적으로 접목할 수 있는 논의를 하고자 한다. 따라서 최근 이슈화되고 있는 논의 중에 법적 보호를 받지 못하는 무등록시장을 중심으로 논의하는 한편, 연구방법론 측면에서 볼 때 규범적 연구방법론을 견지한다. 유통학 분야에 있어 기존의 연구가 대개는 경험적 분석기법을 많이 활용하지만, 본 연구의 특성상 법적 제도적인 관점으로 접근할 때 가장 효율적인 논의가 되기 위해서는 현장에서 바로 접목이 가능한 규범적 연구방법론을 택하여 본 연구를 전개하고자 한다.
