  • As the service industry develops, service quality, customer satisfaction, and human resource management are considered priorities in modern management to maintain a company's growth. Therefore, understanding the strategic importance of service marketing is an essential task for modern companies. This study examined the relationship between the internal service quality of employees in the organization and customer orientation through organizational effectiveness. In the case of an airline, a service can be defined as an interaction between an external customer and an internal customer service provider. This interaction significantly affects the behavior and attitude of the employees. Based on the results, empowerment has a significant influence on the internal service quality, but it has no significant effect on customer orientation. As the relationship between department and employees improved, the more confident staff showed an improved ability to perform their work. Therefore, it is important that the organizational structure and the reporting system are as concise and clear as possible to allow employees to accurately recognize the authorities and responsibilities assigned to them and have autonomy and discretion in the framework.

  • National R&D investment has steadily increased, reaching number 5 in the world as of 2018. However, for public technology commercialization, the level of discovery of policy models through various cooperation initiatives between government ministries is insufficient, and the performance system that can spread technology commercialization is also limited. In this respect, in order to create results in public technology commercialization, it is necessary to prepare alternatives to strengthen multi-ministerial policy cooperation and increase policy execution power. In this paper, we analyzed the current state of national R&D projects by major ministries and suggested an optimized technology commercialization plan through analysis of the structure, budget, and form of each project. In particular, an alternative in terms of policy efficiency was suggested by analyzing the problems of policy discovery that have not been studied previously. This study is of great significance in that it diagnosed problems of public technology commercialization in terms of the lack of systematic research on public technology commercialization and suggested policy advancement for the spread of technology use and the strategic direction in terms of commercialization.

Results show that the vlogs of employees were generally formulated with information on their colleagues' tasks and interviews. Findings also demonstrate that the characteristics of the model featured in vlogs had the most significant effects on consumer responses. Amongst the creative strategies, the user image had positive effects. However, branded content characteristics and advertising appeal types were found to have relatively weak effects. This research offers a theoretical understanding of the factors that influence consumer responses to the new type of advertising, corporate vlogs, in terms of branded content characteristics and advertising strategies. • In recent times, more fashion brands have been seeking ways to use metaverse platforms, in which users can actively participate, as their new brand touch-points. This study aims to compare the brand experiences of the fashion brand Gentle Monster's offline store and its equivalent metaverse store. By changing the order of offline and metaverse visits, two groups participated in the field study that allowed them to experience directly the offline and metaverse stores. As a result of the analysis, the following findings were discovered: (1) In the overall experiential response, the frequency of sensory modules responding to new information was much higher than that of feeling experiences; (2) Experiential responses were more active in the offline store where the subjects could touch and use products directly rather than in the metaverse; (3) Among the four types of theme space, the experiential response was the most frequent in the product space; (4) The first group that visited the metaverse store before the offline store showed a more active experience than the second group that visited the offline store first. Finally, the results of this study show that metaverse brand stores in virtual space not only provide differentiated experiences beyond the spatiotemporal constraints of real space but can also be used as a strategic tool to make offline store experiences more meaningful and rich.
