  • The Purpose of this research is to examine and contrast the cultural characteristics of the street fashion in new generations of Korea and Japan. We also intended to help clothing companies understand the current trend in this new generation. As the method for street fashion analysis. various literature, internet information and new media materials were utilized. Key observations obtained are as following First, they pursue a complex image. New generations seem to admix images from different areas to create a synthetic image, rather than adopting a single image; Second, practicality is an important factor. They Pursue a sense of their own unique trend: Third, distinction. The difference in society values between Koreans and Japanese is incorporated. The Korean new generation considers the traditional moral principles as important social values. In contrast the Japanese new generation is greatly influenced by the open sexuality culture ; Fourth. public ownership and sharing of the culture. There is a gradual deviation from a dominating unidirectional influence from one country on another. Now the two countries are influencing each other ; Fifth, sense. There are numerous fashion items and generalized total coordination. New generations express more active and creative fashion sense in those fashion items.

  • The consumers, who are characterized by gathering a wide scope of information and by putting into action immediately, have come to the new group searching for emotion and have played a leading role of market. The characgeristics of consumers are the fact that they have followed the street fashion with no-concept, independent of the trends which the brand has provide for consumers. Therefore it leads to a big gap between the fashion information for enterprises and market formation for consumer class. The principal purpose of this paper is to get closer the distance between the information which is used in merchandise plan and real market for consumers, and to suggest the new direction of information management system in order to enhance the hit rate of merchandise plan. The results are as follows : (1) It is shown the enterprises should divide the information data between fashion information and market information, and understand the mutual relationship of them, and regard the statistical data related on the change of sensitivity and desire in market specialized in attributes of street fashion as the emotional expression\`s view, and manage them by the feedback style. (2) It is shown that enterprises should fully understand the fashion factors in the line of fashion stream with the independence of theme in order to plan the merchandise effectively for market which are specialized in the duality that it has both conservation and innovation at the same time, and detect their change. (3) It is shown that in order to predict exactly, enterprises should reflect the statistical data and the emotional factors in planning the merchandise, bring up the systematic organization, expert system. (4) It is also shown that enterprises should make an effort to pursuit the discriminated brand through the feedback management in which the consumer\`s lasting desires are reflected.

  • Background: Street vendors spend relatively more time near roadways and are vulnerable to air pollution related health disorders. However, there is limited information on the quality of the air they breathe. The objectives of this present study were to calculate the mass concentration of atmospheric particulate matter (PM) in eight size fractions ($PM_{0.4-0.7}$, $PM_{0.7-1.1}$, $PM_{1.1-2.1}$, $PM_{2.1-3.3}$, $PM_{3.3-4.7}$, $PM_{4.7-5.8}$, $PM_{5.8-9.0}$, and $PM_{9.0--0{\mu}m}$) at commercial (CML) and residential site (RSL) in Dehradun city from November 2015 to May 2016. To estimate the corresponding respiratory deposition dose (RDDs) in alveolar (AL), tracheobronchial (TB), and head airway (HD) region on street vendors working at CML and RSL. To find the association of atmospheric PM with RDDs and the incidence of respiratory related disorders among street vendors. Methods: Andersen cascade impactor was employed for calculating the PM mass concentration. Questionnaire based health survey among street vendors were carried out through personal interview. Results: A significant difference (p < 0.05; t-test) between the mean $PM_{0.4-10{\mu}m}$ mass concentration at CML and RSL was observed with ($mean{\pm}SD$) $84.05{\pm}14.5$ and $77.23{\pm}11.7{\mu}g\;m^{-3}$, respectively. RDDs in AL, TB and HD region at CML was observed to be 9.9, 7.8, and 7.3% higher than at RSL, respectively. Health survey revealed 1.62, 0.96, 0.04, and 0.57 times higher incidence of cold, cough, breathlessness, and chest pain, respectively with street vendors at CML compared to RSL. Conclusion: The site characteristics plays a major role in the respiratory health status of street vendors at Dehradun.
