한국간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스와 스트레스 대처 (Relationships between Nursing Practice Stress and Stress Coping of Nursing Students in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 일 지역 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스와 그에 대한 스트레스 대처의 관련성을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 한국의 C 도시에 위치한 2개 대학의 간호학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료수집은 연구참여에 동의한 사람 160명을 대상으로 2012년 3월부터 9월까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 수행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 분석하였고, 서술통계, 피어슨 상관분석 등을 이용하였다. 연구결과 임상실습 스트레스 점수는 평균 $2.72{\pm}6.2$였으며, 스트레스 대처점수는 $2.60{\pm}0.37$ 이었다. 스트레스 대처양상 중 희망적 사고는 오리엔테이션(r=0.32, p<0.01), 집담회의(r=0.52, p<0.01), 과제하기(r=0.29, p<0.01)시의 스트레스가 발현시에 관련성이 높았고, 임상실습 시험시의 스트레스는 문제집중대처양상과 관련성이 높았다(r=0.31, p<0.05). 간호사 대하기(r=0.31, p<0.01), 또는 기타 보건전문인과 대인관계하기(r=0.35, p<0.01)시의 스트레스는 긍정적 관점으로 대처하기 양상과 관련성이 높았다. 학생들은 긍정적이고 활동적인 대처양상을 보여주었으며, 이는 임상현장에서 경험하는 스트레스를 효과적으로 다룰 수 있는 충분한 능력을 향상시키는데 좋은 경험이 될 것이다.

  • The study aims to develop concepts originating through empirical research models to build superior competitiveness and optimal performance achievement. Therefore, to bridge these goals, the study addresses several indicators/items as a novelty, namely, entrepreneurship insight factors, market orientation, knowledge-sharing, innovation, managerial capability, product strategy, process and service improvement, resources capability to improve performance and increase competitiveness by empirical model direct, mediating and indirect effect. The total sample in this study is 497 eligible SMEs that partner with go-food in Makassar City. All research samples are the owner or the person in charge of the business; the data collection period is from May to December 2019. Data are collecting using a survey with 64 construct questions, summarized in seven manifest variables. The research method uses quantitative tools, with SMART-PLS as a statistical tool. This study develops sixteen hypotheses; all of the hypotheses are supported both directly, indirectly, and mediated. The study also found that the link based on CCT, RBV, and TAM Theory is the right choice of theories, as the foundation of this study was very reliable and valid. Indeed, all of the grounded methods have implications both in theory and its main application for the business in the online marketplace.

Cloning, Characterization of Pichia etchellsii $\beta-Glucosidase$ II and Effect of Media Composition and Feeding Strategy on its Production in a Bioreactor

  • The cloning and expression of $\beta-glucosidase$ II, encoded by the gene ${\beta}glu2$, from thermotolerant yeast Pichia etchellsii into Escherichia coli is described. Cloning of the 7.3 kb BamHI/SalI yeast insert containing ${\beta}glu2$ in pUC18, which allowed for reverse orientation of the insert, resulted in better enzyme expression. Transformation of this plasmid into E. coli JM109 resulted in accumulation of the enzyme in periplasmic space. At $50^{\circ}C$, the highest hydrolytic activity of 1686 IU/g protein was obtained on sophorose. Batch and fed-batch techniques were employed for enzyme production in a 14 L bioreactor. Exponential feeding rates were determined from mass balance equations and these were employed to control specific growth rate and in turn maximize cell growth and enzyme production. Media optimization coupled with this strategy resulted in increased enzyme units of 1.2 kU/L at a stabilized growth rate of $0.14\;h^{-l}$. Increased enzyme production in bioreactor was accompanied by formation of inclusion bodies.

중국소비자의 문화적 특성 차이와 브랜드 태도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Cultural Characteristic Differences and Brand Attitude of Chinese Consumers)

  • 본 연구는 Hofstede의 문화적 특성변수를 중국지역별 소비자 행동에 적용하여 베이징, 상하이, 광저우의 소비자집단(각 500명)을 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 특히 본 연구는 중국 주요지역의 소비자의 문화적 특성 중 개인/집단주의, 불확실성 회피 성향에 따른 브랜드 태도가 어떻게 나타나는지를 연구하였다. 실증분석 결과, 개인/집단주의, 불확실 회피성 성향은 중국소비자의 브랜드 태도에 영향을 미치며 지역별로 서로 다른 차이점을 보였다. 그리고 지역별로 북경소비자들이 상하이, 광저우소비자들보다 집단주의적이고 불확실 회피 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 지역별로 불확실성 회피 성향이 높고, 집단주의가 높은 지역일수록 불확실성 회피가 낮고 개인주의 성향이 있는 지역보다 브랜드 파워가 있는 외국 브랜드를 더 높게 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 브랜드 파워가 낮은 국내 브랜드 대해서는 개인주의 성향이 높고 불확실 회피성이 낮은 집단이 상대적으로 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 더 호의적인 태도를 보였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 차후 중국내수시장에 진출할 때 지역별로 서로 다른 문화특성을 고려한 시장세분화 전략과 브랜드마케팅 전략에 필요한 시사점을 제시하며 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

Optimality of Customer Relationship Management: Does Profitability Really Matter?

  • Managing customers based on customer equity (CE) has emerged as the most effective way of doing business because of its ability to foster profitable customer relationship management (CRM) through appropriate marketing activities. Most research studies provide conceptual and empirical evidence of the positive link between CE and firm performance. However, regarding this possibility, it has been suggested by some researchers that this link may not hold true for other firms with different firmographic factors, such as firm growth rate, size, and resources. As previous research emphasizes that marketing managers should implement a strategy based on their unique business environment, our study addresses this issue by extending the framework to a different industry setting to investigate the impact of CE on firm performance. We develop a model for examining the relationship between the firm's estimated CE and firm performance by each time period using a distributed lagged model. Then, we investigate the effect of CE on the firm's profitability using a regression analysis. Finally, even though CRM is in increasing demand and firms are focusing on the customer as an asset, we conclude that there is a limited condition for this positive effect of CE. When the life cycle was divided by growth rate, CE was shown to have a distinctive effect on profit. In the case of a high-growth stage, the effect of CE on profit is positive because of its potential customer base, whereas the effect is not significant in a low-growth stage. That is, when the business environment is saturated and the firms are no longer competing in the market, CRM may not be effective. In other words, a long-term performance orientation may not be as effective as previously believed. This research contributes to the previous literature, providing a counterintuitive suggestion that firm managers should be cautious about implementing a CRM strategy and should allocate resources properly in terms of their resource capabilities and ability depending on their situation.

  • 국우리는 흔히 21세기가 세계화와 지방화가 동시에 진행되는 글로컬라이제이션(Glocalization)의 시대라고 말하고 있다. 더구나 스마트폰(Smart Phone)의 빠른 보급과 SNS(Social Network Service)의 광범위한 사용으로 인하여 이 시대에는 글로벌 정보 및 지역 정보의 다양한 활용능력이 기업 경쟁력에 미치는 영향력이 지속해서 증대되었으며, 상거래의 형태도 과거의 고전적 방법의 제조나 유통에서 벗어나 전자 상거래를 통한 직접 혹은 간접적인 거래가 급속하게 파급되어져 가고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 새로운 트렌드(Trend)에 적응하는 교육지향성이 정보의 활용 능력을 극대화하여 기술혁신을 주도하는 중요한 요소로 부상하게 되었고, 궁극적으로는 기업의 성과에 영향을 미친다고 하겠다. 본 논문에서는 대 중국 한국투자기업의 교육지향성이 기업의 기술혁신 및 기업성과에 중장기적으로 미치는 영향력을 파악하여, 궁극적으로는 중국에 특화된 기술을 개발하는 기업경영 전략의 기초 자료를 도출하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 연구대상으로서 중국투자기업만을 다루며, 연구문제로서 기술혁신성에 미치는 영향요인 검증과 기술혁신이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 다루었다. 제 I 장은 서론이며 제 II장에서는 이 논문의 연구대상인 중국투자기업의 특성과 현황을 살펴본 후에, 이 논문의 실증 연구모형의 주요 변인인 학습지향성, 기술혁신, 기업성과의 개념과 의의를 살펴보고 각각에 대한 선행연구들을 정리하였다. 제 III장에서는 이 논문에서 채택한 연구모형과 설문조사에서의 조사 대상 및 방법, 조사 가설, 각 변인의 조작적 정의, 설문지 구성, 분석 방법 등을 설명하였다. 제 IV장에서는 설문조사 결과를 토대로 앞장에서의 연구가설을 검증하였고, 제 V장에서 나타난 이 논문의 연구결과는 기술혁신성에 대한 인식도가 상대적으로 높게 나타났으며 학습지향성과 기술혁신성은 모두 성과와 유의한 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났고, 학습지향성은 기술혁신성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 학습지향성과 기술혁신성은 각각 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구되었다.

조직의 IT 도입 시 기술수용의지와 스트레스가 업무에 미치는 영향연구 (Effect of IT Acceptance Will and Stress on Task Performance)

  • When an organization adopts new technology, performance through the technology is expected to be decided depending on attitudes of the members, in that technology produces performance only if the members zealously use it. Therefore, the members need to devote themselves to acquire and use the new technology. This attitude of members is called "IT acceptance will" (Ranarajan et al., 2005), and this research is to examine the effect of an individual's "IT acceptance will" on performance. Thus, this research analyzes what increases IT acceptance will and what effect IT acceptance will has on stress due to uncertainty of an organization-job complexity and role conflict- through new IT adoption. This research conducted a survey from July to September in 2009, targeting employees of government offices and public institutions in Kyunggi and Kyungnam provinces. Then, a total of 370 was collected and the final 344 was selected for our research analysis. As a result, this research found out that personal innovation and client orientation improved an individual's IT acceptance will, which improved performance through new IT adoption. However, the new IT adoption also increased job complexity and role conflict, but negative effects of stress on performance was not found as IT adoption will diminished the stress. Based on this result, this research discussed practical and academic implications and the limitations.

A Vision Based Bio-Cell Recognition for Biomanipulation with Multiple Views

  • Manipulation of the nano/micro scale object has been a key technology in biology as the sizes of DNA, chromosome, nucleus, cell and embryo are within such order. For instance, for embryo cell manipulation, the cell injection is performed manually. The operator often spends over a year to carry out a cell manipulation project. Since the typical success rate of such operation is extremely low, automation of such biological cell manipulation has been asked. As the operator spends most of his time in finding the position of cell in the Petri dish and in injecting bio-material to the cell from the best orientation. In this paper, we propose a new strategy and a vision system, by which one can find, recognize and track nucleus, polar body, and zona pellucida of the embryo cell for automatic biomanipulation. The deformable template matching algorithm has been used in recognizing the nucleus and polar body of each cell. Result suggests that it outperforms the conventional methods.

Organizational Ambidexterity in SMEs including Distribution Firms: An Investigation of Firms' Entrepreneurial and Managerial Efforts

  • Purpose - Corporate activities for enhancing and improving corporate performance can largely be divided into exploration and exploitation. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of implementing organizational ambidexterity in SMEs, including distribution firms, by reviewing the extant literature and deriving the basis on which this strategy affects the managerial performance. Research, design, and methodology - The study uses a systematic review methodology, which employs a structured process to discern trends and meaningful themes across a wide body of literature on specific subjects and research questions. This qualitative study examined the influence of ambidextrous strategies of SMEs on firm performance, and the results were synthesized from the literature. Results - Organizational ambidexterity in SMEs is related to the firm's managerial performance. However, it is crucial to know that there are many ways to generate an ambidextrous organization, and decisions about what method to choose should be based on the environmental aspects of the enterprise. Conclusions - The following aspects should be considered for execution; : making practical decisions based on accurate information about the resources the firm has, considering the organizational level of human resources for implementing organizational ambidexterity, and sharing specific performance goals.

A Study on the Entrepreneurship and Marketing Activity in Distribution & Service

  • Purpose - This research identified the factors to be considered when CEOs establish small companies and improve their businesses by analyzing the effects of their entrepreneurship and marketing activities on the business performance of small companies and suggested measures to utilize them strategically. Research design, data, and methodology - The research conducted a survey for companies located in Busan, and Gyeongnam area in Korea. To verify the model and hypothesis mentioned above, relevant items were allocated to each variable. Results - the research found that the innovation of entrepreneurship negatively affects formalization and centralization along with the propensity for risk-taking which negatively affects all the characteristics of an organization's structure. It was also found that the pro-activeness which was rejected in the selection and verification of hypothesis is the CEOs characteristics which positively affect all of the organization type are contrary to the initial hypothesis. Conclusions - The results of these efforts will positively contribute toward developing a start-up strategy helpful for small companies CEOs, to change the business environment proactively, to operate their organization efficiently and to develop market-oriented marketing activities and objectives. This research found the role of market-oriented characteristics demanded by the CEO to overcome organizational structure, business innovation and bad business situations.
