  • There is no overdoing of enforcement of the importance of strategical mind which indicates future direction when management environment around organizations are variously changing. This document describers preceding and comparison research about competition strategy, competitive advantage and IT centered on organizations' common issue "Guarantee of Continuous Competitive Advantage" and researched various factors to determined if Information Technology is functioning properly through the cases of excellent organizations operating continuous competitive advantage Continuous competitive advantage's source is evaluating positively about resource based view which is described by innovation of business process. However, reality of operating continuous competitive advantage with difficult imitation of business process' "Time" "Complexity" is insufficient. Confirm how continuous competitive advantage is operated in reality by accepting easy application of "Simple Concise" business process. Confirm existence of information technology capability creating difficult imitation is functioning as a source of continuous competitive advantage, not Information Technology resource supporting business process.

  • Many organizations attempt to plan information strategy reflecting their overall business and direction using the information engineering methodology. They also try to redesign the process for partial business area. The above two approaches can be combined because information technology Plays an important role as an enabler for business process reengineering. For theses organizations, a new information strategy planning procedure that considers reengineering of partial business is proposed in this study. The proposed procedure is designed to minimize the change of information strategy planning procedure of the information engineering methodology. The project of K company is used as the case study.

Common-Mode Current Reduction with Synchronized PWM Strategy in Two-Inverter Air-Conditioning Systems

  • A new method for reducing the common-mode current generated by the voltage variations in a two-inverter air conditioner system by applying a synchronized pulse-width modulation (PWM) strategy is proposed. The PWM signals of the master-mode inverter are generated based on the reference voltage, while those of the slave-mode inverter are output in the opposite direction when the master-mode inverter changes its switching state. However, the slave-mode control results in a mismatch between the reference voltage and the actual output voltage that is modified by synchronized control operation. The proposed method is capable of reducing and controlling this voltage error by performing signal selection in the vector space of the slave-mode inverter, which mitigates the distortion of the phase current. The efficacy of this method in reducing conducted emissions has been validated both theoretically and experimentally.

  • This study aims to present a direction for the efficient TV commercial marketing strategy at the market by analyzing the relationship between technology and the smart-phones' TV commercial especially 'iPhone series' and 'galaxy S series'. As the results of the factor analysis of the hardwares, slogans and TV commercial for the target smart-phones, TV commercial is the way of the expression for the technology through the meaning of the value. And the meaning of value is defined by reclassifying the expression technique of each scene of TV commercial into nouns and adjectives. Setting a slogan is very important because it is making memorable motto or phrase for the consumer and it decide the image of the product. So the correct configuration of the slogan is a keystone that is important for creating a TV commercial and has a profound impact on product image formation.

  • This paper proposes a control strategy of position and force control in the same direction based on hybrid position/force control. In order to control position and force in the same direction, a weighting matrix is introduced instead of a selection matrix suggested by Raibert and Craig. The major part of the controller output comes from the position controller when a position control error is large, from the force controller when a position control error is large. The proposed algorithm is implemented by the simulation and experiment focusing on the peg-in-hole task where friction exist significantly and is not constant. It also adopts and event control scheme for more efficient performance.

  • An objective of the 100PPM Quality Renovation, which is settled as the Korea quality renovation activity as well as the form of customer-oriented management renovation climate, is strengthening an enterprise competitiveness by worldwide quality insurance. In long-term, the 21 century's quality problem would not be effective without synthetic approach from the view point of management strategy. Another method to obtain the quality ascendancy could be an strategic application of, manufacturing function. In this research, the progressive direction for an effective approach to the 100PPM Quality Renovation is examined through the interpretation of process capability index. Finally, the deployment direction of quality renovation activity is searched.

  • The field of construction and transportation R&D has been increased and improved wih the integration into the ICT. With the rapid trend changes like the Fourth Industrial Revolution, new direction and solution of R&D policy is being explored to prepare for the convergence era with other diverse research areas. In order to present new direction, it is necessary to analyze the external environment influencing construction and transportation field. In this regard, this study analyzes the science and technology policy plan and goal in Korea. In conclusion, through the policy analysis, this study suggests new direction of construction and transportation R&D in Korea.

  • 지난 8년간 세계 태양광 시장은 연평균 40% 이상 성장하여 2006년 200억 불 규모로 초고속성장을 지속하고 있으며 2010년 1,300억 불, 2012년에는 2,000억 불에 이를 것으로 전망되며, 2015년에는 메모리반도체 시장규모를 추월할 것으로 예상된다. 국내 태양광 산업은2004년 이후 적극적인 기술개발 및 보급정책의 결과 2008년 현재 산업 기반이 조성되었으며 수출산업으로 전환단계에 있다. 태양광 분야는 반도체/디스플레이 시장과 같이 기술력과 자금력을 보유한 소수의 기업이 이익을 독점하는 구조로서 2007년 상위 5개국이 전체 생산량의 85%를 차지하는 실정이다. 이것은 우리가 조기에 기술 및 규모를 확보하지 못할 경우 추후 경쟁에서 매우 불리함을 인식하고 실리콘 소재 기술력의 국산화 및 박막형 태양전지의 양산화 조성 등 세부기술의 분류를 나열하고 2-3년 이내에 상용화 가능한 요소기술, 4-5년 이내에 양산구동력을 구축할 수 있는 핵심기술, 10년 이내에 글로벌경쟁력을 갖출 수 있는 원천기술력을 발굴하고 정부-기업-연구소(대학)가 공동의 지원책을 강구하여 융합된 미래 글로벌 기술력을 확보한 신성장 동력원으로 가치창출 요소를 발굴할 필요성이 있다.

  • The concept of sustainable development to preserve natural environment through economy in resources and energy is gradually distinguished since environmental problems as a series of air pollution and global warming take place now. Building occupies more than 1/3 of energy consumption in the whole world. Energy consumption of buildings caused a quick increase in the amount of energy use by air conditioning, which has a lot of effects on exhaustion of fossil energy as well as an increase in environmental load. Therefore, this research intends to suggest characteristics and direction for the designing of acclimatization's housing through the case study on acclimatization's housing. Acclimatization's housing is designed to reduce building load from the designing stage unlike green home or low-energy apartment. Also, factors which are commonly applied to acclimatization's housing are applied complexly by design strategic factors of Heating, Cooling and Lighting. The applied design factors make effects mutually and complexly. In addition, design strategy showed different priority by designing direction.
